  Built in a droid factory on Coruscant, PR-4D was designated to work in a hotel as a guest service droid. The hotel was an ok place to work and PR-4D was as "content" as a droid could possibly be working there.
  
  Then one day there was an accident. As the droid was carrying some luggage upstairs for some guests, he tripped on a stair and fell backward.
  The weight of the luggage, and the very flimsy materials he was made with, spelled disaster for the droid. As he tumbled down the stairs, he broke off both arms, one leg, and his head.
  Upon seeing the repair bill, the hotel decided it was better and cheaper not to repair PR-4D, and tossed him into the garbage, where he was found by an old tinkerer.
  
  The old man repaired him as best as he could, but during the process, some wiring was crossed somehow, and PR-4D developed an almost human like personality. The tinkerer also downloaded into his mainframe, an "emotion" system, and several other "upgrades", which made him act more like an individual and less like a droid.
  
  Upon being repaired, PR-4D decided not to go back to the hotel, but instead chose to go into business for himself.
  But because he really didn't know much about how to do that, he made his way to the local library and downloaded as much as he could on business and mathematics, as well as history, money making, and most importantly, the laws on casinos and business establishments.
  
  When he walked out of the library (a week later), PR-4D had a new outlook on life, and the knowledge on how to accomplish his goals...He was ready to go make his mark on the galaxy.

  PR-4D is a business "man". He runs his casino with a firm hand and is a stickler for details.
  In dealing with customers he comes across as friendly as possible.
  When it comes to business, he is ruthless and calculating.

@Axym I cleaned up the formatting for you, the Real Time Editor is what is messing up your coding. My suggestion, if you want to use fancy templates like this then switch off the RTE as it keeps on adding code of its own and every time you try to edit the profile it will keep on ruining it and it'll be broken once more real soon.

As for the character:
1. You can't own a casino, that is well above what a Level 1 character can have. Maybe a small shop where he runs card games or a small cantina and work it up to a casino but can't start with one.
2. In the equipment, please add a link to an approved blaster for the one you have listed.
3. What droid model is he based on? All droid characters need to be based on some approved tech write-up for a droid.

You can go to the technology boards and filter by the droid tag. There are a few other approved models there, can check which best fits your plans for this character.

Go into preferences, should find that by clicking on your user icon on the top of the page, inside the preferences there is a option for Rich Text Editor. It really is a pain, sorry it caused so much chaos with your formatting.
