Coronet City - Corellia

[fancybox2] The sound of Coronet City waking up was one that worked perfectly as an alarm clock, Henne had never had a need to actually acquire one and instead just got out of bed whenever the noises coming from the increasingly more trafficked streets got too loud for her to be able to sleep through. This morning however, she had been woken up before the sun had even started to crest the towering buildings that made up Coronet City.
With a cup of caf in hand she couldn't help herself from dozing off momentarily, snapping back to the moment whenever her head started to tilt a bit too much forward. Dressed in a pilot's jacket and workshop pants, she figured she looked just like any other Corellian who made their way past them, though she stood out quite a bit. Her unwashed dreadlocks, patched up jacket and torn pants made her stand out like a sore thumb after having hit it with a wrench.
Taking a sip from the cup she sighed and looked over to her right and up at the Rodian who stood beside her. "So... you're one hundred percent sure... that we'll be able to take the power converters from the rear repulsors and fit 'em on your ride?" She asked and took another sip from the Caf, reaching into her jacket to fetch a small metallic bottle which she opened with her teeth and then poured some clear liquid into her drink. "You know, you should try and limit your drinking a bit, it's not good for you." The Rodian spoke and Henne rolled her eyes. "Look, you know I get too stressed out otherwise. Look at what happened to Hyer, that's because I was sober and now he's got one and a half arm." she said and sipped her blend, a smile beginning to form on her face.
"And what does that say about your drinking? Never mind, don't answer that, let's focus on the job, alright? The man who owns it doesn't even bother locking it, so, there shouldn't even be an alarm system to worry about, I'll cover you," "You mean like last time?" "No, not like last time, how could I... anyway..." the Rodian looked down at her. "Torli is waiting on the other side of the street, he's got the speeder jacks, he'll bring 'em over when we move, while you dive underneath he'll keep the speeder floating while you rip out the pieces we need and then when I give the signal, Hyer will come up with a cargo truck, we dump the lifts and jump in. Thirty minutes tops."
Henne looked up at him with a raised brow. "Alright, but if this ends up like the last time Torli had anything more important to do other than keep the speeder runn-- Isn't that the speeder?" She asked and nodded towards an obvious home-modded speeder that slowly parked outside the factory they were waiting by. "Yep, that's it. Let's go." the Rodian stretched his arms and extended one finger into the sky and the plan was in motion.
Time passed as they worked and after some curses from Henne and kicks against her shin from her Rodian partner-in-crime to keep quiet but eventually she finished unhooking the parts that had been installed after the speeder had rolled off of the production line. Pushing them out beside her she crawled out and got up from the ground. "Done." She said and looked behind the Rodian. About fifty meters down the street a group of Imperial police officers looked at them, and, they seemed to be joined by a cloaked figure, a Sith? Henne wasn't sure she wanted to know, but, she was sure that she wanted to get out of here. "For frosts sake, the law, six o' clock." One of the officers pointed towards the group as the Rodian looked towards him, causing the officers to call out to the group and move towards them.
Torli was the first one to act, drawing a blaster from his jacket and firing off two shots towards the Officers and their friend, signalling for the small gang that it was time to get the hell out of there, and fast.[/fancybox2]
