oh, the ME2 downloads... you knwo those dl's are not encoded and you can just put the files in the right spot and you have them right?

I was just taking a guess. I was able to edit the files(hex editor) from Mass Effect 1 to give me weapons so you can probably do that unless it's a DLC then you can probably just find it on a torrent.

Actually, there is probably an easier way. It appears as though a generator for the Dr.Pepper codes already exists.
