well he was really only in the end, but he was pretty ****ing sweet. I heard a rumor that another Origins will be made, with Deadpool as the main character.....like I said, a rumor, but my fingers are crossed!

He was cool. I've seen people say, though, that he was nothing like his comic counterpart.
I don't think that's a rumor. I'm pretty sure it's confirmed and that Ryan Reynolds will be back as Deadpool. It just might not be connected to the Wolverine movie.

Just finished watching it...
Wade Wilson was cool. He was pretty much like i pictured deadpool would be.
Who they called DeadPool was bullshit...
Swords? really? How do they even fit in his arms? how would he bend his elbows?
They mutilated Deadpool(figuratively as well as literally)
The single WORST thing you can do is take away his witty banter and dark humor...
I'm pissed.

I liked the movie. Admittedly some of the effects and plot was just outright dumb, but it didn't make it too unenjoyable. I just forget Deadpool is in the end and figure somehow Stryker was working on a teleporter that crossed into the Mortal Kombat dimension and brought Baraka there. The device gave Baraka huge scars and disfigurement, but also new powers. Makes more sense than Marvel completely raping one of its characters.

Thank you! Thats pretty much exactly what I said. I was also pissed about Emma Frost, who in the movie seemed to have absolutely no psychic ability and her crystalline ability looked retarded.
The movie was utter shit.
I completely disagree. I enjoyed the movie for what it was. Jackman's performance was very good, and the way it portrayed his past story, Logan's relationship with Sabre Tooth, Stryker and Silver Fox were all portrayed on screen very well.
Ryan Reynolds, as Wade, was also very good. The major letdown for me was what they did to him as Deadpool - with Reynolds they had the potential to actually make a proper Deadpool character and zipping his mouth up, giving him swords and eyebeams - they were all a complete cop out and disappointment. Having said that, it was only one aspect of the film, and given that in the Deadpool movie they're not using the same imagining of the character, but they're still using Ryan Reynolds, I think I can get over that.
