Durtrak stood in his quarters, surrounded by trophies of kills he took, as well as blades and various items from his homeworld and neighboring world Kashyyyk. He had returned from a journey he had taken, and ready to prepare others for the way of the Bogan. His right eye twitched as he sensed someone approaching from outside, and he turned his head slightly towards the door while keeping his back turned.

"Enter... be quick about it..."

Tithe softly tread through the doorway, clothed in a simply dark brown, long-sleeve tunic. He felt as if the air was heavy in the room, like every single particle of air was coated in a layer of ice and bunched all together. Cold wasn't something Tithe was used to. Other then years of living in dense and humid forests to hot and bare deserts, he had only experienced frigid temperatures in his dreams.

Looking into the room past the threshold, Tithe saw a large Trandoshan. The room was ordained with accomplishments and treasures worth more than tithe could imagine. Tithe quickly searched his mind for manners and etiquette for addressing masters.

"Sorry, master. I'm new here," Tithe said, his heart beating rapidly in front of this intimidating figure. "and I've been told to be trained under you."

"Ssso it would sseem..."

Durtrak spoke, taking a step forward as he pointed his finger at this acolyte.

"Closse door behind you, step forward and kneel."

He commanded, going over to the wall were a rack of small and medium sized blades sat, waiting for someone to grab one.

Moving foward, Tithe knelt before his poweful new master, willing to learn.

The swords around the room gleamed with a pristine shine. It seemed as if they wanted to be wielded.

"I am ready for this, my master." Tithe felt a bead of sweat roll down his forhead. "I am ready to learn. I am ready for power beyond my imagination."

Durtrak took a few steps forward, looking at the acolyte as he sneered at him, letting his anger be felt like a small heat wave as he launched a force push straight at him, pushing him back and closing the door he failed to close.

"I suggesst you ssstart to listen more clossely, Acolyte... Now get up."

He spoke, relaxing some as he took out a knife he had of Trandoshan origin, twirling it between his three fingers as he approached the Acolyte, looking down upon him.

"Why do you want power? What drivesss you to want it? Would you be willing to kill me for it?"

Tithe struck the wall hard, knocking the breath from his body. He was caught off guard by the power and sheer speed of the attack - or disciplinary action. It was almost impossible to tell the emotions of the Trandoshan, if he was angry or just being a techer.

Answering the question, Tithe began to kneel again.

"I do not believe I can receive power that easily - just being killing you. What purpose would it serve me if my master is dead?" There was a pause in the conversation which Tithe took advantage of to answer the previous questions. "I want power, as to kill my enemies before they can kill me."

Tithe was not sure of what was going to happen with the knife in the Trandoshan's hand, but he expected he wasn't going to like it.

((OOC: Really sorry for delay.))

"If you killed me, then I wasss weak; not desserving to be the Masster I wasss."

Durtrak said, motioning with his hand for the Acolyte to rise to his feet. He would have to learn fast, or else he would be left behind for the more violent students.

"Who your enemiesss are is not my concern, but you will learn to kill them... or I will kill you. Now I want your name..."

It wasn't hard for Tithe to believe, that his master would kill him if he wasn't keeping up, but he had no intention on being weak. Tithe smothered his feelings of fear and vowed to learn all he could from his new master.

"My name is Tithe, master."

He felt a wave of security after saying his name, like a weight had been lifted off his shoulders. And with that, his training had begun.

"What will you teach me?"
