The family house to Carthus Phoenix Kira, the house has passed through the generation and was designed and built by his ancestors.
The house itself is located on Corellia, located close to Bela Vistal. The housing complex is fenced off, using an access key or an access code to gain entrance through the main gates.

Ground floor
The entrance to the house is accessed via the front or the back door. The Front door leads into the reception area that then leads into the main hall or can be accessed via the gardens at the back of the house.
The ground floor also where the kitchen can be found. The kitchen can be accessed either from the main hall or that of the ballroom. The kitchen itself has a storage area as well as a semi constructed basement access. This is currently under construction with no safe or viable passage to the opening below.
First Floor

The First floor can be accessed from one of three staircases. Two located in the main ballroom and one located in the main hall. The First floor allows people attending any balls or events the ability to look over the dancers and activity below via the walkway.
It also contains a fully functioning bathroom and a Libary. The Library contains all ledges and former reports to the business that the family has taken part of. It also contains some memories and journals of family members of the years.

Second Floor
The second floor is host to the main sleeping area of the house. With six bedrooms in total, this can only be accessed via one stairway on the first floor. The Master bedroom is kept locked at all times with a security sensor attached to detect movement of the doorway that will trigger a silent alarm to Carthus droid SC. The same security measures are normally disabled to Carthus room, however, they do contain the technology available to activate should the need arise.
History
The Phoenix Manor was created nearly one hundred and fifty years ago by at the request of Carthus Great Great Grandfather, who wanted a place for all of his family to call home after a series of good trade deals that the man struck. It also fulfilled a promise that he gave his Grandfather who promised his to always provide a place and a home to support anyone deemed as family, by blood or not.
The original plans contained a small hangar bay that was converted in later years to a small workshop out in the gardens. It currently houses little more than junk and old family furniture.
Intent
The Intent of the Manor house is to have a place where plots can be generated, a safe house is used for allies to Carthus. It also allows parties to be thrown for a chance to socialize and mingle among potential high society.
There is also a sub Intent for Carthus personal development should the situation arise in which he can go to a place to review aspects of his family history.
