NAME: Phyxsis Phyranius
FACTION: Sith Empire
RANK: Sith Marauder
SPECIES:
Geonosian
AGE: 32
GENDER: Male
FORCE SENSITIVE: Yes, Trained

APPEARANCE:
Phyxsis stands at 1.74 and weighs close to 200 lbs with his armor on, but only 170 without. He has large, bulbous, crimson eyes that are covered by his helmet. His has no hair, and has 4 transparent wings that reach down to knee-level. His skin is a caramel color and has a large scar from his right eye that reaches diagonally across to the left lart of his chin.

ATTRIBUTES:
Phyxsis is a very agile individual, able to skip and glide with extreme dexterity. He is able to flip, pivot, and charge in combat with ease. His dexterity allows him to perform "combos" by chaining his attacks together. He has had cybernetic implants installed in his wings that allow them to perform at an accelerated rate, allowing for faster reaction time and increased speed. As a part of the implants, he has a small processing chip in his brain allowing for better thinking, evasions, and speed during battle. He can manually push his wings and chip into overdrive, which increases speed, damage, and strategy, but puts a huge strain on the body and tires him greatly.
As a part of his personality and the implants he has gained, he lacks all emotions that would get in the way of his mission. He cannot feel compassion, Love, Sympathy, Mercy, or fear. Due to this, he usually goes on missions alone with no other sith, though he will still lead legions of lesser sith into battle. He has a short temper and is easy to anger. Due to the lack of emotions, he will slaughter crippled soldiers, pregnant women, or children cowering in fear. He is dislikes by the soldiers he leads due to his unrelentless and furious temper.

PERSONALITY:
Phyxsis has a legendarily short temper, treating the smallest amount of backtalk from his squadron as the largest insult. His temper is not an effect of his implants, however, as he had it before his conversion to a cyborg. As a young adult, he would often get into fights due to his temper. A fight is what gave him his scar and is also what drove him to the dark side. After his implant, he lost all compassion, happiness, and fear. He lost the ability to feel emotions that would put a damper on any missions he would go on. He shows extreme aggression on the field of battle, agilely spinning, leaping and gliding through enemies, cutting them down with ease. He shows absolutely no mercy and will slaughter anyone who comes his way.

BIOGRAPHY:
Phyxsis Phyranius was born into a family of wealth, making money off of their mining corporation. At a young age, His parents discovered that he had a high midi-chlorian count, which meant that he was force-sensitive. Due to his parents excessive wealth, he was able to be enrolled into a school that taught him to use and control his powers. Throughout his young life he was trained to use his power, though it often got him into trouble. As his parents were busy managing their corporation, he never got the attention that a child his age needs. He once stole food from the market using the power of the force, and recieved the worst beating he had received from his parents. This experience shaped his personality and the way he acts.
Phyxsis was a moody and angry teenager who got into fights to feel better about the relationship with his parents, whom he despised after several abusive encounters. He began to use his power more aggressively after graduating the class, robbing and assaulting innocent people for a stress release. As he got in trouble more, the abuse got worse and as severe as his parents giving him broken bones and concussions. One of his previous classmates had become famous, using his powers to stop criminals. Phyxsis thought his classmate was pompous and thought that he was better than him. He approached him and challenged him to a sort of duel. They fought with great effort and ferocity, slicing and stabbing eachother with daggers. Phyxsis' rival pulled him into a force choke and sliced him from his eye to his chin with a dagger. He dropped him and left him with an ultimatum. He could either join him and be trained to become a sith, or he could be left there, and ultimately die.
For the next few years, Phyxsis was trained to be a sith. He learned new force techniques and recieved cybernetic implants to better his abilities. He also got a suit of armor, customized for him specifically. He recieved implants in his wings to better his dexterity and a processor in his brain for better intelligence and a loss emotions. He also recieved two red lightsabers with 2 spikes protruding vertically from the top of the hilt. After 5 years he finished his training and knew everything his mentor did. He was gifted an Icarus-Class Star Courier to travel from planet to planet. The first place he flew was back to where his parents lived. As he approached the property, his parents' personal bodyguard squad assailed him. Phyxsis used his force powers to kill the entire squadron with lightning. Memories flowed back to him as he walked the halls of his house. He remembered the abuse he had endured from his parents. He burst into their room and ignited both of his lightsabers. His parents had no words, and neither did he. He used the force to tear the skin from their body, leaving them as corpses. The geonosian police investigated the murders and named the unnamed murderer "The Flayer". Phyxsis took a liking to this name, and became Phyxsis the Flayer.

SKILLS:
Phyxsis is very skilled with his sabers and has unparalleled dexterity. He also has a more than basic knowledge of computers, technology, and piloting. Over the course of his life, he has learned: force push, force pull, force choke, force lightning, and his own power, force flay, which tears the skin from the body, but has a large cooldown. He has high skill with push and pull, as well as force flay, but low skill with lightning. He is incredibly proficient in form VI Jar'Kai. Capable of executing precise moves with near mastery.

GEAR:
He carries 2 thermal detonators, 2 red lightsabers with https://www.ultrasabers.com/product-p/d-sound-raven.htm that hilt, and a suit of black geonosian armor (http://www.thestarwarsrp.com/forum/index.php?threads/phyxsis-armor.74935/ ) and a helmet. He also has cybernetic implants in his wings that increase dexterity and implants in his head that increase intelligence. The cybernetic implants in his wings can be used to create a short burst of speed that has a cooldown. Using it more than 4 times in one battle can result in overheating and requires a rest period before any abilities can be used. The implant in his brain can be put into overdrive, which increases the effectiveness of everything Phyxsis does for a short time. It has a long cooldown and requires a rest period after 1 use.

I can't remember if the Icarus can be used as a personal ship or not. I know that the Sith basically converted the Icarus yacht design into an armored personnel transport to serve as one of their main drop ships. It's rather large for one person but that's a minor thing, I'd just see what the Sith FLs have to say about it and you can always choose another sleek craft later if it comes down to it.

The implants will still need a tech write up describing their uses in detail. I would remove the bit about being able to travel over 200mph. Technical details can be tricky to get approved and it will probably just be simpler to state that it increases his speed and agility in flight/is capable of bursts of speed but with risk of overheating the elements etc.

I would also remove the bit about him being a 13 out of 20 in lightsaber mastery. Something like "He is incredibly proficient in form VI Jar'Kai. Capable of executing precise moves with near mastery." Would probably be more beneficial.

You will have to list what droid Phyxsis has but other then that he seems like a pretty good character.

i used icarus as a personal ship but i also had my character acquire one through rp through the very first mission to acquire Santhe Corporation for the sith...i literally had the first icarus ship lol. i'm sure it's fine though you might want to make a thread about it, make an adventure and have some fun with it. dope title btw 'flayer'

idk what "geonosian" armor is though.

Just armor worn by geonosians. Thanks for the compliment about the title ;)

Yes. Selecting an armor would also be a good idea. Or maybe you can make something generic. Strictly defensive.

If you can find a suitable picture just do a short write up for the armor in Player Workshops under the Generic Tech tag.
Make sure that you state how many shots it can take. Don't make it indestructible, don't attach any gadgets. Apparently the Tech Guidelines don't state exactly how many shots the three armor types can take, but just find an armor that is in the Light Medium or Heavy category and say that the defensive stats are exactly the same. I.e. same amount of shots can be absorbed by the chest plate, boots, grieves, etc.

The implants are unique and actually effect the way Phyxsis reacts. If you submit the chip and such into tech though then you can allow other players to use it which might be interesting. Since it does so much in addition to being one of a kind you will have to have the implants approved by Clayton or Elijah.

So... I couldn't find "Force Flay" or any references to it after googling it. So how does it work and how does it fit in with the categories on the force power guide on this site? Can it work if someone is head to toe in armor? Is it an instant kill attack since it flays skin? Sounds OP

Yeahh I'm gonna agree with this. Creating new force powers, especially ones as apparently suped up as this, is gonna get a no from me. Maybe if you did extensive self training IC'ly and submitted the newly created power as a lore article or something.. then maybe.. but even that might be a stretch.

I'm gonna have to ask you to nix that ability outright.

I think if you still wanted to have the "the flayer" title. I guess... um... do it with a lightsaber 'offscreen'

Wouldn't it be too graphic regardless?

I was only planning on doing it with NPCs, and not very often as it could put a huge strain on the body. Id really like to find a way for this work.
