DESCRIPTION
A licensed, heavily modified, version of the classic Seraph Speeder, the Parrlay is essentially the same vehicle incorporating the lessons learned from the troubled period in Naboo's history, and upgraded to meet current galactic standards. The Parrlay was built with a more military purpose in mind, and is thus better defended, faster, and generally more optimized to be a multipurpose, highly mobile, speeder. It can carry three passengers in the rear seating, and up to four more on the engine wings in a pinch, and makes for a good hit and run speeder no matter the terrain. the heavy blaster cannon is comes armed with is nothing to laugh at, and the quiet nature of the vehicle, along with its low power output, and low profile, make it a devastating ambusher. Though generally lightly armored, survivability of the crew is increased by the placement of the repulsorlift coils, sandwiched between Duralloy armor layers, giving those ducking down in the vehicle some added protection, though maneuverability might be more than slightly effected.

The blaster cannon can be replaced with 12 tube rocket launcher, that fires upscaled versions of the popular plasma rocket used in Bounty Hunter wrist launchers. The rockets are "dumb" and thus only have a limited range, and aren't very effective against fast targets. Against heavier targets, and emplacements however, they're more than enough to rip through a few layers of durasteel, and are often referred to as "Kashyyyk clarions" for the distinctive noise they make when fired. The tubes are mounted where the blaster cannon was, allowing them to be rotated a full 180 degrees up and down and rotate fully like the cannon it replaces. They are launched and aimed via a rudimentary system tied in with the controls that are normally used to operate the blaster cannon.

It can also be replaced with a proton mortar launcher, that also requires the removal of the rear seating, and an extended bed, along with an additional crew member to man it. The mortar turns the Parrlay into an effective light artillery platform, able to quickly fire off a number of shells to support nearby infantry, and then sprint away before counter battery or air support can pinpoint its location. The Parrlay is all in all an efficient workhorse, and with a simple enough design to greatly expand manufacturing to other speeder building plants.

Now available in Rebel red.

INTENT
Once again, no ground units in the Rebellion. Srsly. So here's a little neat-o speeder so people can't say "YOU DON'T HAVE ANY OF THOSE". I bite my thumb at all of them, sir. Also Naboo aesthetics. @Clayton

Don't know how to respond to that life changing revelation. So take this instead.
