PERSONALITY:
Raka always was a very brash and arrogant individual and living for 200 years only made it worse. Raka (like most Hutts) believes he's species are gods and every other species is inferior. Because of this he requires almost everyone to call him Raka the Magnificent, aside from bounty hunters or other Hutts. Raka treats all other Hutts with respect and is rather calm when approaching them except those from the Desilijic clan due too the rivalry of the Desilijic's and Besadii's. Raka loves any and all materials that cost and would sell for a small fortune and it is unlikely you will see him without one of these objects.
Raka is addicted to any material smoke in the hookah pipe and always has a hookah pipe near him when he feels like having a whiff. Raka has a rather short temper and has little acceptance for failure. When encounter with failure Raka will go in a absolute rage, throwing anything in reach. The only thing able to calm him in this rage is either a whiff of hookah or the cause of the failure destroyed. Raka is completely greedy, giving up important documents from either side of the war to the opposing faction for massive sums of money. Raka doesn't really care about the war, all that matters is whoever is giving the payroll.
BIOGRAPHY:
As a young Huttlet, Raka was rather troublesome. Raka would often smash the bugs on the floor or smash valuable objects. The Hutt that raised Raka saw potential in him so he would often bring Raka to deals that the Hutt made. Most went well where the Hutt was able to swindle his way out of things which taught Raka all he knew. Though some went rather poorly, one deal with a bounty hunter ended up into a large fight causing the Huttlet to be without his left arm for a few days while it regenerated. Raka would soon leave his parent at age 70, setting out for money beyond his dreams.
When Raka left, the first few years were rather hard. The Hutt didn't know where to start his journey into the underworld which in turn caused mass confusion. Raka was able to make a few small deals, selling blasters, trading illegal goods. But it never was enough money for the Hutt. Then Raka heard of the Hutt Cartel. Raka had no other choice if he wanted to make big money. So, Raka got the next trip back to his home, Nar Hutta, and headed back to join the Cartel.

Raka is very inteligent and can evaluate most objects he thinks could sell. He can easily tell when objects are frauds or are the real deal. Raka can also swindle almost anyone into giving up money for items that never come and can trick many into paying a lot more than the item or creature is worth.
Weakness:
Raka has a very short temper and will likely get mad if told a bad deal. Although Raka keeps a blaster with him for protection he is a very poor shot and will likely miss the target.
