Darth-Revan-Star-Wars-KOTOR.jpg

Affiliation: N/A

Ownership: Fiex Raeth

Intent: Personal use. It was crafted and given to her by a Mandalorian Blacksmith at a point and she has neither the money, nor time to get it replicated. It helps her to worry less about blasters and small fry so she can move on to bigger prey faster.

Model: Revanist Adaptive Armor MK 1

Weight: 30kg

Composition:The helmet and gauntlets are fashioned from Mandalorian iron, known as Baskar by most in the galaxy. This rare and strong ore makes the mask and gauntlets, on top of being resistant to blasters and melee attacks, like the rest of the suit, resistant to Lightsaber blows. The rest of the armor from the chest to the booths were crafted of Durasteel alloy, still allowing normal melee and blaster attacks less painful than they could be. Both the cloak and cloth-parts of this garb were made of armorweave.

Rating: Proof to blaster shots. The gauntlets and helmet are also resistant to lighsaber strikes. While it can take blows from melee weapons, any extra force will go through the armor, injuring the user. This places explosives under extremely dangerous at close range. EMPs can also effect the technology in the armor, though that just makes it a little bit sluggish and removes the technology from its usage.

Features:
Internal Temperature Regulator - Controls the body temperature and keeps her at a comfortable body heat.
Personal Comlink - Allows communication at quick notice
Adjustable Vision - Her helmet's vision auto-adjusts to lighting that is too bright or dark and has night and heat vision built in.
Vocoder - Changes her voice to a more menacing, sinister tone.
Toxin Filtration - Filtrates poisons and toxins out of the mask before they can damage the wearer.
Air Supply - Upon activation, the mask seals and has roughly one hour of air supply.
Increased Strength - At the cost of only limited Dexterity loss, her strength is boosted higher. If the power is shorted in the suit, this strength drops and the dexterity penalty only grows.

Thanks. Once I finish my smoke I'll jump back on my laptop. I'm not posting urls on my phone.

Then after I fix whatever mistakes I made on this, I'll actually post Fiex under characters.

Beskar/Mandalorian armour is under extremely tight control by Mandalorians, and you need admin approval for it's use, even as a Mandalorian.

Also ICly, I can tell you right off the bat that no Mandalorian metalsmith in their right mind would give beskar to an outsider, especially a Force Sensetive one. Beskar is one of the rarest substances in the known galaxy, and also one of the most precious. All beskar goes to MandalMotors or other parts of Mandalorian infrastructure.

Per Kiro, the beskar is a no-no. In fact, post-skip, it will be next to impossible to find as armor. Most alternatives, like cortosis weave and phrik alloy, wouldn't be available to a young, inexperienced character anyway. If you go the Sith route, you probably won't have access to high grade materials until you reach Crusader... and even then, it will be in limited quantity. Masters, Dark Lords, and Dark Ladies are bound to have access to the best armor (and that's assuming they choose to wear it at all). I've never understood why a Jedi or Sith would want extremely heavy armor. Sure, it might help them when fighting non-Force sensitives, but it would reduce their speed and maneuverability substantially... which makes them so much easier to hit during a lightsaber duel or a firefight.

Also, nothing should be "proof" against blaster shots. Resistant, sure, but not proof.

Welcome to the site!

As Kiro pointed out, Beskar isn't something we ordinarily allow folks to use. Since you're pretty new, I won't approve this yet - instead, shop around for armor that would be available to the Sith. Weiss might be able to provide something, or Rom. Kiro and Vencu might also know of something useful, and there's always the Unified Technology List. (It's a sticky in the tech profile board.)

If you still want this after you've been around for a few weeks, feel free to PM either myself or Vencu and we'll take another look. Thanks!
