Phyxsis' Cybernetic Implants
During his training to become a sith, Phyxsis recieved a set of implants in his wings and in his head. The cybernetic implants in his wings give him paramount speed and can be used to create a short burst of speed that has a cooldown. Using it more than 4 times in one battle can result in overheating and requires a rest period before any abilities can be used. The implant in his brain is used to increase combat effectiveness and strategy. The neural implant can be put into overdrive, which increases the effectiveness of everything Phyxsis does for a short time. It has a long cooldown and requires a rest period after 1 use.
