Thanks for getting this in the right template! Now that it is, I see you're missing one of the most important sections- intent. You've put a lot of work into the description of what RED 2 is, but can you give us at least a couple sentence on why you are submitting him and what the intended use is? I mean that in the OOC sense, since his IC uses are clear.
