The word 'sleep over' wasn't something Kassandra was used to, in fact the last time she had done one of these things she was six. Though, she went home early because her parents picked her up less than an hour into it after realizing their business trip was going to take longer than just the weekend to wrap up. But Eithni was insistent it would be fun and just the best thing ever and....honestly Kassandra was tired of staying in a big house all alone. So yea, she took the offer, Eithni was one of the few people that was actually nice to her after all. Pulling up to the house, the only thing Kalanda could say was that it was....quaint. People always said that Eithni was into witchcraft and what have you, but Kassandra figured that was rather cool, after all it was something new you know?

She hadn't bothered to tell her parents, half the time they didn't even realize she was home. Grabbing her duffel bag, Kassandra shut the door of her car and locked it, then moved towards the front of the house, her worn sneakers working up the porch as aged wooden steps creaked under her footfall. There was alot of Celtic looking decorations on display here on the front, Kassandra even recognized a protection ward over the door, though she wasn't exactly sure why. It was interesting for sure. Raising her hand towards the door, the dark haired girl knocked and waited, unsure as to what this night could bring.

Eithni had looked forward to this 'sleepover' thing for quite some time now, okay maybe only a few times, but still! When the red-haired girl told her grandmother about it, she was met with quite a few questions. While Usara accepted all the answers, she still wanted to get a feel for the stranger, before she accepts this Kassandra. When the day finally arrived, and it happened to be on a Saturday, had Eithni grandmother sent her out into the forest to gather different ingredients as they were running out. Of course, Grandmother Usara wasn't stupid, by sending her granddaughter out to go gather ingredients, would Usara get at least a 15 minutes to 'get a look' at this Kassandra.

When the dark-haired girl knocked on the door she was greeted by Eithni's grandmother. Kassandra was about a head taller than Usara as Kassandra got almost interrogated by Usara's eyes, "Sae ye are the ane, ma ban-ogha keeps rambling on aboot" commented Usara, giving Kassandra a cautious, but judging looking look.

Even though Kassandra was a head taller than the woman in front of her, had the older woman a chilling and scary aura to herself. She was resting both hands on the head of her wooden carved cane and gave Kassandra another judging look as if the dark-haired girl was bringing some kind of bad omen to the house. "Well? dinnae juist stand thare like a newborn whelp, get in" said Usara as she had already moved back and to the side, to let Kassandra get in.

When the dark-haired girl entered, she was let by the elder woman to a small cosy living room. Everything was made out of wood, which gave the interior a very foresty feel to the inside. A decent-sized fireplace out of stone with a low burning fire ongoing, it was just enough to keep the living room warm. While there were other heating options in the house, the living room was the only place that had a fireplace to keep the open room warm. Placed in an L-form, stood two couches, on facing the fireplace, while to other one had its side to it.

A large, but old bookcase, was filled with all manners of different sizes and coloured books.at the side where both couches would meet, and away from the fireplace, stood a squared table, just the right size to fit between both couches. "Ye can sit here, while ye wait for Eithni tae return" told Usara Kassandra, more than provided her with the option to sit and wait.

What Kassandra also would notice, was very fresh, although a faint smell of fresh herbs filling the living room and Kassandra's senses, as if she was in the middle of the enormous Rebelville forest. Usara gave Kassandra a glance, "An dae no touch anything, A'll know gin ye did" explained the old Grandmother, narrowing her eyes at Kassandra for a minute, before leaving the living room to another room in the house.

Kassandra was taken back by the woman who answered the door, standing there like a deer in the headlights at the woman for a good several seconds. Honestly, she didn't know what the woman had told her. Kassandra was frankly scared of the short woman before her, her hands gripping the duffel bag infront of her as if it were a way to ward the woman off. "Yes ma'am. I'm here to see Eithni." Still, Kalanda didn't move, staying fixed in place. Finally the old crone did say something she understand, telling the girl to get inside the house. "R-Right!" Kassandra slid her way inside past the old woman, taking her bag and what was left of her dignity with her.

Making her way into the house, Kassandra wasn't sure if the old woman or Eithni did weed, but it certainly seemed like it; what with the herbal smells flowing about the place. She would stand her ground in the living room, as she stood there rather awkwardly, looking for a sign of the girl that had invited her over, feeling a tad bit out of place in the unusual house. She damn near jumped out of her skin as the old woman spoke to her again, saying something about Eithni returning, though the dark haired girl merely smiled awkwardly and nodded, then was soon thankful as the woman disappeared. Now she just had to wait...not too hard right? Taking a seat on the couch, Kassandra sat her duffel bag in her lap, as she looked around the house, taking note of the oddities she found. Her posture was rather stiff and self contained, as she was rather terrified the old woman would catch her doing something wrong and hex her; like...Eithni might not be a real witch, but her grandmother might have been. Kassandra's top lips pressed tightly against her bottom lips, as she looked to read the book covers across the way from her, silently wishing Eithni would show up.

Eithni was finally on her way back, towards the house after spending way too long in the forest to find the ingredients for her grandmother. With the basket resting on her left arm, filled up with all manner of stuff growing naturally in the forest. Though, some of these things were damn near impossible to get a hand on and she had leaves in her hair to prove. Coming near the edge of the forest, she completely failed to notice the car parked near the house, as she still was in the middle of plucking out all the leaves from her air and a few tiny branches, the ones smaller than a pinky.

As she went up the small steps to the front porch, she opened the door and entered. "Seanmhair, tha mi air na grìtheidean a dh ’iarr thu a chruinneachadh" yelled Eithni in thick Scottish Gaelic tongue as she took off her worn converse shoes off in the hall where shoes were placed.

A bheil Kayla air ruigh~?" Was Eithni about to ask as she entered but stopped abruptly when her eyes fell on Kassandra in the living room. Placing the basket on a small table by the wall, the red-haired girl just released a squeal of pure joy and excitement and dashed to the black-haired classmate and just engulfed her in a bearhug. "Ihhhh you're finally here!" Squealed Eithni with a delight.

"Dè am fuaim a tha sin dha nighean?" Asked Usara annoyed as she entered the living room. "Ah, still doesnae give ye a reason for shoutin lassie" stated Usara and walked with her cane over to where the basket was and disappeared back into the room she did before Eithni arrived.

Eithni just rolled her eyes, "dinnae mind ma grand... sorry, forgot you don't speak Scottish or gaelic" apologized Eithni with a small smile. "Let's get up to my room, you're going to sleep there anyways" explained Eithni and led Kassandra away from the cosy living room and down a narrow hall to wooden stairs going the opposite direction and up to the first floor. The narrow hallway had a few pictures of Scotland's hill and mountainsides and a single picture of an old Scottish castle.

The staircase was really steep and hadn't a lot of room for one's feet as they went up to the first floor. There was, however, a railing by both sides to give people something to hold on to, if they would trip.

When they got up to the first floor, the first thing Kassandra would notice, was that this was actually an attic transformed into a room or to be more exact, Eithni's room. There were two windows in the attic-room, one on the right side, looking out to the front where Kassandra's car was parked and then one at the far end with a queen-sized bed under it.

To the left of the window on the right side of the room, stood a large wardrobe taller and wider than them and it looked really old. To the left side was a simple desk with a single lamp in the corner and Eithni's schoolbag hanging from the backrest of the chair. On the desk was Eithni's sketchbook/diary. To the right of the desk stood a bookcase with all manners of books about Wicca, Scottish mythology, chams and all other kinds of strange things that Kassandra most likely wouldn't have heard or known about, if she hadn't read up on druidism.

There was even a sofa at the end of the queen-sized bed. On the left side of the bed, besides where the pillows were, stood a small squired night table with Eithni's phone charging. There was even a carpet on the floor covering the area between the sofa, desk, stairs and wardrobe, so it wouldn't get too cold when walking around in the evening or night. "Well, this is my place" stated the red-haired girl with a sweet smile and walked deeper into the room from the stairs. She went over to where her phone was, just to see how much it had changed.

When the familiar voice of Eithni entered the house, Kassandra felt a huge weight lift from her shoulders, as her posture relaxed. Finally, her savior had arrived. She wasn't sure what language the pair were communicating with, but it sounded rather harsh, though Eithni was from Scotland, so maybe that's what that was. When Eithni finally came into view, Kassandra was in the middle of giving a small wave, a nervous smile coming to her face, before she was brought low by Eithni's devastating hugs. "Yep, I'm here." She managed to squeak out, feeling a strange tingle up her spine from the close contact, though it could have been her spine snapping from the hug. Of course, this feeling was disturbed as the elderly woman appeared for a moment, lecturing Eithni about her loudness. It brought a smile to Kassandra's face as the red head apologized for speaking the language, but she really didn't mind; it was their schedule she was interfering with after all. "Nope, just boring old English for me." She replied, before joining in with Eithni as she was escorted up to the girl's room.

Kassandra was alralre liking Eithni's home better than her own, it clearly had some character to it; unlike her own home. There was a lack of stupid business plagues, or painfully taken company dinners with fake smiles all about, this was just a genuine home with no coat being put over it. The difference between Kassanda's room and Eithni was night and day as well, as the dark haired woman, shot like a heat seeking missile towards the couch and claimed it. She loved couches, the one thing she did want in her room they wouldn't allow, because it wasn't 'proper'. Kassandra could see her own car from the window of Eithni's room, as she had to appreciate the uniqueness of the space. "I would love to have this room at my house. It's so comfy!" She remarked, setting her bag on the floor and sliding her shoes off, before planting her feet on the couch. Kassandra wasn't sure what all the Celtic stuff was about, maybe just some things that Eithni was interested in; we all had hobbies after all, maybe she just really liked witches. Her eyes lingered towards the book case, a little surprised at the collection the young girl had gotten up for herself. "So I'm really curious, what is it with all the Celtic stuff?" Kassandra rolled onto her stomach, looking over at the girl. "Like, how do you go about doing it? I'm really curious." Indeed she was, hoping that Eithni wouldn't feel offended from the prodding, she was sure the girl got teased for this sort of thing often; after all, didn't they say she was a witch?

Looking up from her phone with a "hm?" sound but then looked surprised a bit, "really?" Asked Eithni and unplugged her phone, but let it rest on the bedtable. It was pretty basic for her since she used to live in an old Scottish castle on one of the very northern islands. Looking around her room, "I guess it's pretty cosy, compared to the room in the castle I lived in for must of my life back in Scotland" admitted the red-haired girl.

A cheerful smile spread across Eithni's face when Kala showed a rather curious interest in her Celtic thing. "Wanna see something cool?!" Asked Eithni almost giddy, but had already gone for her books and pulled out a very old looking hard-covered book and returned to Kassandra. Eithni would let Kassandra pull her legs back and sit upright before sitting down beside her filled with giddiness.

Opening the old book, Kassandra could literally hear the pages turn while Eithni carefully flipped through page after page which looked a bit funny as her flipping through the pages was controlled but everything else was almost exploding with excitement. Stopping around one third into the book, she's pointed at the right page. Looking at the page, it showed part of a family tree, the family tree of a Scottish clan, Clan Mackenzie to be more precise. What Kassandra also would find, was Eithni name written, Eithni Lyall Mackenzie, daughter of Domelch Mackenzie and Bruce Mackenzie, granddaughter of Usara Lonceta Mackenzie and the list went on with all kinds of relatives. As further back, Kassandra went she would have to go to the next page, just for the fact that Clan Mackenzie was such a large clan.

"My grandma said, that if possible, I could trace back my lineage to the first druids of Scotland, back when the Picts ruled Scotland!" Whispered the red-haired girl excited, as if she would speak in a normal tone, angry spirits would hear her. Hearing Kassandra actually showing interest in the Celtic areas, made her squeal a bit, "wanna try? Uh! We could perform the ritual that could bless our sleepover! Ihhh it's gonna be such fun!" suggested Eithni with such a joy, ready to jump into action, but was waiting for Kassandra to agree to do it. But looking at Eithni, the girl was almost bouncing on her side of the couch.

Kassandra was rather dumbfounded by the revelation that Eithni struck her with. "A castle?" She muttered, though her friend was perhaps too bubbly to catch what she said. Kassandra thought her parents were over the top, and here Eithni was low key talking about her castle; thank goodness her mother wasn't here, else she'd be calling the red head a liar. It didn't change the fact that Kassandra adored the girl's room. It did make her wonder why Eithni lived in a castle, Scotland didn't have princesses did it? Though how could would that be, having a friend that was a princess?

Kassanda's question must have sparked something in the girl though, as that energetic smile broke out across Eithni's features, her very voice radiated excitement, which forced a smile upon Kassanda's face. "Sure, why not." Whatever had the girl this excited, it had to be worth seeing, and indeed it was. Pulling herfeet back to allow the girl a place to sit and share. Kassanda initially thought she was going to be shown a spell book or something, instead it was something akin to a family tree; and one of the largest Kassanda's had seen on top of that. As the girl flipped through the book, Kassandra was baffled at how much history could have been stored in those pages. Eithni finally stopped on her own clan, Clan Mackenzi, to which her jaw nearly dropped; how could someone keep track of all this? Here Kassandra was, not even knowing her own grandparents, and Eithni had a way to trace her family line all the way back to the stone age; or whenever druids were invented. Kassanda kept her gaze on the pages, utterly stunned at how detailed this was, as well as how long Eithni's 'title' went. "How did they track all of this? This is remarkable...." The dark haired girl had no other way to describe it, it defined explanation. Clearly someone had to take alot of time and care into this.

Suddenly there was a squealing Eithni on the couch, the idea of the pair trying a ritual came to her mind; which caught Kassandra's attention. The girls bouncing provoked a series of giggles from Kassandra, who sat up, trying to calm the girl's excitement: though her enthusiasm was infectious. "Alright! Alright! We can do it!" Putting her feet back to the floor, Kassanda looked to her witchy friend. "You'll need to show me what to do. So I guess that makes me your apprentice?" The idea sounded like alot of fun actually, casting witch spells and doing rituals? No way in hell would her parents allow her to do this.

"Yes!" Cheered Eithni, overjoyed that Kassandra wanted to do a ritual with her. Closing the old book, she dashed back to the bookcase and pushed it back into its place and turned around so quickly that her large fiery red mane of hair got in her face. While trying to place the hair lots behind her ear as she moved to her desk, she pulled open a drawer. While it failed to move the hair behind her ear, so it didn't get in her face, she did manage to gather what she needed and went back to Kassandra and placed all the stuff on the floor. After placing all the materials, she got up again and dashed over to her wardrobe where she pulled out a small, but an elongated cardboard box. It looked much like those cardboard shoe boxes when you buy new shoes.

Taking off the top, she pulled out more materials, until Kassandra could see incense, a book called Book of Shadows, candles, a double-sided dagger blade with a wooden carved handle, crystals and white chalk. Eithni looked up from the floor and smiled excited and handled Kassandra the chalk, "here~ apprentice" said the red-haired girl and grinned to her, as it was fun to be the teacher this time. When she did rituals with her grandma it was always Eithni that was the apprentice... not that she hated being an apprentice of her grandma, but it was fun for a change to be the one to tell what to do, it was good training.

Pulling the Book of Shadow into her, she opened up and flipped through all her notes until she found what she was looking for. "Okay, first my apprentice~ hihi that was fun to say, anyways! I want you to draw this symbol with the chalk on the floor in the middle" Explained Eithni after her little giggle over being able to call Kassandra apprentice. Eithni turned the book and placed it down, so Kassandra could see what the symbol looked like. Eithni had also moved the carpet to the side, to make room for Kassandra to draw on the floor. "And it needs to be big enough so when we sit inside it, we won't touch the outer corners." Added Eithni in the end, just to make sure Kassandra would understand how big it needed to be.

Sure enough, Eithni was up and at it, as the girl moved towards her shelf and put away her family archives. The young witch did battle with her hair for a time, before grabbing up things from her wardrobe and drawer and piling it up all together. Kassanda got up, trying to see what exactly the girl had gathered. By the time she turned back, Eithni was toting a shoe box, with a rather excited expression.

There was a intresting assortment of ritual supplies in the box, but it did give Kassandra some concern seeing the dagger. Least it wasn't coated in blood. Taking the chalk, Kassandra smiled at being called apprentice, it was kinda fun. Here she was, an offical witch apprentice. Her folks would be less than pleased, but screw them, she was a witch now; well, kinda. Sitting down in front of Eithni and her box of goods, Kassandra watched as the girl read through the book. Her first task as a witch required her to draw out some symbol on the floor. She took a moment to study the image, feeling like she had seen it before. By then, Eithni had rolled the carpet out of the way, and was watching her apprentice get to work. "I'm ready, master." Kassandra couldn't help but giggle, this was just so silly and fun. She began to trace symbol, occasionally pausing to look back at the book for reference. Working on all hands and knees, the dark haired woman made progress, as she worked to accommodate Eithni's requests. Having done the deed, Kassandra got off the floor. Her hands and pant legs slightly cover with the chalk she had been using, as well as some on her cheeks. "So, master, how does it look?" Stepping inside the circle, Kassandra was a little proud of her work, her first ritual circle none the less. "I feel like I should be wearing a black hat or something." She remarked, looking up to the superior witch. She wasn't sure what was going to happen next, but Eithni was going to let her know; and she doubted there was going to be some sacrifice involved.

Eithni took the candlelight and placed one in each corner and lighted all three candlelights. Then Eithni took the crystals and placed the crystals in the middle of the symbol that Kassandra drew with the chalk. She then went over to the wall and shut off the light in the whole room and did the same with the desklamp, before going back to their soon to be a ritual. The room was shrouded in darkness with only the candlelights lighting up the circle, casting long moving shadows around them.

"Please, enter the symbol Kala" plead Eithni and signalled for Kassandra with her hand, while she herself did as well. When they both stood inside the symbol, Eithni smiled sweetly but also came off as really excited that Kassandra wanted to do it with her. With the book of shadow open and placed to the side, outside of the symbol, Eithni took the ritual knife and turned to look at her best friend.

"First, you close your eyes and then you open your palms and recite what I say" began Eithni with a quite serious expression as she did she same. Waiting for Kassandra to do the same herself, continued the redheaded girl, "Now remember, repeat after me" Explained Eithni, like a teacher, teaching younglings.

"I conjure the Circle of Power, by my will and by my Word,
I conjure the Circle of Power, a boundary between the worlds;
I conjure the Circle of Power, a sacred space for worship;
I conjure the Circle of Power, to shelter us from negative energies;
I conjure the Circle of Power, to contain the energies raised within;
By the power of Mother Earth and Father moon, I close this circle- so mote it be!"
Began Eithni and waited for Kala to repeat the sentence. When Kassandra had repeated Eithni words, continued the Scottish girl with the next step:

"Goddess of the spirits, of anything wild and power,
You who is the consort, with amorous heart and lusty spirit,
You who are the Hunter, with a robust body and cunning spirit,
You who are the Father, with a thoughtful mind and guiding spirit,
You who are birth, life, love and death
You who are north, south, east and west,
The boundary and the centre, within us and without us
Descend upon my circle, I pray, to witness these rites in your honour.
At this point, you would continue with your ritual observance, whatever the purpose may be."

"You got to trust me, Kala," said Eithni as she held Kassandra's hand in her own and if the black-haired girl trusted her friend and didn't pull her hand away, pieced Eithni Kassandra's finger with the pointy end of the dagger. A small among of blood started to push through the little wound, which Eithni was ready for and pressed the crystal down in the blood, colouring one side in red. Then she did the same with her own finger, tapping with the pointy end on her own finger and covered the other end of the crystal with her own blood. "Now hold the end of the crystal that has my blood on it with the hand that bled" explained Eithni as she did the same, while the other hand was still turned with the palm turned to face up.

Then, Eithni did the same again, "remember, repeat after me" before she continued and would say the last part of the ritual:

"Goddess, of the fertile Earth and rolling seas,
Lady of the spirits, of wilderness and power,
Thank You for Your presence in our circle today.
Stay if you will, go if you must,
But know that you are ever welcome in our hearts.
We bid you hail and farewell."

Kassandra would then feel a sort of heat from the crystal, transferring from Eithni, through the crystal and into Kassandra and reverse from Kassandra to Eithni. The red-haired girl smiled sweetly to Kala, "this was amazing, the first time I have ever tried this ritual" explained Eithni excited again as she pulled Kala into a very passionate and heartwarming hug, "we are now blood bonded!" Explained Eithni excited, while still hugging Kala for a bit longer, before pulling back.

Eithni quickly got up and turned on all the lights in the room again and blew the candlelight out. If Kassandra looked down on the crystal that Eithni had placed in the middle again, she would see that it had no blood on it. It looked clean as if somebody had washed it without any of them had noticed. Quickly dashing back to Kala, she pulled out of the circle and held Kala's hands in her own, "so! How are you feeling? Feeling anything different about you?" Asked Eithni curiously, giddy and excited all at the same time.

She watched as Eithni set the crystal in the center of the circle, and lite several candles, before turning the lights off. This was almost exactly like she envisioned. It was kinda cool, and a little bit spooky, Kassandra stepped into the circle, as she found Eithni join her as well. The dark haired girl eyed her friend with a small bit of concern given that Eithni stepped into the circle holding a knife. Which she seemed overly excited to be holding. Not that she was worried about Eithni stabbing her or anything, but well....she was holding a freaking ritual knife. Maybe it was just for aesthetic.

Eithni then asked for Kassandra to close her eyes, to which she did, but she couldn't stop herself from smiling; this was all rather silly, but this whole thing was making her giddy. "Now remember, repeat after me." Kassandra started, keeping her eyes close as her smile was still on display. That was the only tidbit of snark she would add though, as she would listen to what Eithni recited:

"I conjure the Circle of Power, by my will and by my Word,
I conjure the Circle of Power, a boundary between the worlds;
I conjure the Circle of Power, a sacred space for worship;
I conjure the Circle of Power, to shelter us from negative energies;
I conjure the Circle of Power, to contain the energies raised within;
By the power of Mother Earth and Father moon, I close this circle- so mote it be!"

Kassandra wasn't sure what exactly she was calling upon. In fact, she was sorta lost about what this was about. Or what they were evoking. It sounded kinda cool though, just like those fantasy novels she was getting into. Eithni only continued the rites, and Kassandra still had no clue what they really meant, other than it matter to Eithni; which meant it matter to her as well.

The only real hesitation came when Eithni took Kassandra's hand, asking her to trust her. Kassandra did of course, but that damnable feeling she had felt earlier struck, but she didn't pull her hand away as Eithni took it. It was just a pin prick, enough to draw blood, as Kassandra soon felt the crystal poke at the new wound. Eithni gave her another set of instructions, asking her to hold the crystal covered with Eithni's blood, which she did; though a brief thought about how unsanitary this was crossed her mind. A smile replaced the small pout however, as they reached the conclusion, Kassandra repeating what Eithni had told her to say:

"Goddess, of the fertile Earth and rolling seas,
Lady of the spirits, of wilderness and power,
Thank You for Your presence in our circle today.
Stay if you will, go if you must,
But know that you are ever welcome in our hearts.
We bid you hail and farewell."

The strange warmth the flowed from the crystal nearly made Kassandra jump, though she relaxed as she find the warmth coursing through herself and Eithni. It felt nice, really nice actually. As Kassandra opened her eyes, she witnessed a rather exuberant Eithni, who then clung to her new bestie after having done the rite. "Oh, well, me too..." Kassandra muttered, feeling those sensations creeping back along her spine. Kassandra wasn't sure what it meant to be blood bonded, but she guessed that so long as it was with Eithni she could live with that. As Eithni got up to clean up after the ritual, Kassandra was struck by how...ordinary the crystal looked now. It was like they hadn't even used it, stranger yet was the lack of blood on Kassandra's own person. Did this stuff actually work? Kala was still in the process of looking at her hand when it was seized by Eithni, the giggly redhead still hadn't lost any of her excitement, and...frankly Kassandra was starting to feel something alright. "I just feel all...tingly and stuff inside, but it feels nice." She stumbled, trying to understand what exactly she was feeling at the moment. "How are you supposed to feel?" Kassandra asked, not pulling her hands away from Eithni's grasp. This slumber party was already turning into it's own event.

Eithni's eyes lit up, "ihhhh, tingly?!" Asked Eithni with a grin as she pulled Kassandra over to the sofa, so they could sit down beside each other. "Tell me in what way tingly Kala!" Squealed Eithni excitedly, still with Kala's hands in her own. The redhead girl just sat there on the sofa and looked at Kala with a sense of wonder and curiosity as if Kassandra was the only other living thing in the world and they had just met for the first time.

A sudden voice came from downstairs by the start of the stairs, "A'm gang intae the forest for some more materials" called Usara as she was putting on some shoes. "okay nana!" replied the redhaired girl, without looking away from Kassandra. "agus gun ghnìomhachas èibhinn fhad ‘s a tha mi air falbh, Eithni!" ordered Usara in Gaelic Scottish and Kassandra could see confusion for just a moment on Eithni's face. "Gnìomhachas èibhinn, dè?" Asked Eithni now very confused as she finally turned her face towards the staircase.

"Gun ghnè fhad ‘s a tha mi air falbh, nighean!" Said Usara finally and while Kassandra would know what they were talking about, she could clearly see Eithni finally understand what her grandmother meant and how her whole face lit up in red. "NANA!" Yelled Eithni in English, extremely embarrassed of what her nana said and was actually using her hair to hide her face behind.

Kassandra hadn't planned on being pulled towards the catch, as her mind was still trying to process how she felt. She didn't expect Eithni to be so enraptured with how she felt. Being sat in the couch, she was already being drilled by Eithni about what she felt. "I...I dont know it just felt like-"

She was saved by interference from Eithni's grandmother, though she didn't know what the woman actually said, either than she was going out to get something, but the exchange must have taken a turn because Kassandra hadn't seen Eithni turn that red before. She laughed lightly into her hand as Eithni let out an exclamation and tried to cover her face with her hair. Kalanda was too curious as to what happened, so she rose and moved behind Eithni, still feeling that tingly nonsense at work in her gut. "What did she say? You look beet red right now." What on earth could have gotten to the girl so bad? Hopefully this would keep her mind off the question she had been pressed for.

Eithni wished she was anywhere but here right now, god why did her Nana have to be so embarrassed?! Well, she didn't want to be away from Kala, but everything was just so embarrassed because of her grandmother. Was it hot in here? Eithni felt really hot all of a sudden. "N~Nothing!" Stuttered Eithni, when Kala asked about what her Nana had said and Eithni started to panic. "I-I mean, she said something, b-but it's nothing important like it's not like I don't like you!" Stuttered the young girl and jumped a few steps away and accidentally backed into the desk. *Smooth Eithni, not like I don't like you? Real smooth. Why don't you just take a sign and write that my grandmother said I couldn't have sex with Kala when she wasn't home!* Cursed Eithni internally.

*Think Eithni think! BOOKS, Kala loves to know more of my Wicca stuff!* Thought Eithni as if she just the idea for how to make the holy grail. "H~Hey I got a book on some Wicca stuff, let's do that instead, huh? Yea let's do that!" Suggested the girl way too fast with panic in her voice, making it very clear to Kassandra that what Usara had said, was very very juicy.

Eithni quickly dashed to the bookcase and scanned frantically through the series of books and grabbed a book, before she went back Kassandra. As she was about to take Kala's hand, as she always did, she quickly had the sentence of her grandmother in her head *No sex, while I'm gone!*. So instead she stood in front of Kassandra, biting her lower lip, maybe a bit too seductive without realizing it and then turned around and headed for the sofa, for she was NOT going to the bed.

As she sat down, "come and look, I found a book you would like! It's about the Wicca rituals you find interesting, that is much more interesting than what Nana said" started Eithni to explain in hope for getting Kassandra to forget what her grandmother said as she started to flip through the pages.

Kassanda looked very, very confused as her friend went into a quickly worded rant. 'Not like I don't like you?' What the hell did that mean. Eithni liked her right? Like as a friend or...Kassandra bit her lip, trying to figure out what exactly her friend was trying to tell her. Wait, did that mean...then maybe...Kassandra should probably ask for more info. What had the unflappable girl in such a tizzy? The book proclamation came out of no where though. What the hell had her grandmother said? "Well, I mean yea we can do that, but you look really freaked out...."

It had to be juicy, what sort of dark secret was Eithni hiding....well, Kassandra wanted to know, but would she pull it out of her friend? And why was she biting her lip like that? What was she nervous about? Though it did make her look rather cute. Before Kassandra could press on it any further though, she was taken by the hand and thrown onto the sofa; damn that hand holding. Eithni moved like a blur, pulling out a book and coming back down. Eithni started flipping through the pages like crazy, too crazy for Kassandra to read, which probably meant it was too fast for Eithni too. The dark haired girl pursed her lips, glancing at Eithni, then back to the book, after several moments of this, Kassandra, put her hand down to stop the madness, she had to figure out what was with the girl. "Eithni, what's eating at you? What did you're nana say that's got you so mixed up?" She asked, giving the girl a genuine look of concern. She couldn't fathom what it was, but...well...Eithni was acting more Eithni like than normal. It had her just a bit worried now, but could it really be anything bad?
