Interest Check Padawan in Need of Contacts

Good timezone, SWRP!

After joining this site, I created a character named T'vani. She's a 14-year-old girl joining the Jedi Order to begin her journey towards becoming a Jedi Knight and, with any luck, a Jedi Master. If this has captured your interest and you would like to see and learn more about her, click here.

I intend for her to be a block of clay waiting to be shaped. I want you, the writers of The Star Wars RP, to shape her personality, history, and skills. I want her to experience a unique journey that can only be told and created by other people. I want her to make friends, form bonds, experience sadness, heartbreak, joy, fear, and everything in between. I want this to be as genuine of a tale as possible.

Sith players and otherwise are also welcome to comment here if they see this!

To do that, I need other people! Below is a list of contacts I'm looking for her to have. If you have any other ideas, please feel free to share them!

Role​	Goals​
Master​	I want T'vani to find and have a dedicated Master. I want her to have someone to teach her the ways of the Force, how to wield and use a lightsabre, and everything else a master is supposed to train their Padawan. However, this is the role I am most particular about since it can be such a major influence. My preferences and requirements for anyone wanting to fill this position are as follows: Preferred: I want T'vani to be their only Padawan. I don't know how much the lore has changed in Star Wars over time or whether this idea makes sense with the website's lore, but I prefer that T'vani be the only Padawan this Knight or Master has. If that isn't possible or doesn't make sense within the lore, I will work with it! Required: I want the role to be filled by someone active on the site and prepared to regularly post and interact with T'vani. However, I acknowledge that real-life things happen, and if you cannot post because of it, I will understand. I want whoever fills this position to know I will frequently ask for threads and be hopeful for regular replies as much as is within reason.
Mentors & Role Models​	As the name implies, I also want a variety of people for T'vani to learn from, bond with, and be role models for her. After all, she's a young teenager who will naturally want to seek out people she believes she can confide in and find comfort with, as well as provide extra help and function as inspiration for her. Preferred: A wide variety of people! I'd love to see her have mentors for lightsabre combat and Force powers. I'd also love to see her have stern but fair mentors and those who are more gentle and easygoing. Variety is the spice of life, and I don't want anyone to be afraid of offering to interact with her because they are worried their character wouldn't "be a good fit."
Friends​	What's a childhood without friends to laugh and have fun with? T'vani will need many friends; anyone can recommend their character(s)! I have no preferences on age range or anything like that.
Rival(s)​	Having one or several people challenge T'vani to do better, work harder, and provide some friendly competition is never bad. I wouldn't oppose them butting heads since rivalry and conflict can positively or negatively affect a person.

That's about everything, other than potentially finding her someone to be a legitimate nemesis for her, but that's for later on.

MOST IMPORTANTLY: Let your characters be themselves! I don't want anyone to feel they need to stifle their characters simply because T'vani is young and an aspiring Jedi. Life is full of trials, tribulations, and characters of different personalities, backgrounds, and otherwise. Let it be organic and flow naturally!

That sounds good! I think a jaded, cynical perspective to temper her expectations and ideas with.

After looking at your character, remember that she is only 14 and has no training as a Padawan right now, nor does she have any means or reason to leave Jedi temples. I would still be willing to try and find a way to make something work!

Getting a bit of a muse back for writing, so here's another potential friend available for some threads.

I would like to put forward Mako Krim, Jedi Knight as a potential friend, mentor/bad role model, or even master.

As a qualifier for Master, he has no Padawan and would only take one at a time. I personally have never had the opportunity to write out a Master-Padawan storyline and it's high on my list of things I would like to write. He is a less than perfect Jedi Knight who would make a less than perfect, but devoted master and I think it would be fun to put him into that role if you would have him.
