She had a nervous breakdown, which I think her lawyers told her to fake, and threatened to kill herself. She also had some weird rash and the sheriff didn't think that she should be in jail so he released her, thereby taking the law in his own hands and attempting to superceed a judge. It had nothing to do with sex.

And I don't see what Congress has to do with a sex tape. Is this just like Stupid Comment Day or something?
