Almost everything is in place and Tyler Ward's purposed operation to take the shadowport Borgo Prime into GA hands has been given a nod of approval from the GA's new acting commander. Tyler's aim for taking the shadowport involves toppling the current head honcho and replacing him with someone that will work with the GA in exchange for given the keys to the whole asteroid station. Sure the Rebels would be replacing one criminal scum with another, but the locals here most likely wouldn't accept Rebels as the owners and this ideal figurehead will let the Alliance do as they please here, perhaps... if this talk goes well.

In his armor, sans a helmet, he would be leaning against wall next to an apartment suite. The Rebel Lieutenant was able to get into contact with one individual who potentially might be who replace the Quarren crime overlord Slamasi. Kel Bokete is his name, a Patoran male who is no good friends with Slamasi and has ambitions to take him down, just has no means of doing it. The Galactic Alliance would like to help although Bokete isn't exactly sold on the idea immediately. Here, Tyler plans on having a nice chit chat for him and convince him that they can help him and they will mutually benefit from each other's help.

Before Tyler meets up with Kel, he is waiting for another contact to show up. A bounty hunter by the name of Luno who is looking to have ties with the Galactic Alliance as he understands. Right now, the Alderaanian would check his chrono as it's almost time to get started. Tyler brought all his weapons and other gear, just in case. Never know what could happen when trying to make deals with criminals.

It wasn’t his first time visiting Borgo Prime, the last jaunt our to this part of space was recent even after having been tasked with managing the Paroarias weapons warehousing and sales operation on Nar Shaddaa. Having flown out to meet with a pair of contacts known for smuggling in bulk and moving things into Sith held space, but this time he returned on different business and at the opportunity to make a connection with the infamous rebellion. In recent months he’d only heard whispers of their continued efforts, hoping now to get involved in some way shape or form that would benefit their cause and his interests.

Moving through the station after landing his ship Luno was wearing his typical black ensemble and armor, his repeater slung on his back and fastened tight. Blaster pistol holstered in his waistband and helmet on head as the darkened figure made way to the meeting point with his alliance contact. Passing by vendors and different fronts as he rounded a corner inside the station and coming into a housing block, finding a man checking his chrono which prompted him to do the same. Right on time, a sigh of relief under the helmet indicated he was still mentally sure he was making a good first impression.

”Mister Ward...?” Luno spoke from underneath the helmet with a slightly modulated voice.

Right on time, there he was. "Yeah, that's me." Tyler replied back as he good look at the guy, he's armed and armored to the teeth. Yeah, he matches the profile. "Ready?" Tyler would ask before he'd knock on the door to the contacts apartment. Besides the person they are here to see, anything can happen when they get on the other-side.

All is good, he would turn around and knock on the door a few times. At first no response after a few seconds, then he makes another series of knocks. Then nothing again. "Well, I guess nobodies home" he sighed as apparently meeting isn't happening. Right as he's about to turn away in disappointment, the door opens up. Turning back around, Tyler then proceeds through the floor gesturing with his head for his partner to come in. "Welcome" Kel Bokete was waiting inside the apartment proper by the sofas, he would gesture with his hand for his partner to come in. Kel would be holding a glass of wine with a different hand. And he isn't alone as he has some of his own muscle, an Trandosian with a blaster rifle and an Annoo-dat Prime that has four blaster pistols in it's hand. Bokete was confident in his security detail that he didn't care that the two individuals were very well armed themselves.

The Pantoran would let the Rebel and the bounty hunter get themselves situated before getting straight to the point "So, the Galactic Alliance wants my help I hear. With what, I wonder?" he raised and eyebow as he asked curiously as he took a sip of his drink.

Luno would follow his alliance contact into the meeting spot after it seemed for a moment it was going to be a complete bust. With a sigh of relief he hadn't wasted his time coming all this way Luno would be close behind Ward as they passed a trandoshan and an annoo-dat who was brandishing four pistols. Luno shot him a pair of finger pistols as they passed and made way for the seating inside the building. Unslinging his repeater before sitting Luno would place it against the couch and remove his helmet displaying the synthweave covering his jaw and neck as Kel Bokete spoke in frank terms to the duo.

Speaking up and potentially out of turn, Luno figured he was suited to speak in common terms with another less than savory character. "The Alliance knows the populace here wouldn't be fond of the movement openly running the show around here, and if we're speaking plainly you get to move up the ladder by more than a few rungs by keeping things running here on Borgo Prime." Luno said shifting in his seat to prop his left leg over his right crossing his legs as he looked around the room for a moment after finishing his statement. "You wouldn't happen to have something to drink would you?" He asked plainly before Kel Bokete could begin to respond to his previous statement, turning to Ward with eyebrows raised asking if he wanted a drink without actually speaking.

Looks like Luno and Tyler on same page in regards with what they have come here to do. Tyler sat down and watched as the pantoran raise his eyebrow slightly, but didn't otherwise change his facial expression. When Luno turned to Tyler after the bounty hunter inquired about a drink he shook his head as to say 'i'm good', not really interested in one himself. "Sure." the Pantoran criminal would snap his fingers and then the trandoshan would go into the kitchen to go fetch a drink.

Other than that, they aren't wasting a lot of time with the hellos and how you dos. "I've hear that you have a bone to pick with Slamasi. And it turns out, the Rebellion is interested in setting up shop here." Tyler would sit down and clasp his hands. "I think we can help each other out. So here is what I'm purposing: the Galactic Alliance will oust the Slamsai as the head of this asteroid and you can take his place. In exchange for this, Borgo Prime becomes an asset of the Galactic Alliance, but you can govern the place and our involvement will be discrete." Meaning that it wouldn't be publicly overt that the Galactic Alliance will be taking charge. As far as everyone will (hopefully know) one crime lord disposed of another crimelord, which will keep normalcy, and Kel can still deal in all the crime he wants. After all criminals will still be criminals. Hopefully that offer will be enticing to the Pantoran.

Tyler would watch Kel's reaction and around this time the Trandoshan would have came back, putting a wine glass on the table and then pouring wine in there. Following that, Kel would reply, he was considering the offer as his face lit up with intrigue. "Quite... the offer." he stroked his chin as he himself sat down opposite of the Rebel and the bounty hunter and the alien would start casually slouching. He wasn't fully convinced as he really doesn't think highly of the Galactic Alliance. "Although I'm having a hard time picturing a bunch of do-gooders and your Jedi taking down one crimelord only to replace him with another." it was a weird image. "You're right about one thing, the less the people know about you lot running around the better." he gave them that. "Although you might be helping me, I hope you don't expect me to 'turn a new leaf' or anything like that. I plan on continuing my operations in illegal goods and the spice trade and I'll expand them once Slamsai is gone. Would this be a problem?" he asked with a smug expression as he took a sig his drink as he inquired. The criminal hasn't ruled out the offer and he is pretty far from dismissing it, he's still weighing his options even now and will probably do so until an answer comes clear. Tyler hoped they can get secure his support for a figurehead.

As the trandoshan poured the drink and Kel returned his sentiment about Tyler's proposition Luno picked up the glass, swirling it once or twice as if he was a wine drinker and pulled a small baggie out of his pocket. Taking two high dose painkillers from it and placing them in his mouth following it with a sip of the wine to wash them down, a nice red or at least it wasn't a bad red. The release of his muscles and tension began to flow almost immediately as Kel finished his remarks Luno would place the glass down.

"Having someone who is willing to compromise is much more favorable than having someone who shoots your messengers right?" Luno said rhetorically with his analogy "The less people know about the alliances involvement in this the better, correct." Luno said echoing Kel's statement "Continue your operations, expand them even... That is your prerogative." Luno said leaning forward "The alliance only needs access to the station without the worry of someone coming around asking questions and the head honcho flips like a switch and gives up information... Now you don't look or sound the type to operate that way and that's why we're offering to secure your place above the competition without you having to." Luno finished, leaning back as he lifted the wine glass and took another sip hoping his explanation had been sufficient to open the man's mind to the idea further.
