DESCRIPTION
The Personal Assault Craft, or PAC, was a starfighter designed by Raxus Intergalactic for use by law enforcement and private security. It was first released to banking security teams on Raxus, and eventually made its way to police agencies and security coalitions intergalactically. It is designed for shooting down other ships quickly with its laser cannons and concussion grenades, as well as boarding large pirate and smuggler vessels. Often in these cases multiple people would ride aboard the ship and board their target as a team.

The PAC is plated with a chromium-titanium alloy that is both regal and very sturdy. It can withstand all but the most powerful laser blasts, though it is susceptible to missles.

A system PAC utilizes is the revolutionary Orbital Identification System, or OIS. The system used on-board telescoping technology to scan the surface of a planet as the ship circles around and profile individuals on the ground instantly using hundreds of different databases. The OIS is used to locate fugitives the pilot believes is on the planet.

LEGALITY
The PAC is legal for use with a private security license or law enforcement employment. Otherwise you would have to aqquire the ship illegally, and therefore would be breaking the law.

INTENT
I'm making this ship mainly for my character, Dorian White, but it is also for general use as well.

ADVANCED TECH
NO

Disclaimer: I'm not one of the mods just someone sharing an opinion

so this is a fighter that can carry 10 people, gets a hyperdrive, and has a mglt of 115 and isn't advanced tech?

For reference most hyperdrive equipped fighters have only a speed of 90 MGLT, the non-AT fighters often have to forgo shields and have pretty light armaments as a compromise for getting one and the hyperdrive equipped fighters that have heavier weapons or shields(like This one) are AT, still can't carry more than one person would have inferior mobility to this.

I think you might need to reign in the stats for this

So, for one thing, we use exclusively metric for all tech measurements. Feet and inches will not be accepted.

For another, it's faster than any currently available fighters, including single-seat interceptors. All this, and it can carry 11 people including the pilot. Even as Advanced tech, this will not stand. Both of these factors will have to be corrected to something much more reasonable.

For clarification, "Advanced" tech in the context of this site does not refer to an item's relative sophistication. It refers to just how difficult it is to get hold of, which should be in proportion to how useful it is. This thing would be game-breakingly useful.

Consumables should indicate the maximum amount of time a crew can survive without restocking. Any ship can have its consumables topped up periodically to extend their duration, that's obvious.

The armament is heavy and vague. What rating do the laser cannons have? Also, the short-range cutting laser should be listed in equipment. The equipment, by the way, is quite spartan; there's not even and ejection seat?

The OIS will have to go. I'm not going to allow something that can spot any character from ORBIT without the hunter having to get anywhere near them. Real-world spy satellites aside, this is Star Wars. They just don't have that kind of tech.

Finally, your formatting is screwed up. Please try and fix it.

In general, I'd like you to take a good look at the other ships and tech that have been approved in the past. You can find most of it here. Please look through it, and get a feel for how we do things here, what flies and what doesn't.
