my only beef is her weight in relative to her size. She is borderline anorexic for 5'6. 109 lbs? How do I know? I am 5'4 and weigh 128. My sergeant regularly tells me I am too damn skinny, during Weigh-Ins.

Well, skinny men usually do not have much muscle mass either. I guess it really depends upon the individual, but it won't make a 30lbs difference, because you'd become wider, aka not skinny.
