What Durr's guests seemed unable to fathom was the immense difference in power between them and the old Hutt. Even if Russo had risen to the rank of Crimelord within the Hutt Cartel by their next meeting, the Hutt's sheer wealth and influence would still eclipse him many times over. Upstarts, especially human ones, seemed too ambitious for their own good. The bigger Salvatore Russo got, the more Durr would grow with him. After all, wasn't he the one the human kicked up 85% of his profits?

As the guests left, the body of the rodian was dragged along with them to the hallways. It went another way before they reached the exit, probably to end up in a furnace, and once outside Sal and it0 would find themselves looking at an empty courtyard with their droid-taxi already waiting.

Salvatore Russo got what he came for: the backing of Durr the Hutt. But for 85% of his profits, profits to be acquired from labor-intensive unions on planets not untouched by a galactic pandemic, was it worth it? Could he make enough payments to convince Durr that he wasn't cheating him out of his 85%? Was there enough left to grow an outfit strong enough to challenge the Hutt for a better deal later on? All these questions no doubt filled the head of the human scoundrel.

But, first things first. It was time to retreat into the zombie-infested swamps of Nal Hutta.
