STRENGTH: Romeo's strength is about as strong a average healthy Athletic grown man who doesn't focus on lifting weights. Meaning, he isn't amazingly strong, but he isn't weak either. He's probably bench pressing around 200 or so pounds easily.
DEXTERITY: Due to being a Vahla, Romeo's skeleton is cartilaginous. He can twist, and distort his body much better than the professional contortionist. He's quick on his feet, and amazing balance comparable to a trapeze.
CONSTITUTION: Romeo is in his peak right now, he steadily trains, and works his body out, while eating correctly, and drinking nothing but healthy liquids. He never drinks, or use any substance that would otherwise harm him. He does, however, like a good cup of caf, but this suerly doesn't effect his health by any means.
INTELLIGENCE: Romeo was born shrewd as most Vahla are, and is quite smart. He does take in knowledge well, and retains it. His smarts, though are more so heavily on the Street Smarts rather than Books Smarts, but he does contain some of those Book Smarts.
WISDOM: Romeo has a hard time showing how wise he is, which isn't much. Even though he is smart, he sometimes makes stupid decisions that could get him killed, or put in prison. He surely isn't wise beyond his years. He makes rash decisions, and like any true darksider, allows his emotions to guide him.
CHARISMA: Romeo is either a complete jerk to one person, or a pretty awesome person to be around. He cares for those who are close, could careless for people who offer nothing in regards of opportunity or anything resourceful. He's hard to trust, and hard to like. His shell seems thick, but once broken through that shield, Romeo is actually a very passionate person. If one, and he share the same goals, they could easily work together...for a short time.

PERSONALITY:

Romeo's personality is strings from a wide variety, and is unpredictable with what he will do next for the most part. His moods can be considerate, and kind, even going as far as loving, but can quickly be reversed to harsh, violent, and rude. Romeo doesn't take sides galactic wide speaking as he does not agree with either the Rebels, or the Sith. He holds no regards, or ill intent towards the Jedi either, uncommonly found in Vahla. Romeo is ambitious, and strong willed, while also sometimes being highly gullible with women, and children. He refuses to taint any true form of purity, and believes he can be honorable when need be.

When it comes down to it, Romeo is mostly alone in the universe, and in the end, searching for a purpose. He seeks someone he can love, and be loved back, and wishes to be surrounded by people he can call friends, but his...nature usually causes walls to form between people, and him, making him the black sheep, or outcast of society. Romeo changes for nobody, and is true to himself. What you see is what you get, so take him, or leave him, he will probably make it without that person.

BIOGRAPHY:

Romeo was born into the Vahla migrant fleet, just like most Vahlas are, only difference was the weight that his birth carried. His father was one of the Chosen of Vahl, and his mother a Priestess of Vahl, thus landing the spot of next runner up of a great bloodline resembling nobleness. His father, Crucix, taught him their ways of the darkside, and how to use the arts of fire control. His mother, Liliana, taught him the ways of the mind, and how to speak telepathic like, but for some reason, the Vahlas' greatest ability, farsight, was something Romeo could not grasp. This meant Romeo would probably never be a priest, but certainly a great warrior for the darkside cult. However, Romeo never got to learn these things properly.

Romeo was tortured harshly by the cult in training, and was even attempted to be murdered many times by zealots as a sacrifice to the goddess of Vahl. The mass murdering the Romeo grew up with as a child earned him the title, Blood of Vahl, as the zealots, and some of the priestess, and priest considered him a possible descendant of Vahl their goddess. These are all just speculations though, it is unclear if Vahl was truly a normal Vahla like her followers at one point, but if her descriptions fit Romeo to a T.

By the age of six, Romeo was present of a Jedi raid on the migrant fleet, and was soon whisked away by a Jedi to be trained a Jedi Padawan. As Romeo grew up in the with the Jedi, his emotions became increasingly stronger, and more prominent. After a practicing duel at the age of sixteen, Romeo severely beat the padawan, causing a major situation inside the order. Confronted about his actions, Romeo swore up and down he did nothing wrong, and that his actions were justified.

After being confronted again the next day, Romeo retaliated against the Jedi in frustration, and ran away.

His ability in lightsaber combat was amazing, and his control, and disciple becoming even more so.
Romeo fled the Jedi, seeking his own way, dubbed a Dark Jedi, or a Fallen Jedi by society. Continuing to hone his skills, and abilities though, Romeo quickly gained stature as a powerful force wielder, and caught the attention of the Sith. When he was approached to join their ranks, he bluntly refused, and tried to walk away. Attacked by the rejected Sith, Romeo countered them, and began to fight his way out, and coming out with a few new scars.

Now Romeo walks the galaxy a nomad, unable to find a place to settle, and unable to find himself.​

Telepathy - The ability to use the mind to speak mentally to another, or even broadcast an image or scene to another's mind.

SKILLS:

Romeo is excellent in the use of lightsaber combat, as well as wilderness survival. He is also prominent with the darkside of the force, and stealth. Romeo can also cook very well, as well as dance, and do acrobatics with plenty of skill. His skills in in gambling are semi average, while his awareness is highly alert.​

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
+ Romeo is usually unaffected by Force Illusions due to a strong will of mind, and a strong sense of awareness.
+ Romeo's natural darkside makes him amble in the ways of the darkside, thus he easily learns the darkside powers, and abilities, while having a much harder time with lighsided ones.
+ Romeo is trained in two sides of retrospect of the force, this gives him knowledge of whats right, and whats wrong in the eyes of a Jedi.

- Romeo failed to become a Jedi Knight according the to Jedi Order, thus learned most of his abilities on his own.
- Romeo's body a frail, and any physical attack can cause more damage than it normally would to a regular human being.
- Romeo hates flying, simply put.
- Romeo refuses to use a blaster in any shape or form.

Romeo carries a lightsaber, orange in color. He also wears Jedi robes darkened up to a black, and grey color. He wears a faceless black mask. He has training marbles for meditating. He has a comlink that can fit in his ear, and a credit account under the name Razer.

Greetings! I see you applied for the Cartel, but before I accept him there are a few points I feel need to be addressed.

RANK: If he had a rank, he would be a Dark Jedi Knight, or Master.

Let me just say that I'm personally not inclined to accept new character's in to the Cartel that are wanting to start off at a higher level of Force Powers. While there are a number of prospects (the rank you'd be starting as) who have a great deal of Force Powers this is typically because they attained them in one of the other Factions on the site before joining us. I know from your welcome message that you've had RP experience before, but I'm more concerned with the IC development via RP's here, and this would be the same of just about anyone, even if they'd been here for a decade.

So if you're joining the Cartel, the rank would be Prospect, and the equivalent would be Padawan, though there's a lot of room for growth within that rank as we're not a Force faction really and there can be Knights, Masters, or whatever, as long as the RP's and IC development are there to back that experience up.

I don't think the modern Jedi Order, which is more based on Luke and whatnot than the Old Republic stuff, would really have a problem with emotions in and of themselves, or their growth. I'd talk to @TAC more about the Jedi portions of the backstory.

After this, Romeo fled the Jedi, seeking his own way, dubbed a Dark Jedi, or a Fallen Jedi by society. Continuing to hone his skills, and abilities though, Romeo quickly gained stature as a powerful force wielder, and caught the attention of the Sith. When he was approached to join their ranks, he bluntly refused, and tried to walk away. Attacked by the rejected Sith, Romeo countered them, and began to slaughter Sith left, and right, using his passion to wield the force.

I'm really not comfortable with anything that has a character slaughtering NPC's as part of the background like that. I'd ask that it be toned down before I accept him into the Cartel.

Pyrokinesis - The ability to create, and manipulate fire with, or without a fuel.
Telekinesis - The ability to manipulate physical objects from afar without touching them.
Inflict Pain - The ability to make the victim feel any pain the user wishes, even if the person is not in any physical damage, this goes as far as intensifying real pain already felt.
Telepathy - The ability to use the mind to speak mentally to another, or even broadcast an image or scene to another's mind.
Convection - The ability to manipulate one's body temperature by raising it to high degrees. The body's heat can be intense enough to cause cloth to catch on fire by mere touch.

Per what I mentioned above about him starting off on a Padawan level, Pyrokinesis, Inflict Pain, and Convection would need to be removed. In my opinion they're all bit much for a fresh character at a Padawan level, I'd suggest looking at the [UR=[URL]http://www.thestarwarsrp.com/forum/index.php?threads/the-force-and-you-difficulty-and-mastery-of-dark-side-powers.49336/]Sith's[/URL] guide[/URL] for which Force Powers would be appropriate at such a level.

So

• Rank/Power level will need to be changed to be more at a Padawan/Acolyte level for me to accept him as a prospect
• Remove the more advanced Force Powers
• Tone down some of the slaughtering in the bio
• Get in touch with TAC, the Jedi FL or a Jedi AFL about that portion of his backstory

And I'd be happy to accept him into the Cartel as a prospect.

All in all a nice first character, I hope you have fun on SWRP!

Considering the Vahla literally are enemies of the Jedi, and the stuff that Romeo would have to go through being part their culture, Romeo's emotions, and more than likely mental stability would not be fit for a Jedi, sure Kyle Katarn, and Luke, and etc have been on the darkside, but that isn't comparable to being born into the darkside is it? Vahlas are literally born connected to the darkside. I can remove the whole slaughtering of NPCs sure, but I dont think the way Romeo would handle things would be fit for a Jedi, it would also fit the whole Dark Jedi/Fallen Jedi thing which is what I am going for.

I can remove the powers, but really, pyrokinesis is a easy aspect of Alter, specially if it's already a fire being fueled in some shape or form, such as a candle, or a gasoline fueled fire. Regardless of this, I will remove it as requested, I can always learn it later on. Though Inflict Pain would probably be the first since it's the easier of the three.

I'll get into contact with the Jedi as well to see what they think about it.

P.S. I'm not trying to be a douche here, I just want you to understand I have been there, I know how these things work, I didn't want you to think I was jumping into these ranks blind with no experience with the powers, and ranks. I'm absolutely fine with the requests!

The jedi wouldnt neccesarily exile him and try to cut him off from the Force. Thats super extreme. But perhaps a confrontation with another Padawan seemed like more to Romeo, and he overreacted.

For the rest of the profile:

It is VERY difficult to learn force abilities outside of some institution - whether it be the Jedi, the Sith, or some indie faction. He cant teach himself to have Knight-level powers. You can have a power or two from the Jedi that was knight level, but I dont feel comfortable giving you permissions for anything else.

When new characters are made, especially for new writers, we highly encourage that folks start at a lowered power force user. Obviously everyone would like to be powerful, but how a character gets to those skills and abilities is an extremely part of the story. Additionally, not everyone can start off with a "stature as a powerful force wielder," because then its a site full of ultra powerful force users instead of interesting characters and stories.

If that makes sense, and you can ulter thenwording of the profile a bit, ill be fine. I dont have any intrinsic opposition to the profile itself.

@Zapp Frankigan, the backstory and abilities relative to the Jedi Order are now in line with what we allow.

@Romeo Sin, I would continue to work with Frank to make sure the profile is the best it can be. Frank's a great guy with a lot of knowledge and experience on the site, and he is an excellent and fair resource in everything SWRP - especially character creation. Best of luck with the character and perhaps we'll get to RP together sometime.
