Hi all,
Not sure if its been done before here? But at a previous board that was involved in there was a regular community award system that was held, called the SWERPAS, (if any one here is of the same board hi!)
What it was, was a kinda Oscars type set up, where the admins / mods put forward some of the more note able plots, threads, battles, art work etc into a poll for the members of the board to vote on. Was a few advantages from it, ranging from giving exposure to threads and characters who may get missed in the large volume of threads we have here (barely treading water keeping up with reading !!) highlighting new break out members, and even a bit of fun along the way. All immortalised in a little icon that can be used in bios or Sigs!
From top of head the categories were-
Best Sith
Best Jedi
Best NFU
Best thread or plot
Best duel
Best Bio
Break out member
Which I am sure could be easily adapted for this board if there was enough interest.
