BORGO PRIME
2200 Hours

The asteroid's leader Slamasi has a mercenary group; the Eclipse, that serves as his muscle and protection. With a GA team heading to the merc group headquarters/barracks and doing major damage to it, they can weaken his grip on Borgo Prime.

Borgo Prime is a shadowport in an asteroid that serves a hub. It has crime, information brokers, merchants, credits. What more can anyone want? Tyler Ward will lead the effort to take this place in the Galactic Alliance. In order to establish control, the Galactic Alliance will undermine and dispose of the current numero uno (A Quarren by the name of Slamasi) of the asteroid, weaken his powerbase, and replace him with another crime lord, but one sympathetic to the Alliance. Naturally, it is unlikely the inhabitants would be really happy with Rebel's having overt control. Going for a discrete takover, they would install someone else more favorable to them in exchange for cooperation as a favor.

The first step: weaken the control over the asteroid. Such control was held in place by The Eclipse, a rather creative name for a mercenary group controlling a moon. If they weren't about to be run out of there, Kae'Leigh might actually consider giving them kudos for coming up with such a title. But such things were not meant to last. Today was eviction day, and the Jedi were coming a' knocking.

And what a better way to enforce a new leadership than to send two Jedi Knights together on one mission. Kae'Leigh Tameris had never worked with another Knight up until this point. She'd trained with her master before he'd left for exile, but this was totally different. For the first time, she could actually fight side by side with an equal. Not to throw any shade towards her Padawan who was smoothly learning his way into the Jedi ways and would soon be a Knight himself (if she had anything to say about it that is). Even still, the blue skinned Twi'lek was ecstatic.

While her partner in crime justice had her own ship, the two of them couldn't exactly squeeze into the little M-wing comfortably. Kae'Leigh would totally make a joke or suggestion about having Eisa sit in her lap, but she didn't want to make the new girl embarrassed. Her flirtatious nature couldn't be helped sometimes and it sometimes took things a little too far with those who got to know her. But this same flirty spark within her would due wonders for the trip they were on today. Kae'Leigh could charm the best of them for before she joined the Galactic Alliance -before she even knew she was Force-sensitive for that matter- she'd been a rather pesky slicer and thief. It wasn't uncommon to find the blue skinned Twi'lek scamming men out of their credits at the Sabaak tables. Though the both of them were there on noble reasons, Kae'Leigh had a feeling her old life might be making an appearance today. Just for appearances of course.

And speaking of appearances, Kae'Leigh had come to dawn her more armored Jedi robes for this endeavor. Funny enough, Kae'Leigh had gotten the idea to make this particular outfit based on Eisa's own designs of her armor. It was something she'd picked up in the workshop archives one day while digging around through Alliance files. Not that she needed any other reason to be snooping around in there! She of course wasn't doing anything illegal!

Kae'Leigh's robes were complete with medium style armor plating which gave her protection while not hindering too much of her natural Twi'lek agility. Most of the body was layered with durasteel plates with the exception of the gloves which -again, just like Eisa's- were DG-500 dueling gloves. Kae'Leigh loved the way they felt and she in part never wanted to take them off. But eventually doing the dirty, gritty when working in engines sometimes one just had to get their hands messy.

All in all, the two Jedi probably looked rather identical in their uniforms, giving them a more unified and grandiose appearance. They weren't just too random Jedi wearing random outdoor cloaks. They looked like warriors. And of course, carrying around lightsaber hilts on their belts helped with that image quite well. Kae'Leigh's for example, was a blue brylark hilt made of wood from the Life Tree on Kashyyyk. The Kyber gem inside would produce a wonderful sapphire beam that made the blue skinned Twi'lek's skin shine even brighter. Kae'Leigh would also be bringing a second weapon along with her today, her custom made collapsible staff. She'd been practicing with the expanding pole in hopes of one day converting it to a pole-arm lightsaber. But for now, she was excited to see how well it held up in combat. It was her first time bringing it out of the garage, per se, and she was dying to see how she fared with it.

Getting into Borgo Prime would be their first step, one Kae'Leigh handled as per her request to show off her skills in slicing. She asked Eisa to take the helm and fly them in as she worked her way through Borgo Prime's network to get them passed security. It was an easy patch, merely changing up their identification key attached to her ship. Didn't want anyone linking her to the Alliance after all. Once through, she smirked at the fellow Jedi and allowed the girl to fly her baby into the port and dock it (unless of course she requested Kae'Leigh do the honors as it was her ship).

"Are you excited!?" the Twi'lek would ask her new Jedi pal. "I know I shouldn't be, but I can't help but be giddy about the fact we're about to go get into a huge fight. Like, I know I should never raise this saber in hopes of fighting; it's always a last resort. But come on, they're not going to go easily. We both know what we're getting into. Why else are we both wearing full armor? It's going to get rough and I'm so fired up!"

Kae'Leigh felt so strange talking like this to another Jedi. But it was the first time she'd gotten the chance to relax a little. Probably not the best thing to do in these circumstances. Normally she was all uptight and serene. She tried to be wise, as her master Vu'thari was. And not that she had any complaints about that lifestyle, she just knew she had to be a better role model for the younger Padawan. Being around someone who understood things the way she did, she didn't know. Maybe it allowed her to be free for a moment again.

The look of focus and concentration that was plastered over the Fiery haired Jedis features wained, the twilek Jedis words causing the young Knight to raise an eyebrow as she carefully manoeuvred the ship along its assigned approach vectors. The slight inquisitive look over Eisas features shifted into a pensive and almost stern look. "excited?" Eisa spoke out stoicly as she cast a questioning look towards her companion. "the teachings of the order call that we should be with emotion, desire and passion" she continued as her bright emerald hued eyes alternated between looking at the heads up display in front of her and Kae'Leigh. A light sigh escaping her lips as she momentarily returned her attention back towards piloting the ship, starting to maneuver it into its final landing approach. The ship seemed to almost follow its plotted path with a cold and calculated accuracy, as if it were being controlled by a droid.

Her gaze fell away from the controls for a moment, looking over the similar styled pattern of protective armour that Kae'Leigh was wearing. The twilek bore a mixture of muted greys, complimented by orange and brown trims, whilst on the other hand Eisas armour was almost the reverse, baring mostly brown and black leathers, trimmed with white and gold. The difference between their choice in colour pallets were not limited to just their clothing, the lightsabers that Eisa carried reflected the two diffent aspects as to how she carried her path as a Jedi, within a standard looking side arm holster was her combined lightsaber pistol, a somewhat concealed weapon designed to look more like a pistol than a Jedis traditional weapon. Ideal for situations where Eisa would want to keep a low profile and the truth of her being a Jedi quiet. Whilst the other weapon that hung from her belt was a much more ornate and traditional lightsaber, something that had been formed to remind the Jedi youth of the Ancient Jedi and those that came before her, within it carried the ice blue kyber of an ancient Jedi Master who fell during the one of the final stands against the Dark lords of the Sith Empire.

But was she wearing all that for self defence or as the Twilek Knight was very vocal in proclaiming that they were expecting to go in and lay down some form of lightsaber based justice upon the scum and villany within the outpost. "They may not go easy and they may resist" Eisa spoke out once again as she reached out to toggle a few switches above her, almost having to stand out of her seat to reach them "but we should persue a peaceful means of convincing the mercenaries to vacate their barracks, we shouldn't rely on the edge of our lightsabers to drive them out" the Fiery haired Jedi continued as she punched in a few more commands to level out the ships approach, before her lips pursed in thought. "we are duty bound to protect all life remember?" she added before looking over towards Kae'Leigh with a questioning and firm look.

Though as much as she continued to look towards her fellow Knight, she couldn't help but allow a slight subtle twitching at the edge of her lip to sneak through. Before her eyes started to well up just as she burst out in a deep laughter, the stern and focused look of a hard-line Jedi instantly disappearing into a wide cheerful grin. "Just kriffing with you!" Eisa exclaimed as she briefly returned her attention back to the ship to check on the distance remaining before she would need to start landing the craft. "So couldn't keep up the hard line Jedi master act!" she added before wiping away a few tears from the edges of her eyes, and flashing her more typical cheerful expression. "these guys are criminals, they exploit the weak and innocent for their own selfish greed. The only thing they understand is violence unfortunately, but if they are smart they'll know to surrender and go quietly" Eisa resumed, speaking in a bright tone as she started to take the ship into her full control as the landing bay came into view.

The ship's nose flared upwards as the Fiery haired Jedi spun it around before pulling a few levers and firing the downward maneuvering thrusters. The playful grin appearing on Eisa features as the craft seemed to be thrown into position with a surprising degree of pin point accuracy, which despite this the movements would have made anyone feel a bit uneasy to witness. "it's much easier doing this in my fighter" Eisa commented as the light shudder of the retracted landing gear made inital contact with the ground below, yet despite the erattic swinging of the craft, the touchdown was only confirmed with a gentle bump when the hydraulics resisted against the weight of the ship.

Flicking a few switches on the console Eisa powered down the ship, before throwing her arms back and stretching out with a light yawn. Her gaze shifting over to Kae'Leigh, before she got out of her seat. "let's go be dig dammed heros"

Soz for delay, slipped disk and pain killers didn't help

Aaaaand it seemed Kae'Leigh was completely wrong about this girl. How embarrassing. Here she was just trying to relax a little bit when she was shut down completely. She had no idea the Order was this strict! It was torture! How could they possible expect to act stoic and boring all the time?! It was inane! Kae'Leigh could not understand it. Her face took a silent sigh as she turned away to focus on the flying ahead while Eisa reminded her that they were going into this with the mindset that they'd taken an oath to always protect lives. All life. Kae'Leigh's offhand comment about her excited to get into a firefire made her suddenly feel like really bad, horrible piece of scum.

Until she started laughing. Kae'Leigh just stared at Eisa with a very confused face. Clearly she was missing something. Finally the teasing would end and she'd let the blue Twi'lek off the hook, explaining she was just messing around. Well, now she was embarrassed again. "Time to go kill myself," she thought as the girl toyed with her emotions like that. Eisa would then explain that she felt mostly the same way Kae'Leigh did about this whole situation -which was a huge relief even if she didn't seem to show it right then. Eisa continued to say she knew there would be fighting and that was just the matter of things.

To make the poor Twi'lek even more uncomfortable Eisa tried pulling some crazy stunt with her baby that should not really be tried in anything other than a fighter craft. Kae'Leigh in a moment of shock would grab the arm rests while her heart skipped a beat. Maybe it was a bad idea letting this other girl drive. She was going to kill them! Yet, this other Knight knew exactly how to handle a space craft -Kae'Leigh would even have to admit better than she did- for she touched them down to the ground with barely any recoil. She was scared to think what kinds of tricks the red head would try and pull out there in space with her own fighter. Hopefully she never had to find out.

While her body came down from the adrenaline high, Eisa would power down the ship and then lean back in her seat for a moment. Kae'Leigh's eyes couldn't help but take in the sight of the girl's curves, even if they were mostly covered in armor. A curious thought passed through her head as she'd like to see what she looked like in civilian clothes. But she shrugged it off and reminded herself that she was still slightly humiliated from being gullible.

Standing up after the redhead she would reply, "Shiny. Anything to get on solid ground again." And then a little quieter, "I can't believe someone actually made me not want to be on a ship."

As they left the cabin, Kae'Leigh would activate her KLT-series astromech droid and then kneel down to speak to it. "Alright Johnny. You're in charge. You know the rules. No one but us gains entry."

In binary, the droid would beep and then roll its way into the cabin to plug itself in and prime the security measures. Kae'Leigh then gave a thumbs-up gesture to Eisa and they were on their way. Once down the ramp it would close behind them and lock with a hiss. She then took a deep breath while looking left and right to her surroundings of the base. She knew what with their appearance trouble was sure to find them. It wouldn't be long before someone out there in the crowd would get a wise idea and try to mess with the two girls. But they had business with The Eclipse. They couldn't spend too much time dealing with the rowdy locals.

"So....where do you suppose we start?"

A wide grin crossed the Fiery haired Jedi's features as she heard Kae'Leigh respond, commenting on doing anything to get her feet on solid ground. Her ears picking up at the quietly uttered continuation, the grin plastered over Eisa's features widening even more, before a chuckle escaped her lips. "Wonder why everyone says that" Eisa spoke out as she spun round on the base of her heel, continuing towards the door backwards "I pretty much was born and lived on a freighter..." the Knight continued, as her bright emerald hued gaze looked up towards the Twilek, who was almost a good foot taller than her. "Though I wouldn't be surprised if I was conceived on one as well" she added as an over exaggerated look of contemplation on her face, before simply shrugging off the thought with another light chuckle. " 'sides I always know how to fix em up" the younger Jedi concluded before playfully sticking out her tongue and spinning back round to actually look at where she was going.

But then again she knew all to well as to why many would be uncomfortable with her piloting style, most would have had to learn and be trained to fly such lumbering craft, in many cases in their recent years. Eisa however having spent her entire life before joining the Galactic Alliance aboard on freighter or the other, had been exposed to many a pilot under her dad's employ who were more than willing to teach her a few tricks. Unfortunately for Eisa, none of them were willing to show her how to pull of a sub-light drift. But then again that was undoubtedly extremely lucky for those who would be within the ship if the fiery haired youth was to attempt what she had branded as the Hyperspace Doughnut.

As the Two Jedi left the cabin, the Fiery haired Knight continued a few steps on before noticing that the footsteps of her companion had stopped. Pausing in her advance towards the loading ramp and turning to see that Kae'leigh had infact stopped to activate her dormant droid and give it instructions. As she watched the interaction between the two, Eisa's brow furrowed a little. Her mind turning towards her her own service droid, Ditto. It had been a while since he had been brought along by the young Jedi Knight for any determinable missions, Ditto's only time out side of Eisa's Quarters on Jedha was either spent running service errands or being docked into the back of the Cygnet, her personal fighter craft. Perhaps i oughta let him out more to stretch his servos? the fiery haired youth mused herself, before flashing a cheerful smile to Kae'leigh as the twilek gestured that all was set.

Following Kae'Leigh out of the ship and down the boarding ramp, Eisa's gaze panned over the newly revealed port facility. Like so many it was bustling with various crews, passengers, droids and everything else in between moving about in what must be a near continuous hustle. Her silent observation of her surroundings were broken short by Kae'leigh speaking out, questioning where the two should start. A slight pout formed on the younger Knight's features as she contemplated the possible next course of action, before lightly shrugging with an absent minded "I dunno" before a series of clicking tuts escaped her lips as she put a little bit more thought into their options. " 'Spose we could always start off at the Cantina, they're always good for picking up some intel from the local drunks" Eisa eventually answered, as her gaze turned to look up towards the taller Jedi, before once again her lips pursed in thought.

"Then again, for a place like this rock. With the Eclipse being the muscle around here, they're gonna be holed up in one of the biggest compounds" Eisa thought out aloud, as her gaze looked up towards the horizon over the walls of the star port. Her gaze focusing on a pair of imposing looking structures in the near distance looming over the imediate skyline. "I'm guessing that the big guy is in the most dominating of the buildings, whilst his goons is in the other" she continued after a moment's silence whilst looking between the two structures, her head guesting in the respective directions of the two buildings. "Seems as good a place as any to start off" she added with a light shrug before stepping forwards and starting to lead the way out of the star port and into the winding streets of the city.

As the two Jedi started to move deeper into the hive of scum and villainy, the Fiery haired Jedi started to passively channel her mind into the Force. Figuring that given that the pair of them were now in unknown and what would undoubtedly be hostile territory, once word got out, or someone figured out the nature of the two females was, it was perhaps best to make the most of her training to get the upper hand and increase her situational awareness. After all even though the reach of the Sith Empire held little control over this Force forsaken rock, the influence of money had incredible sway, something that the current Bounty on Jedi would be something that anyone desperate or focused enough would seek to capitalise on.

While walking on the ship her playful new friend would start giving a little too much information about her upbringing. While at first it didn't sound as bad, she really didn't need to think of the girls' parents whom were....frolicking on a spaceship. Why this bothered the Twi'lek she had no idea. It was perfectly natural for parents, couples, lovers, etc to have intimate relationships. Maybe it was just weird because this girl was talking about her own parents. Or, perhaps there was some seeded jealous in the blue skinned Jedi's mind she hadn't dealt with; she'd never known her own parents after all.

To her question about where they should check out first on this rock, the fiery haired Jedi would suggest the nearest cantina. And while Kae'Leigh couldn't argue with that (it was the best place to find any and all information), it was also the best way to get into a bar fight. Thinking over her decision some more, she would then spy two of the taller buildings that gave her an ominous feeling in her gut. Following the girl's eyesight, Kae'Leigh peered along the sightline and nodded at the rather peculiar way they stood out. A perfect place for a bad guy sorta evil lair to reside. Eisa would suggest that their main crime lord likely resided in the larger one, while the nameless henchmen would be in the other.

"Let's go knock on door number one then," she would say in agreement, following after the petite woman.

The streets for now posed little threat, but Kae'Leigh was sure someone somewhere was watching them from afar. She could feel it in her bones and that was usually the Force telling her she was in danger. Before she learned of the Force, she usually trusted those cold shivers she got in situations just like this. It kept her safe and that was enough for her to have faith in it. More to the fact, she felt Eisa connect to the Light side. Out of sheer habit, the blue skinned Twi'lek would reach out and take the girl's hand (if she allowed). Their connection would only be stronger together and that was the her only goal. Well....maybe she wanted to be a little flirty too.

Without looking around, she'd keep her voice low and ask, "How long do you think it'll take for them to notice us? Or, do you think they're already have?"

Almost instinctively, the fiery haired Knight's gaze moved down to towards her hand, as she felt the soft almost silken touch of the Twilek's fingers wrap around hers. A slightly bemused look flashed over her features, before almost instantly being masked by a broad grin and a light chortle escaping her lips. Despite the initial surprise by the physical contact that was initiated by the other Jedi Knight, Eisa could quickly feel the benefit from the simple act. The Force was able to flow through each of them, as far as each of the two Knights mind's would permit - allowing both to share and strengthen their connections to the Force collectively. That and the sensation of physical affection was also welcomed, even if Kae'leigh was using the gesture to enhance their connections, it had been a good few years since she had any tactile form of companion ship. Especially since becoming a Jedi, with so many of the Order's ranks being afraid of show any form of affection for fear that it would affect their emotions. Thinking back on it, Eisa could only recall Master Reach as being the only Jedi who permitted any form of physical contact whether for comfort or when they parted ways.

Looking up towards Kae'leigh as she quietly asked about whether she reckoned any one had noticed them, or even how long it would take for someone to pay particular attention to the two strangers walking through the street. Her bright emerald hued eyes widened as she playfully raised her brow chuckled in response to the question. Slowly she eased her hand free from Kae'leigh's for a moment before looping her arm around the twi'leks and rejoining their fingers, the youth's head moving to rest against the side of the taller Knight's shoulder, her bright orange hued locks of hair falling over her face, partly concealing her features. In part to make the physical contact between the pair look more natural, but also to allow for Eisa to be able to speak with a hushed tone whilst making it difficult for any prying eyes to get a clear read on her lip movements. "We've been watched since the moment we stepped off the ship" the fiery haired Jedi responded as a contented smile set across her features. "Ports like these, you get two sorts of locals" she continued before briefly pausing slightly, as her gaze took in the ever changing surroundings. "Ones that pester you the moment you step off the ship, trying to sell what ever snake oil they have to make a quick buck" she added before leading the two over towards a market vendors stall.

"The other, well they lurk about to scope you out, sometimes to guage what sort of visitor you are, whether you are on the local crime lords hit list, but mostly to see if you are worth mugging" Eisa quietly explained as they approached the market stall, before releasing herself from Kae'leigh's arm and stepping over towards the stall. Picking up a beaded bracelet from the display rack and draping it over her wrist, pursing her lips in thought she studied how it appeared before setting it back down and selecting another. After a few moments of examining the various crafted jewellery items and checking them for their fit, Eisa flagged over the Toydarian vendor, and asking how much the selected pieces were. Once the vendor had confirmed the price for the pair simple leather and metal beaded bracelets, the fiery haired knight opened out the side of her cloak to fish out a credit chip from one of the pouches sewn into her belt, ensuring that the sight of her holstered lightsaber pistol was in clear view. For those outside of the Jedi order, it would appear to be little more than a typical blaster, but the intent was the same either way. Eisa wanted to be sure that whom ever it was that was scoping out the two Jedi, could see that they not a pair of unsuspecting tourists just waiting to be mugged

Parting from the stall with a cheerful smile and a grateful nod, Eisa presented one of the bracelets to the Twi'lek before fastening the gifted jewellery piece around her blue skinned wrist and then followed suit for herself, fastening the second one around her own. Stepping away from the stall, the fiery haired Jedi returned her arm so that it was wrapped around her companions before once again resting the side of her head against' Kae'leigh's shoulder like before. "Tend to find though, if you just wonder about aimlessly for a while you look no different from any other run of the mill deck hand stretching their legs they lose interest pretty quickly." Eisa spoke out after a moment of silently walking bunched up close to her Twi'lek companion. "The joys of being a space brat hopping from port to port" the human knight concluded audibly with a light chuckle as if she just came to the punchline, whilst giving Kae'leigh's hand a gentle squeeze to hint at her to play along.

It was perhaps one of the upsides of having a life that many from the more privileged backgrounds would deem as being not much of a life to brag about, but Eisa knew all to well that although she may not have been able to experience the luxuries of life. Her years of sleeping with a metallic roof over her head within the cold dead voids of space, certainly lacked any appealing charm, but it had certainly made up for it in dividends by giving her the 'smarts' to know how to be able to disappear within a crowded space port. Something that had aided her greatly when her father and his crew were arrested by the then Old Empire, as it had allowed her to escape capture for long enough to make it to the outer fringes of the Sith empires where she would find the Galactic Aliance. But then again, on that very thought it was unlikely that anyone else within the ranks of the growing rebellion truly hailed from a privileged life.

As the two Jedi continued to make their way deeper into the City, the fiery haired Knight periodically drew the pair of them off to the side to peruse a market stall or to simply window shop. Knowing that if both she and Kae'leigh kept up the pretence that they were just simply just meandering around, whoever it was that was following them would elect to that they of little concern and hopefully go and stalk someone else. If all else fails and they still had a tail, there was always the duck into the nearest alley way to draw them out routine.

The blue skinned Twi'lek was only slightly nervous at how the red head Jedi would react to her holding hands. The way she saw it, a few things could happen. First, the girl could simply take it as a way to strengthen their bond. Simple and done. Second, she could do so with a more intimate touch, something that would make the Twi'lek's heart soar. She'd never have a long term relationship, nor did she ever see herself having one. So, she had to take her expeditions where she could get them. But her mind didn't want to go there; they were on a mission after all.

The third option that Kae'Leigh feared would not come to pass was that the girl would reject her. Even something as simple as holding hands. She didn't mean it to be weird, but some people just didn't appreciate comfort. And the way she "pretended" to be upset with Kae'Leigh earlier still had her on edge. She'd pulled Kae'Leigh's leg by calling her out on her carefree Jedi ways as if she were some stiff teacher. Would she do the same now? Kae'Leigh never had the 101 in Jedi affairs; her master taught her more important things. As such, she had no idea whether or not the Jedi could even have loved ones, or relationships. She knew somewhere down the road she would for she'd seen a vision of the future with her and her future daughter. That was the only certainty Kae'Leigh Tameris knew.

So far, it seemed that Eisa had accepted the connection. For what reason she didn't know, but it was calming to have that support from a fellow Knight. She could almost sense the girl's emotions molding with her own, likely sharing these fears and anxieties to the redhead now. She'd ask her question then about being watched and Eisa pulled her hand away. It was nice while it lasted. But to her surprise, Eisa returned the gesture by curling her arm into Kae'Leigh's and then relocking their hands back together once more. Not only that though, she even went so far as to lean her head into the girl's shoulder. Kae'Leigh's heart skipped a beat and she whimpered a happy moan. This was much better than what she had in mind. The girl was so warm, and so gentle. Her hair tickled the Twi'lek's skin making her want to itch it, but also savoring every second of it (she still couldn't get over the sensation of having hair).

Whether it was all part of them plan/ruse or if Eisa really was enjoying the companionship, Kae'Leigh didn't care. She got to enjoy herself a little bit and this was one of her favorite ways. Boys were always too noisy, messy, and frankly stupid. She'd known all her life that there was just something more appealing to the fairer sex. They connected emotionally, mentally, and most importantly intimately. Guys only ever thought of themselves. And Kae'Leigh would put credits down to prove it. She couldn't image ever finding a husband. But it did beg the question of where her daughter would come from...Not that such matters weren't too difficult to work around.

Pulling her head out of the clouds for a moment she'd focus on Eisa would was explaining something about the vendors around them. She'd totally spaced out on everything prior to that. Might have been helpful to know the answer to her main question was that they'd been watched in one way or another since they got here. But she was too busy thinking of the future to pay attention. She knew her mind shouldn't wander, and it was always best to stay in the moment. Something about this girl on her arm though was making all sense go out the window.

Her "companion" would lead her over to a stall which had all sorts of bracelets for sale. Kae'Leigh's eyes flashed over the beads and rocks and wondered how legitimate they were, if at all. They were still hand made which was something of value, but she couldn't imagine buying anything that could also be done in a factory somewhere and shipped right to this very spot. Eisa would start looking -or pretending to look- through the wares while she explained to the blue skinned Jedi that whomever was lurking about was viewing their own personal worth. Therefore, even though they were decked out in armor, it was best not to present oneself's as such a threat. Had Kae'Leigh made her outfit too noticeable after all?

Still unsure what game Eisa was playing, Kae'Leigh stood silently at the fiery redhead's side while she worked out a price with the Toydarian and then offered over a few credit chips. Apparently they were buying this junk after all. Two of them actually. Kae'Leigh gave a polite smile to the store owner as they turned to walk away when Eisa would take the Twi'lek's arm and clip it around her wrist. Now her heart was fluttering all over again. So totally forgot about the potential danger, the mission, even the fact that this probably-most-definitely fake bracelet had been sold for way over price. She'd never take it off.

"Thank you!" the girl would say to her redheaded companion. "It's lovely. And now we're matching!"

Nuzzling her head against Eisa's hairy head for a minute, she would allow the warmth of their Force connection to empathetically communicate her feelings for the girl into her heart. It felt like rubbing her head against a fluffy domesticated feline. Though she'd never admit such a thing to Eisa. Hair was so.....weird! Pulling away she allowed herself to stand up straight with Eisa leaning into her arm and they could proceed onward where her date would then explain what her overall plan was. She figured whatever scouts were patrolling the tourist trap areas would see them just taking a leisurely stroll then leave them be. It made sense, but what about when they got in further to the city?

"Your childhood sounds very exciting," the Twi'lek said with some envy in her tone. "I can't image going to all those different places at such a young age. I was born -well, I was raised on Nar Shaddaa. Didn't leave it till I was an adult. So this whole port to port thing, totally new to me."

A broad grin flashed across the humans features as she felt an empathic surge flow through her, for that moment she could sense and sense the feelings that were being projected by the Twi'lek. It was strange at first, to feel something so strongly being directed towards and as a result of her. And to say that she wasn't caught off guard was a lie, even though it seemed that from the get go the two Jedi had clicked, despite her earlier playful teasing. Eisa didn't expect to read such warmth and affection for her, though in part perhaps it was because she wasn't actively seeking it. But was she going to deny it, no! She liked the persoanlity and disposition that Kae'leigh had, and she was enjoying her company. Perhaps in time it would amount to a closer bond, or perhaps more. But for now and with the mission hanging over the two Jedi, a simple squeeze and a caressing run of her thumb over the Twi'leks hand came, resonating the same sentiment through the simplest of guestures.

Picking her head up a little as Kae'leigh started to talk once again, this time questioning her about her childhood before softening for a moment as the Twi'lek revealed that she originated from Nar Shaddaa, and only since left the planet in her adult years. Pursing her lips in thought, the Fiery haired youth mulled over her years aboard her fathers freighter. "It had its moments" Eisa shared, breaking the silence that had fallen whist she was in thought. "did get to see lots of worlds and cultures... Oh and the food lots of different food" she continued, before trailing off for the inevitable. "but, It did mean that had to spend most of my life cooped up in a flying metal box seeing nothing but the black. But dad flew with a good crew, they kinda became your family, well they had to in a way spending so much time in close quarters with em" she added with a light shrug, as her brow furrowed a little. "guess though I didn't really get to have any friends you know? Being the only girl on board and with mom dying when I was young, meant I couldn't have anyone to properly confide in" the redhead concluded, knowing that even though the rest of her crew were like brothers to her. She was all to aware that in many aspects the young knight was a tomboy, the most feminine articles of clothing she had was her Jedi armour - the rest was pretty much boiler suits and baggy t shirts and jeans.

Looking around the street as the pair came to a crossroads, Eisa studied the streets around her. Looking for landmarks to commit to memory, before looking up towards the Towering buildings that the Jedi suspected the Eclipse were based in. It seemed that through their 'aimless' meandering through the streets, they were no further than a block away from their destination. Slowly closing her eyes as she drew a deep breath, the Fiery haired Jedi took advantage of the shared enhancement through the Force, reaching out and searching for where the rippling currents was guiding them. Her minds eye settling on the building before tracing the path from it to where they were standing, opening her mind she shared what she could read in the Force with her companion, hoping that she would concur with the path being revealed to them.

Stepping forward once again, the pair resuming their walk towards their target. Eisa pursed her lips momentarily, before pulling her head away to look up and meet the Twi'leks gaze. "what about you Kae? What was life like in Nar Shaddaa?" Eisa inquired as a curious look fixed upon her features, it wasn't a topic for small talk she knew. But she had grown curious about her companion, knowing all to well that she could talk the ears off a gundark until thr banthas came home, speaking as candid as possible. But there was a growing interest in the Twi'lek she was nustled up against, who seemingly hadn't been given much opportunity to get a word in edgeways with the Fiery haired Jedis ramblings. And it was in the shorter Jedis mind a good way to spend their time navigating the closing stretch of the city streets to their destination, using it to get to know each other better, and hopefully building upon their growing bond.

Feeling the girl's thumb stroke across her hand made Kae'Leigh smile with giddy delight. It was such a small gesture, but it meant the world with its meaning. Kae'Leigh's heart was fluttering. She listened to Eisa regale her childhood over to the Twi'lek, speaking of all the cultures she got to see and all the wonderful foods that came along with that. It made Kae'Leigh jealous. She would have loved such an adventurous life. At least until she mentioned being cooped up on the ship. That didn't sound so fun. At least when Kae'Leigh wanted to go out she could go for a walk. Or go to any of the thousand clubs Nar Shaddaa had available.

She then mentioned that she had her own little family aboard that ship and that made the Twi'lek even more envious of her. She would have given anything to grow up with a family. She had it for periodic times in her life, but they never lasted. First was when she was a young girl turning into her teens. She joined a street gang. They were her first friends. Eventually she left them to get her own place in the world and she eventually found her way into Vu'thari's Jedi circle. She and the other Padawan initiates were as close as family could get for the girl. It still wasn't the same though because at the time she was too busy struggling to learn the way of the Force she took their relationships for granted. They too were no longer part of her life.

Her partner would then pull her head away to look at Kae'Leigh and ask her about her own life. It made Kae'Leigh happy that she was curious about Nar Shaddaa and her growing up, but Kae'Leigh wasn't so sure it was worth sharing. To her, her life had not been glamorous. As luck would have it, they had reached the large building they had been moving towards, so sharing stories might not be the best time for that. Kae'Leigh would shake her head and focus her eyes on the door to the building where two guards were standing about.

"Ask me again later. I think we should go let ourselves in."

With a smirk, she would focus her attention on the guard to the right as she walked up the steps to the entrance. Both of the alien men who were masked in armor would turn their attention to the girls heading their way. Kae'Leigh didn't even need to explain her plan to the girl; with their shared link they both seemed to have the same plan in mind. It was hard to tell who thought of it first. Kae'Leigh would raise her hand to the one on the right and begin pushing a Thought into his brain by use of the Force. She expected Eisa to handle the one on the left.

"We are expected. Please let us through."

The guard had some resistance to mind tricks, but with Kae'Leigh being that much stronger than him in the Force -along with the added bonus of the fellow Knight connected to her- he was hopelessly outmatched. His tone became slack and monotone while he reached behind him and opened the door, "You are expected. Please come on in."

"Well thank you kindly," she would say as she moved past the one on her end, Eisa's hand still in her own.

The two moved forward and into a large lobby that looked to be like some sort of waiting room for a registration office. There were only a few people inside, all aliens in armor like the guards outside. And they didn't seem happy that two girls just waltzed right on in. They would stand and draw their guns, expecting to scare them into turning around.

"You ladies lost?" one of them would ask.

Another would add in, "And how did you get past those two outside?"

Looking to Eisa, the Jedi Knight would smirk and finally let go of the girl's hand while moving it across her body to push away her cloak and show off her lightsaber. The Eclipse members would all now point their guns at the girls threateningly. If they reached for their hilts, they would surely fire. But the Twi'lek was expecting this. She'd come all this way looking for a fight. But, they had to give them a chance to peacefully surrender first. Such was the Jedi way.

"I suggest you lower those blasters," she'd offer them. "Wouldn't want anyone getting hurt would we?"

Nodding in understanding, the Fiery haired Knight turned her attention towards the Towering building before them. She seemingly had lost track of their progression through the streets, seemingly no longer needing to blend in the pair made swift progress in covering the final distance. "okies, always got the return journey" Eisa cheerfully responded before they stepped onto the first of many steps that would take them to the entrance. Her gaze focusing on the armoured alien to the pair's left, her bright emerald hued gaze fixing on the visored sight of the guard. The young Jedi Knights mind reaching into the Force, and stretching out in subtle silken tendrils of energy that reached out into the guards mind. Whilst Kae'leigh pushed the though of the pair being expected, Eisa subtly moved the fingers of her freehand, controlling the channeled force and reaching into the other alien's mind, fulling and numbing his senses so that he couldn't counter argue his cohorts allowance for the pair to enter.

Stepping into the grand foyer, well of course it was gonna be grand, nothing screams out power and wealth like the entrance lobby after all, with all the fancy suspended lighting rigs, sculptures, fancy desk and benching that was far too elaborate to be comfortable. The Fiery haired Knight, closed her eyes briefly as she allowed the Force to stretch out into her surroundings and taking note of the general lay of the land. A slight playful curling of her lip crossed her features as her mind's eye focused on a concealed center where artifical energy was flowing through. Handy thing to keep in mind. Her attention moved to the Twilek as she felt the hold around her fingers release, before moving slowly away so that the Twilek could reveal the concealed weapon that lay within the folds of her cloak.

An inquisitive raised eyebrow, crossed the Fiery haired Jedis features as she regarded the weapons being leveled at the pair of them. Always with the kriffing blasters to do the talking, Eisa mused to herself as she stared at the the guards. Sighing in resignation, she slowly and cautiously raised her arms out to the side, revealing her own weapons before raising her hands above her shoulders. Her bright emerald hued eyes scanning over the closing guards, as she actively channeled her mind into the Force. Although it would be unknown to the blinded senses of the guards, Eisas body started to radiate with the strength of her Force connection, swirling tides of energy emanating outwards and upwards as her body became forced and fully in tune with the Force.

Lightly clocking her head to the side, Eisa nodded in agreement to her partners words. "We're not here to fight" she chimed in, knowing all too well within that it was inevitable. The whole twisted side if galaxy seemed to have some fascination with greeting the appearance of Jedi with blaster fire. You'd think that the empire would have instilled a shoot on sight policy over the centuries that they had oppressed the galaxy under their rule.

"Good, so you're gonna go down without resistance then Jedi" one of the other guards retorted, as he disengaged the safety of his blaster. "There's a price on your shutta heads, and we're going to collect" the alien added, his voice distorted through the metallic sounding vocalisor of his helmet. A bemused look crossed the Fiery Jedis features at the response before she just shrugged and shook her head in resignation. "you sure, we can't just resolve this peacefully?" Eisa questioned, as she slowly closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

As her eyes closed, her minds eye focused on the currents of the Force around her, she could feel the Force darkening around the guards. Their intent at this point was clear, there was not going to be any way to resolve this peacefully, the guards were looking to kill the two Jedi. Reaching out with the Force, countless tendrils stretched upwards and wrapping themselves tightly around the luminares suspended above them. A long audible sigh escaped her lips, there was no further response from the guards, Baring the powering up of their blasters. "Fine" Eisa spoke simply as her eyes slowly reopened, her emerald hued eyes steely looking towards the guards.

With a slight twitch of her fingers, the Fiery haired Knight pulled upon the invisible wisps of energy, tugging at the fittings at first, straining their fastenings and restraints for a moment before the lighting rigs above them would come crashing down to the ground. In the very instant that the restraints gave way, the Fiery haired Knight, burst from her position a cracking sound emanating from the soles of her feet as she used the remainder of her pent up force energies to make a clear break from out of the firing line. Knowing that her partner would have likely taken the same course of action, given how she had been concentrating the Force within her during the exchange.

As her body propelled itself away from its original position, Eisa snatched up her formal bodied lightsaber, a striking ice blue glow erupting from the hilt with a snap hiss. It would be inevitable that some of the guards would focus their attention on shooting at her, rather than acknowledging the lighting fixtures that would come crashing down on top of them. Touching down over to the side of entrance lobby, Eisa rounded on her heel to face the guards as her blade moved to guard her body. Her freehand moving towards the small of her back, fingers wrapping around a small spherical metallic object and snapping it free from its bindings. As the first volly of blaster rounds leveled on her position, Eisa depressed a small button before casting the object towards the relay junction off to her side. A coy look crossing her features as she listened to the metallic clinking of the EMP grenade hit the floor at the foot of the cupboard that housed the junction box, if the surviving guards wanted to claim their trophies, they will have to work for it, once the effects of the EMP surge blew out the relay junction and plunged the building into darkness. There was nothing in the Jedi teachings about not making it easy for those who were trying to kill you!

While Eisa started to convene with the guards, the two girls would begin building up the Force within their bodies. It wouldn't be as strong as it was when they were holding hands, but the connection was still very much alive between them. She could feel it even more as she let the Force enter into her body and warm her muscles while also heightening her senses. To the average man, they'd see nothing; but to a Force sensitive, they'd know there was trouble brewing.

Of course their negotiations would fail and the men would all release the safety features on their blasters. Kae'Leigh was ready to snap into action, but it seemed Eisa wanted to start things off a different way. Through the Force, she would start focusing on the lights above them. Kae'Leigh wasn't sure what the girl was planning, only that she was doing something with the Light inside of them. With the most ba-dass of all gestures, the girl would open her eyes and signal that the battle was on. Above them, the lights would all break and begin to drop, signalling both girls to bolt from their positions.

The lights fell with a satisfying smash and glass broke apart every which way. The two closest guards stumbled back and shielded themselves from the raining explosion; the other two in the back were far more cautious and kept their guns peeled on the girls. While they were fast, the men were still training for action. One each would fire at the Jedi causing Kae'Leigh to pull her saber from her belt to her hand. She held the blade backwards -as her hilt was designed to be- and a blue blade of her own would expand outwards from the end, trailing along the line of her arm.

Using her wrist as she ran, the Twi'lek easily deflected the bolts with almost no movement on her part. Holding it in this defensive way was how her Jedi master had taught her and she'd never learned any differently. He taught her the most effective way to protect herself from blasters as well as sabers (even fighting against her with two of them). And while at the time she still had a long way to go, she'd gotten the hang of things rather quickly once she accepted her destiny in the caves on Ilum.

As Kae'Leigh rounded her way around to flank the men from the other side, her partner in crime liberty would bring out a lovely little trick: an EMP grenade. The blue skinned Twi'lek had never thought to use one in battle, but it did wonders. The lights around them shut off and power to the whole building went out. Only now, with their sabers, they were prime targets. Figuring this was the best chance to use her new toy of her own, Kae'Leigh extinguished the blue blade while reaching for the collapsible staff behind her back. She dodged out of sight for a moment while clipped the saber back to its home and then springing herself up from one of the couches. In her hands, she activated the staff which opened up to a long pole from its own springs inside the mechanism. Spinning it in her hands to get a feel for the weight, she then faced the enemies in the dark.

Kae'Leigh knew she couldn't actually use the staff the block the incoming beams, for the metal was not made of sturdy materials like vibroblades were. Her next design would feature that. So, she had to be careful when dodging the blasts. A bolt or two wouldn't be the end of the world, but she didn't want to risk it. Jumping from her position she ran at the guard shooting blinding in her direction. At the last second before taking a bolt to the face, the Twi'lek skid on the ground and slid, ducking under the gun's shot as it flew overhead. She then picked herself up in one fluid motion in front of the man and proceeded to hit him four times by swinging the pole back and forth. The man dropped his gun first, then fell to his knee, then raised both hands to protect himself from the heavy durasteel rod smacking him on both sides. Right after the fourth hit she would spin and bring the ole around with an arc and smack him over the top of the head knocking him prone to the ground. One down; three to go.

Narrowing her eyes, as the sight of her partners blade was extinguished into the darkness of the entrance lobby. The Fiery haired Knight reached out with the Force to probe that Kae'leigh hadn't been injured or worse, a releaved sigh crossed her lips as she could feel the twilek moving about within the darkness. It did make sense, given that the building had been plunged into total darkness, keeping the lightsaber active was like drawing moths to a flame, as vital as they were for a Jedis defence and offence, they stick out in the darkness like a wookee trying to blend in with a group of Ewoks. Pursing her lips in a twisted form of thought and concentration, the human Jedi contemplated how she would be best going about with wrapping up this little skirmish, all the while adjusting her position and movements to both evade and intercept the incoming blaster rounds being directed at her.

She could just act as the proverbial lightning rod and let Kae'leigh move about in the shadows and eliminate them one by one? But that could only really go so far, anticipating that somewhere in the building the power outage would be noticed, not that it was by any means subtle. It would only be a matter of time until more was sent to investigate. What was needed was some trickery, well slight of hand as it were, or what ever those sabacc sharks called their excuse for cheating.

Focusing some of the Force through her welding hand, Eisa slowly released her grip on her weapon. Utilising the Force to keep it bobbing about as if she was still holding it, before darting backwards a little to drop out of the way. Her right hand falling to her holster and retrieving her lightsaber pistol from its bindings, keeping her mind alert and conscious of her surroundings, the firery haired Knight sprang into motion, making a break for the side of the lobby, aiming to flank the guards, her levitating lightsaber following passively behind her at a distance, still drawing the goons blaster fire. Rounding in on her chosen position, the Fiery haired Jedi raised her arm up in the direction of the nearest guard. Three bursts of a bright peridot green light flashed from the muzzle of her saber pistol, before bolt's of green light streaked towards the guard. Being swift on her feet, Eisa moved away from her spot, knowing that the muzzle flashes would have given away her position.

Amidst the metallic distorted sound of pained groan of the guard being heard, before his body fell to the floor with a full thud, the flashes and traces of blaster fire started to split between the two targets, the ever lingering lightsaber and the source of the blaster fire. All the while Eisa continued making a break towards the next guard, whom had continued to levey fire upon the lightsaber that was closing in, following in its owners wake. The blaster bolts intensifying as the ice blue blade of the lightsaber drew closer, closing her eyes and concentrating on the Force Eisa moved the blade further away, looking to lure the guards attention and focus away from her, as she broke from her current position and rushed towards the guard. Her thumb hovering over the activation stud of her lightsaber pistol. Waiting for the right moment.

As soon as she was withing striking distance of the guard, the Fiery haired Jedi activated her second blade, as she swung her arm right arm round. A peridot green hue illuminating the area around her, catching the mercenary off guard with the sudden appearance of another lightsaber so close to him. The blade hissed as it burned through the man's armour and flesh, she could feel her face contort in reaction to the foul smell that was filling her nostrils. It had been the the first time that she had killed someone in such a maner and so up close, having often just relied on repelling blaster bolts back or just simply returning fire, this was a first and it wasnt something that she would so easily forget.

With a twitch of the fingers of her freehand, Eisa summoned her lightsaber back into her hand. Positioning herself into her practiced Soresu form, her blades shifting to into postion to guard and protect herself from the incoming blaster fire from the remaining guard. Figuring that his attention would be fully leveled at her now, leaving the Fiery haired Knight with little chance to now pull off the same moves as before, it would be down to her to soak up the blaster fire whilst Kae'leigh finished the last of this group of guards.

Elix looked at the weequay in front of him in obvious dismay, "What do you mean the Eclipse doesn't need weapons!?" he cried in clear indignation. He was wearing his Czerka uniform while the quick-draw blaster was visible in the holster on his right hip, held a Czerka-issued informaster in his left hand. "Are you telling me that you know a better way for a mercenary group to silently raid a compound than with a Czerka dart pistol?" He had used the same argument countless times in the past decade when he tried to sell Czerka Arms to mercenary bands and crime lords across the known galaxy and he was sure it would work this time if it wasn't for, "Blackwell Dart Pistols are cheaper."

Kriff. Ofcourse they were, because Elix was the one who stole the Czerka plans and sold it to them so he could pay off his spice dealer.

The weequay and his three friends all had a smug look on their faces as they watched Elix realizing that he wasn't going to make a sale. Unfortunately that smugness didn't last long..

Without a hint of warning the entire room went dark and left Elix the only one slightly visible due to the light of his datapad shining on his face. Although he didn't see it, he clearly heard the Eclipse mercenaries grabbing their blasters. "What the kriff-" the weequay cried as he leveled his blaster on Elix, "-is this one of those Czerka tricks!?"

Someone had just seriously karked one over on Elix, but he wasn't one to get blasted over a misunderstanding and as it seemed like he was about to answer his finger pressed the off-button of his datapad and the forty-something ducked to his right. A single bolt of red plasma flew through the air, momentarily provided some light until it hit the durasteel wall and dispersed. "Kriffing Czerka rat!" the weequay yelled in a surprisingly high-pitched voice as Elix used the cover of darkness to flank him and the other three mercenaries.

Taking his quick-draw pistol from its holster, Elix focused on the weequay's voice and pulled the trigger. The two bolts not only struck true, but also provided enough light for him to take aim on the second mercenary before the latter knew what was going on. Another trigger pull and there were only two left.

Immediately Elix dashed further to his right and only just in time before rapid fire from the two remaining mercenaries lightened up the entire room and provided enough of a window for Elix to fire twice before they mercenaries could properly adjust their aim. "You guys do something to anger the Quarren?" he asked rhetorically as he searched their bodies in the light of his datapad, making sure the exchange powerpack and put extra in both his pockets. Skirmished between gangs and other powers on a crime-invested asteroid wasn't new, but Borgo Prime had pretty solid leadership as far as Czerka had been able to determine. Elix guessed they had been wrong..

Next up part-time rebel made his way to the door and pressed the button to have it slide open, only to find himself looking into a lobby filled with flying bolts of plasma. His eyes' widened and the quick-draw found itself subconsciously back into his hand, "Whoever you are, I-" he began, but soon a bolt found itself hitting the doorframe and a startled Elix fired into the direction the bolts had come from. Unknown to him, though he expected it, that meant he was firing at the Eclipse guards and provided a much-needed reprieve for the two Jedi.

She was starting to wonder just what in the blazes was going on with her fellow jedi Knight, here she was acting as a magnet for the guards blaster fire, leaving plenty of opportunity for Kae'leigh to take advantage of the situation ond neutralise the masked figure. But there was nothing, she couldn't sense that any harm had fallen to the Twilek Jedi, she would of felt it resonating through the Force, it was as if she had just vanished, and whilst the Fiery haired Jedi was stuck concentrating on forming a solid defence, she couldnt afford to reach out through the Force and search for her.

But whether it was the Force throwing a life line into its machinations, or just happy happenstance, an unknown and seemingly irked voice rang out from the side of the lobby, the sources words being cut short as the eclipse guard broke in his attack to level off some hastily fired shots in the new arrivals direction, likely in an effort to keep the mysterious person pinned down. Though it seemed that it was enough to warrant a retaliation from the stranger who then opened fire upon the guard. Taking advantage of the situation, Eisa channeled the Force through her and into her traditionally formed lightsaber, wrapping tendrils of the living energy around the hilt and into the cyan hued kyber.

With a sudden twist of her arm, the light saber was released from her grip and propelled directly towards the remaining guard, as the Force carried the burning arc of plasma towards its target, the Fiery haired Jedi disengaged the blade of her saber pistol and disappeared into the darkness. As the projected lightsaber slammed into its target, burning a hole through the masked figures chest the blaster fire fell silent, leaving the sound of cauterising flesh fill the area - before the blade was disengaged and summoned back to the now moving Jedi's hand.

To take advantage in the moment of confusion was onething, but to assume that the unknown new arrival was friendly or an ally would be a mistake, especially when there had been no Intel of any other rebel operatives being assigned to dealing with the mercenaries. Closing up to the enshadowed figure, using both the Force and her light frame to move lightly on her feet, the young Jedi Knight rounded on the door frame. Holding her traditional lightsaber hilt at a defensive angle, Eisa raised the muzzle of her lightsaber pistol towards the new arrival.

With a sudden snap hiss, the immediate area was flooded with a cyan hued light, revealing the Jedis location and most importantly shedding light on the stranger. Eisas eyes widened in realisation and recognition of the figure a few moments after her blade ignited, the man was a rebel, well of sorts. She had heard about someone matching the males description through her padawan, and she was certain that he was who she thought she was, enough so that she visibly lowered the saber pistol away to her side. "You're Elix right? You worked with my padawan Terria on Sullust? " Eisa spoke out, carrying a slight questioning tone to her words, well statements. "my apologies, I wasn't sure if you were friendly or not, well not until I could see who you were,.... Might of been a bit too enthusiastic with the emp grenade" she continued before trailing off into an apprehensive tone.

Turning her gaze towards the darkness, the Fiery haired Jedi Knights brow furrowed "we didn't get any warning or Intel that another operative was working on the same target, thought it was just me and Kae'leigh....." Eisa resumed before her words trailed off, seemingly now her attention was pulled else where as her mind reached out within the Force. She could sense the fading life from the four mercenary's bodies, but there was no sign of the Twi'lek, either she had masked her presence or simply vanished in the heat of the fire fight. "then again I wasn't aware that my partner was going to disappear without a trace" she added after a prolonged silence, her gaze returning back to meet Elix's with a sigh.

In the near distance, the sound of heavy foot fall could be heard drawing closer. It seemed that despite using mind trickery to subdue and pass the two mercenaries who where guarding the front door. It obviously wasn't enough, or more likely overlooked the fact that when things escalated withing the lobby they would gather reinforcements! A light hiss could be heard as the lightsaber blade was disengaged and the lobby fell once again into complete darkness. "we've got more in coming, feels like maybe a dozen or so. If you've got any tricks up your sleeve, be interested to see what you have in mind?"

Before Elix fully realized it the blaster fire stopped at the hands of a icy blue lightsaber. Jedi. A mere moment later he had the light hue of the lightsaber in his face and was questioned by a well-known member of that Jedi Order, recognizable by her hair, at least. "You're master Swan-" he said it with a slight look of confusion about him, because he likewise hadn't received any word of rebel activity on Borgo Prime Not that he, as a part-time rebel, would have the security clearance to know all of their battle plans. "I'm actually here on-" he tapped the Czerka logo on his uniform with his free hand, "-Czerka business." yes, that's right master Jedi.. the rest of us need credits to survive and for that they need to work. Not everyone can be a freeloading monk..

The Jedi's warning of incoming hostiles seemed more bothersome than dangerous now that he had a Jedi of master Swan's skill and reputation protecting him, but nevertheless he took cover in the doorway. "What's your target, anyway?" Taking down Eclipse was a hard bargain, but maybe rebel intelligence thought that they'd fall due to infighting if their leader beats the bucket.

The footsteps got louder and louder until five flashlights appeared and Elix pulled the Jedi into the conference room. "Kriff, that's Sander!" he female voice could be heard, clearly in shock over the death of her friend. "But, this doesn't look like a-" Elix didn't hear more as suddenly a white ray of light shone into the conference room where he and Eisa were hiding. The forty-something in his Czerka uniform raised his blaster at the doorway with the intention to end the life of whoever decided to enter. "Hey Lo, wasn't there a Czerka representative meeting with Voss in here?"

Elix was waiting for him to finish his sentence before he followed the white ray of light and noticed that it illuminated one of the dead bodies that he had dropped moments before. Faintly, he picked up shuffling of footsteps outside in the lobby. Kriff. They were preparing for a five-man assault on the conference room.

Stepping back a few steps, Eisa paused for a moment as Elix spoke out to her, initially nodding in confirmation to Elix's awareness of who she was, before continuing to listen as the rebel reveal that he was here on Czerka business, before inquring who was the target that the Jedi had been dispatched to deal with. "Ah that would explain things" she spoke out before pursing her lips in thought, trying to recall whether there was any specific target within the mission briefing. "We were sent here to loosen the Eclipse mercenaries grip on the area. Pretty much tasked with a good old fashioned clear out, suppose it would help if can get to their ring leader and convince him to stand down, but going by how its gone so far with the goons.... i doubt he'll come queitly" Eisa explained, whilst she disengaged her lightsaber blade and regarded the older male.

Her eyes widened slightly as she felt a firm tug, as Elix pulled her into the conference room. Taking the hint and ducking down and keeping low, Eisa followed the man so that they were both ducked down behind the conference table. Taking a deep breath, the young Knight opened her mind into the Force and allowed it to once again freely flow through her. Her emerald hued eyes narrowing as she tracked the beams of torch light and listened intently to the exchange taking place, before the sound of rapid footfall could be heard as the guards prepared to storm the conference room.

Setting the hilt of her traditional lightsaber carefully on the ground, the Fiery haired Jedi with her freed up hand gently tapped Elixs chest and motioned for him to back up a little. A plan was forming in the Jedis mind on how to deal with the sudden rush of guards into the room, the last thing she would want to do is have him caught up in her attack. Pressing her hand against the surface of the conference table, Eisa extended the Force into and around the inanimate object and closed her eyes, waiting for the moment that the guards breached the doorway and entered the conference room.

A silence fell over the immediate area, the tension in the air was almost palatable. On one side there was a Jedi and a Part time rebel crouched down and hiding away within a darkened room, on the other was the group of mercenaries preparing themselves and getting ready to storm the rebels position. Each passing moment and heart beat seemed to feel like a kriffing eternity, until suddenly five sweeping conical arcs of light swung round through the doorway, switly followed by heavy footfall. As soon as mercenaries assault commenced, the firery haired Knight unleashed the pent up force energy, and pushed her hand forwards propelling the table onto its side and straight towards the entrance of the conference room and the newly revealed mercenaries.

A deafening crash could be heard as the table slammed into everything that was in its path, splintering into shards and snapped planks as it ultimately connected hard with the wall. Springing to her feet, Eisa summoned her lightsaber back into her hand, whilst she raised her saberpistol towards the stunned guards who had just been on the receiving end of an assault by office furniture. The area around Eisa illuminated with an icy blue glow as her lightsaber erupted into life infront of her with a snap hiss, swiftly followed by four bright green flashes from the muzzle of her saber pistol.

The fired rounds of burning plasma striking the nearest three of the five guards, sending them barrelling backwards into the twisted mess of ruined furniture. The remaining two however soon trained their weapons on the Jedi, the conical beans of light falling upon the Fiery haired Knight, who swiftly adjusted her body so that her ignited lightsaber was fully ahead of her, primed to intercept the blaster fire that would undoubtedly be levied in her direction. With a bit of luck her acting once again as a magnet for the guards weapons fire, would allow Elix to take advantage of the potential opening he may have been provided.

Just before the two remaining guards could pull their triggers they were both hit by dual-shots from Elix' quick-draw pistol and fell lifelessly to the ground. "You have a strange way of negotiating-" the forty-something hissed at the Jedi, "-better hope we can reach his office before he jumps into a getaway speeder."

Elix took some extra powerpacks from their defeated foes and then rushed out of the room, trying to navigate his way to the stairs. "How did the power go out, anyway?" he cried, lamenting the fact that climbing forty stairs was a lot more exhausting and tiring than taking a twenty-second elevator ride.

As if on cue some of the lights flickered and a few moments later power was restored, bathing them and the dead in articifial light. "At least they have a back-up generator-" he was anxious, for if the power was back on then so would the security camera's and the elevators bringing even more guards to the lobby, a thought which prompted Elix to now dash for the elevators himself "-let's go."

Once they were both inside the elevators, he punched in the floor that housed the executive offices and up they went. It would most likely be more heavily guarded than the lobby had been and now that they were expecting trouble were probably aiming some considerable firepower at the elevator that was coming up to their floor... but somehow Elix wasn't worried about that at all. He had a Jedi on his side, after all.

A long relieved sigh passed through the fiery haired Jedi's lips, as the latest bout drew to a close, the last of the mercenary guards falling to the blaster rounds fired by Elix. Her eyes narrowing slightly as she looked over towards Elix, as he commented on the unorthodox approach to negotiations that had been taken by the Jedi. Slowly shaking her head, the Jedi knight could only shrug initially. "Yeah it coulda gone smoother! did give em a chance to surrender. But they weren't ones for lowering their guns, not when they saw Kae's lightsaber" Eisa reasoned, figuring that had she gone into the detail of explaining how the force darkened around the guards, displaying their intent to kill the two Jedi - it could possibly be dismissed as mystical space wizard mumbo jumbo.

That and there wasn't going to be much time available to explain, with Elix swiftly looting the power packs from the fallen guards and making a move out of the Conference room. Following closely behind, a light chuckle escaped the fiery haired Jedi's lips as the question about how the power went out, got aired. "Yeah... that was me" Eisa confessed with an air of apprehension. "When everything went all blue milk run, i threw an EMP grenade at the power relay junction box" she continued as she followed Elix over towards the the elevator. "Figured it would make things harder for the guards to shoot us, you know, can't shoot what you can't see"

There was no question that when it came down to military tactics, or even just the basic fundamentals of combat, the Fiery haired Jedi Knight had not paid much attention. Often being the one to take the less than conventional approach, be it just down to her wildly and bright choice of hair dye making her stick out like a sore thumb, or the spontaneous nature of her actions. Whilst many of the seasoned rebel fighters would balk at her choices, Eisa figured that even though her methods were by no means by the book, they often worked.... Somehow.

As the lift car accelerated upwards, Eisa took a long deep breath, closing her eyes and reached into the Force. Her mind focusing and preparing herself for what eventuality was going to happen the moment they reached the penthouse floor, she didn't need the Force to know that they were were about to step right into the centre of the hornets nest. Which would undoubtedly be rilled up, given what had taken place throughout the building. "Elix" Eisa spoke out as she continued to meditate on the currents of the Force. "it might be best if we get off at the floor above" she continued, whilst slowly opening her eyes and turning to face the Rebel before looking up towards the access hatch in the roof of the lift car.

Reaching out with the Force, Eisa lifted the hatch panel up and out of the way, instantly filling the lift car with a howling gale from all the air rushing into the compartment as it continued to climb to the penthouse. Taking the lead, the Fiery haired Jedi cambered up through the opened hatch, pulling herself onto her feet and kneeling down to offer a hand to Elix. Not that it was likely he needed it, the man despite being much older was clearly in good physical form - but it didn't hurt to offer.

As the lift started to slow down in its ascent, Eisa readied herself, waiting for the top of the lift shaft to come into view, before springing over onto the durasteel framework above the elevator doors. Slowly as silently she lead Elix along the steel beams, before coming to a stop as the lift chimed and the doors rolled open. As soon as the doors parted that area was flooded with the sound of heavy blaster fire, as the gathered guards beneath the pair opened fire into the empty compartment. Obviously they weren't going to be taking any chances.!

As the ear splitting ring of blaster fire eased off, the Fiery haired Knight started to draw upon the Force, she could sense three people lingering towards the back of the room below and five standing beneath them, moving towards the lift car to inspect whether anyone was hiding within. Turning her attention to Elix Eisa held out a fully open palm in his direction before pointing directly downwards, followed by three raised fingers and then gestured in the rouch location that the three lifeforces were. It was probably the most tactical thing she had done the evening so far!

Slowly and quietly, Eisa holstered her hybrid lightsaber before adjusting her grip on the traditionally formed hilt of her other weapon, freeing herself up to wield both her lightsaber and the Force. Taking a deep breath, the Jedi Knight concentrated the Force within her hand, building up the energies within the tips of her fingers. And, with a deafening thunderous crash, the duraplast of the ceiling structure below was reduced to large shattered panels.

Amist the dust and wreckage that had filled the landing, the Fiery haired Jedi dropped down from the void above. Her lightsaber activating as soon as her feet made contact with the floor below. Her attention focusing on the group closest to the lift entrance reaching out with the Force, Eisa unleashed a wave of force energy right into the midst of the guards as they stumbled round to try and assess what had just happened. The sudden rush of Force energy sent the guards barrelling over one another, within that instant, Eisa rounded her attention towards the three remaining figures, two of them guards flanking either side of a human male, who unlike the others was unmasked, revealing a heavily scarred face. This man was the ring leader for the mercenary thugs.

The momentary look of shock was evident on the man's features, as his mind processed what he was seeing. "Stand down your men, and come quietly" Eisa spoke out, offering the ring leader a chance to end things without any further bloodshed.

The ring leader scoffed, "Who are you kidding!? You'll never get out of here alive!" his voice betrayed the fear his body was enthralled to as he stood motionless between his two bodyguards.

What perhaps surprised him even more was that after the Jedi, a Czerka-uniformed older man jumped down from the floor above, spraining his ankle but trying his best not to let people notice the sudden spike of pain he felt. "Czerka!? Jedi work for Czerka now!?" the ringleader gasped and then was silent for a moment, which conveniently lend itself for Elix to speak some words of encouragement; "You really thought Czerka would let you buy arms from its competitors?" the part-time rebel turned to Eisa and winked, hoping that by doing so she wouldn't say anything that would dispute his claim. "That was before I knew it had Jedi working for them!" the ringleader's voice broke from desperation, realizing that his life was at the mercy of a vindictive mega-corporation that was infamous for its inability to forgive even the slightest slight against them.

"The Eclipse works for us now," the rebel smiled and let it be unmistaken that it wasn't a negotiation, but a demand from the victor. The ringleader thus was silent for another moment and then motioned for the bodyguards to lower their blasters. "What do you want-" he swallowed, "-boss."

It was a nice touch, Elix had to admit he liked the sound of it, thus to complete the ruse he went with Eisa's original mission. "Slamasi no longer enjoys the protection of the Eclipse. In fact, you'll ensure that his time has come."

The ringleader nodded. He could choose between servitude under the Czerka banner or death, so he chose servitude. Ofcourse, Czerka didn't have jedi in its employ and the Eclipse now answered to Grand Master Arda, another Jedi and current leader of the Galactic Alliance. That tiny detail was better revealed when all was said and done, however.
