So, I was sitting there on the forums listening to some glitch hop, and Phil's siggy comes by.
I spent five minutes watching his .gif and listening to this song. Someone, please, please, please just tell me that it's just as odd yet addictive as I think it is.

110 bpm and sporadic instrumentation change while retaining the same beat and and melody.

The best example I can give you is one of my favorite songs.

It's simply a subgenre of EDM with certain characteristics that single it out. It's typically very funk-oriented. Some don't really care to mark a difference, but I don't fall into that category.

Hmm...I can dig it. I've started to listen to EDM a lot recently while I'm working out, rehabbing my knee from my most recent surgery, or doing something mindless like cleaning. I like this though because it's got more going on, I like the corresponding/contrasting melodies and instrumentation.

Yeah, consider me converted. I wish I was still in High School/College so I could get totally blitzed, press play, and let my brain melt while contemplating the makeup of the universe and shit.
