I'm thinking about getting Red Alert 3. Anyone have it? Opinions on it? I've heard it's good.

I just got the Premier Edition yesterday from Walmart so I haven't really had time to form to full opinion on it yet (especially since I finally had a actual day at work today). At first glance it seems the game designers have tried to get people to buy the game by plastering the game with eye-candy in the form of 7 hot chicks are characters in the game. The game play seems to be mixed up a bit with them doing some rather interesting changes to the way that you set up your base and 'tech-up', including being able to built pretty much every structure in the water. The Premier Edition comes a few extra things including a poster of the girls in the game, a soundtrack CD, a DVD with some featurettes about playing the game and such and a couple of extra missions, a beta key for the next C&C game and an item for Warhammer: WAR.

I find it to be great, but then again I love a more fast paced RTS. I havent really played much campain, but my friends and I play multiplayer on a regular basis since its release. If you liked the other Red Alert games I recommend it.

It's alot faster paced then Generals was, but not as quick as red Alert 2.

The acting is just as hilalrious as a B rate sci fi movie, and definaetly a helpful addition.

If you were a fan of Red Alert 2 and Yuri's revenge, I advise getting it.
