Need I say more? Well anyways, it gives everyone a chance to convey more aspects of their creative side as well as gain practice in writing according to certain circumstance. Poetry is a magical medium that I participate in to express myself as well as cheer up friends who need it.; I'm sure it means different things to everyone. If this takes off, there will be more such competitions each revolving around a certain themes; for the theme this time, its whatever you want to write about...there's no better way to begin the competition by easing oneself into it. The deadline for submissions is on Saturday.

Now, "how we do determine the winner?" you will say; well its simple. I will establish a scoring thread where each of you can cast your score and give feedback for each poem entered. Scorers can only choose their own top 3 and afford them the points in the following manner.
