Red was still pissed from the Mandalorian prancing away after their big encounter on Ruusan. He had taken a blaster bolt, the injury having healed by now. He wanted to get back into the game. This was war and there was no time to grow complacent or slow. He had packed twin sabers, and he wore no armor. He wanted to fight his opponent as is for both experience and training.

The arena sim was a large platform overlooking a valley. The weather was hot, the sun scorching from above. Red did not have his sabers drawn, scratching his head and yawning as he awaited his opponent. He stretched to prepare for the exercise, hoping this would help him get back on track.

Crosis stepped on to the arena platform. The tall, and well muscled pureblood sith clearly eager for combat. He walked to within ten feet of his opponent. And looked down on the man. Crosis' face was blank, unreadable. A stonewall armed with a lightsaber. This would be a good chance to test his Djem-so on a truly worthy creature. Crosis took note of the twin Sabers on his waist. jar-kai pratitioner. Hmmm, well this changed things

Crosis took in a deep breath and let it out slowly. He drew and ignited his lightsaber and got into a defensive position, ready to defend and then counter strike. Crosis said nothing. Just looked the other man in the eyes and was ready for what may come, or so the pureblood liked to believe.

OoC: Note which hand you're holding the saber with and exactly how you're getting into defensive position. Is it crossed over his chest? Is it guarding his side? Being specific helps both of us ^_^

Red hated it when his opponent waited for him to make the first move. He rolled his eyes and surveyed the man. He was much larger than Red, and though he could be quick, Red knew he would have a slight advantage in terms of speed. However, if the man landed a blow, it'd do more damage to Red than the other way around.

He looked at the man, posing in defense with his saber ignited. Red telekinetically pulled a saber to his right hand, leaving his left empty. He was paused for moment before dashing towards his opponent. His right arm was crossed diagonally across his body, saber trailing behind his left flank. Upon reaching Crosis, Red's right saber would blaze out in a diagonal arc aimed to slice from Crosis's right hip to left shoulder.

Crosis stood there with his legs bent partially at the knee, his Lightsaber held above his head about six inches and held in his right hand, above his left, Crosis opting for a two handed grip for now. The other man dashed forward, but Crosis was ready. His stance firm and well planted. Just before his opponent would ever him hip to shoulder, he brought his own lightsaber down in a tight reversed grip hold with his right hand meeting her blade with his just in front of his chest.

True to the form of Djem-So Crosis reached with his large left hand balled in a fist to strike at his opponents face. All the rage and hatred powering his drive to hurt and maim his attacker. With any luck his fist would have an aggressive marriage with this mans face. If nothing else they were for a second or two saber locked.

(OOC: Better?)
