[Shalken]

In central Chaleydonia, Christophsis, lay a large arena. Today, its benches and sidelines were packed to the brim - for the fighters of the closest allies, the Accord, would challenge each other in combat. In the center of the sandy arena was a raised pedestal, with a diameter of 100 feet. Scattered near each opponent were a couple stacks of crates to act as cover.

The rules were simple: fight until you or your opponent surrendered, received too many wounds to continue, or were pushed off the arena. All weapons must be set to non-lethal; regular blaster weaponry can be used with low-power clips. Firespray, poison, and knock-out grenades are banned, and sonic grenades must be set to non-lethal.

Fabian sat at the opposite side of the platform, meditating to prepare himself for the coming battle. He had his lightsaber placed in front of him while his blaster was strapped to his left thigh. he stands up, pulling his lightsaber to him and clipping it to his belt and pulling out his blaster to checking it to make sure he loaded low power clips into it.

Now, he would turn his focus to his opponent, he could sense she was force sensitive but he couldn't tell if she was trained. it had been many years since he had a proper duel, so it would be an interesting fight in his mind. Fabian bows towards her as show of respect and greeting and stand there waiting for the match to begin

Ashlynn sat at one end of the arena, while who she was fighting against, sat opposite to her. Calming herself, she came out of her meditative position and pulled the two sabers off of her belt. She made sure they were on a non-lethal setting and then checked her blasters and set them as well to stun. She looked to the man named Fabian and returned the bow. She wasn't an aligned force user, but she was trained.

With no expression on her face, she pulled the sabers from her belt and ignited them twisting them into the backhand form she tended to be addicted to using. Ashlynn then took on a ready stance and waited for the signal to fight and she would then give a short nod and attack.

upon seeing her activate her lightsabers he comes to the conclusion that she trained but probably not as experienced as him in the ways of the force as she is younger giving a slight edge in force powers. A klaxon sounds and Fabian takes in a deep breath and exhales, he then pulls out his lightsaber, actives it and force spirits towards Ashlynn, seemingly teleporting in front of her. once in front of her, he produces a downward slash aimed towards the head/neck area.

Once the tournament started, Ashlynn came forward and clashed with his saber. Pushing him back, she spun and took a swing with her left hand towards his waist and with her right towards his neck. She was a quick fighter and she wondered how fast things would get. After all, she didn't know this man and one swing didn't exactly show all of his skills, but she had to admit, she did look forward to seeing how things would end.

Upon being pushed back from his strike realises his usual fighting style wasn’t going to cut it. So as she spun he force pushed her three meters away. Once he had the distance, he presses a button on his hilt and his hilt extends to another 1.4 meters and assumes a defensive stance with the blade pointed towards her on a downward angle, with his hands spaced evenly across the lightsaber pike and with the base of the hilt beside his head.

Ashlynn squealed as she was force pushed backwards. She landed on the ground on her side and she looked up at him as he seemed to extend his blade a few inches. Narrowing her eyes, she flipped onto her back and rocked backwards, bringing her to her feet. She then did a cartwheel and a backflip and then hurled herself over his head, landing opposite of him.

Taking a stance quickly, she attacked his right side, bringing her saber from behind her forcefully and made a strike that would've split him in half if not blocked.

fabian quickly turn his stance around to follow Ashlynn flipping over his head. fabian blocks her attack with his blade, pivoting on the clash of the blades, moves closer to her to hook his hilt around her right foot in aims to trip her up.

Ashlynn sensed as he twisted around to block her attack. As he pivoted his blade, she saw him come closer and then all of a sudden, her feet were taken from underneath her and she found herself on the ground.

If he had taken a strike at her on the ground, she dodged to one side before then placing her feet on the ground and using the force to aid her, she backflipped and landed on her feet, going into a ready stance for his next attack.

Fabian circles around Ashlynn, pike facing towards her keeping his distance. then quickly jabs at her torso using distance provided by his lightsaber pike to his advantage to keep out the reach of her lightsabers (if she doesn't follow him he would be jabbing at her right side of her back)

fabian lunged at her with his lightsaber, cutting across her in across the right side ribs causing and stepping back in a defensive position, ready for the retaliation that would come of it.

Ashlynn watched him as he circled around her. Trying to dodge his blade, this time she missed a step, tripping slightly and was touched by the blade. She gasped as she was given a stun from it. Then she upped her game a little.

She watched him intently once more as he then came towards her and stabbed at the right side of her ribs. Quickly, Ashlynn took her right handed saber still holding it in reverse and blocked it, the tip of her blade towards the ground, then taking a step back from the blades and in one swift motion, completing the move, she quickly manuevered her blade on top of his and then spun his blade clockwise, adding a spin and then finished with a ready stance for the next attack.

using the momentum from the spin of his blade that Ashlynn provided, Fabian carries the momentum into a powerful full body spin into a fast and powerful upward slash across the chest

Alright, as the 2-week limit is up, this round is now complete, and I will provide a ruling.

For starters, @christhebarker, a move like Force Teleport is something that we aren't allowed to use this timeline. It might be allowed in a PvE scenario, but definitely not for PvP. I should have caught you on it earlier but I wasn't exactly paying attention to the thread. However, @Rae Anne Jarrus, remember that if something looks off about your opponent's post, don't be afraid to ask questions or contest your opponent's post if you think something is wrong.

In any case, because Rae took more hits, then the win goes to Chris.

Likely not for a long while, there are at least 3 other fights that have either not started or are only halfway through.
