Rakata Bio-reactor Pod

Affiliation:
Ancient Infinite Empire

Manufacturer:
Rakata Military Installation

Type:
Bio-Reactor
Power Supply:
Force Sensitive Mammalians

Sensors:
Basic environmental response node which monitor the subjects Vitals

Size:
The reactor is Cylindrical in shape. 1.2 meter diameter at both ends. Total height is 2.2 meters. The thickness of glass is 10 centimeters.

Composition:
The makeup of it’s components are gold for circuit wiring, shatter proof forms its shell, and Crodium covers the exterior base. Unknown crystalline alloy plates cover the floor and ceiling.

DESCRIPTION
The Rakata used hyper advanced technology which harnessed force energy as a power source. Their Bio-reactors used force sensitive beings to power these ancient constructs. The process was simple. Selecting an individual requires only that they were connected to the force in some way. There bodies are then placed inside and put into stasis. In order to extract their power, fear and pain must be induced. Using a single bio-reactor could power a large civilian transport ship.

The intricacy is extremely advanced and neigh understandable. However there is a synthetic crystalline structure similar to Kyber crystals. This alloy covers both ground and ceiling within the stasis pod. Wires are connected to the subjects skin, or surgically grafted in the case of insectoids. These are fed through the elaborate maze of circuitry to a vitals machine which doubles as an electrical torture device. When stimulated, the crystal like nodes absorb force energy and redistribute it like a battery.

LEGALITY
Illegal

INTENT
My idea is to add a nicely balanced yet interesting way to power starships. I figured since this item is ancient technology that creating plots for locating these lost devices could define the war between Sith and Jedi.

ADVANCED TECH
YES: The Rakata have long since been extinct. Finding a Rakata Bio-reactor is extremely rare and usually obtained through plots revolving around carefully coded instructions.

So, I haven't read the write up too much, I just kinda skimmed. But the Infinite Empire isn't canon anymore last if I recall

I thought I was forgetting something before posting this.(Sorry, a little tired) Can legend Lore like the infinite empire be added to the site Lore as long as I make an article submission that’s accepted?

Sometimes but not always. Rakata would probably trend toward the latter, in my opinion.

Should I take this down while I submit a lore thread?

I would advise that. Just a heads up, the Infinite Empire might be... problematic. Their tech opens up a huge can of worms that current rules weren't designed for.

I’m embarrassed to say, I can’t take this down (or more so I don’t know how) can we keep this in unapproved until either I need to archive it or have approval?

How about I archive it for now, and we can review it if and when the time comes.
