Question about star ships

Hello all!

Is there a good resource or list of the type of starships available in the Star Wars universe during this time period? I would ate to be flying around in a cruiser or captaining a battleship that hasn't even been brought into existence yet.

(i.e. Star Destroyers don't come around until the Galactic Empire, but what are some good analogs for Star Destroyers in this time period?)

Check out the technology profiles, or even better @Shalken has a brief summary of all tech.

Just a note, player characters can't own a ship more then 150 meters in length, so keep that in mind.
