Pepe Rides Again

Ilyra hadn't done much work with @Zarya in the past and what work they had done together was... marred by bad outcomes she would be the first to admit. But what she was certain of was that there would be a time the two of them worked rather well together and she was determined to make today that time!

Czerka was offering gainful employment for doing a lot of naughty things towards their rivals. Of course Czerka kept the kind of company that meant even their rivals were doing shady things when they thought no one was watching.

Case in point was the rival company's laboratory they were being paid to destroy. She was sure that any news reports would claim it was something like a cosmetics lab but they knew better. Right now the lab was responsible for attempting to improve upon the work of Czerka to make acid grenades even more potent than those Czerka made.

Of course Czerka was more concerned about their patent being ignored than the possibility of grenades out there that could melt someone to a puddle of goo but whatever. All Ilyra cared about was that they were going to kark them up.

"Seriously, if they expected people to buy their cover story about being a cosmetics company lab, they wouldn't have built it on the planet's north pole to keep it so cold around here no one ever wanted to visit."

She turned to Zarya with a smirk.

"Just screams supervillain lab, right?"

Cold. why did have to be somewhere cold, why couldn't have been in the middle of a hot and humid jungle filled with deadly creatures that would more preferable Zarya cursed in her own mind, she never liked the cold and probably never will with her growing on Dromund Kaas which is just tropical all year around.

her arms were wrapped tight around her body which is covered in a thick winter coat that lay over her usual robs. she wasn't really listening to Ilyra speak, her mind was too preoccupied with cold, Zarya only caught the question at the end. looking at the structure in front of them then back to Ilyra.

"I think you watch too many holovids" she replied with a smile before a gust of cold wind wiped it off her face while causing her to shiver.

"Now that we've found it can we please get in inside before I get frostbite" she requested dryly before walking onward towards the tower with a brisk pace.

Zarya was... unhappy with the climate it seemed!

Ilyra couldn't blame her but she was fine with it personally. Heating her starfighter was never a priority when the power could be better used elsewhere so she was used to being chilled to the bone. She scoffed a little bit at the suggestion that she watched too many holovids. There was absolutely nothing wrong with some holovids every now and then to kill the time! And seeing as she spent so much of her time in travel she would say she saw more than most, true, but that wasn't the issue here.

"Or maybe you don't watch enough." she countered with a smirk, "Now come on, let's get moving before you freeze the pink off your arse."

As they approached the complex, Ilyra looked it over.

"So... we're destroying this place but how do you want to play it? Sneak inside before we start cutting loose or just start carving everyone up as we go?"
