DESCRIPTION
Also known as the: "Plantain" for its awful ergonomics as well as hideous shape, and poor craftsmanship. It was designed by the Old Republic as a planetary defense ship for planetary governments just before the start of the 100 Year Darkness. It was extremely cheap, and came with limited amenities even lacking proper escape pod launchers, it was supposed to /SOLEY/ be used as a defense vessel tethered to a space station in a planet's orbit, even lacking a proper hyperdrive. It was never supposed to fight against Capitol ships, but the Republic tried during the 100 year Darkness to press them into service, where hundreds of thousands were destroyed in drove over poorly defended Republic Worlds. During the fall of the old Republic, and rise of the Sith after the war. It's design received several updates like the inclusion of two escape pod launchers, as well as a hyperdrive and then demilitarized and now sold on the civilian market for a cheapo medium sized ship. It struggles against even Light Freighters stock; but during the last 600 years, a massive aftermarket grew for the ship allowing it to nearly /as/ modular as a run of the mill Light Freighter allowing it to tackle many roles. Such as space-trucking, pirate hunting, or civilian transports. However, it was designed to be cheap and such, has many blatant design flaws. Luckily, it is still made to this day, and is one of the more common sights in the outer rim despite its ugly and ungainly appearance, and horrible interior ergonomics.

It can easily be used as a starter ship for the more: "Compensative" of Bounty Hunters, it cannot carry as much as a proper freighter but is really a "Jack of all Trades" to tackle any problem. With modification kits for specifications in many multi role jobs such as: freight hopping, smuggling, racing, combat, and even tug-boating. ​
