New Member Cannot Use the Site

Hello folks! As many of you should know, I am not a new member. However, one of my friends wants to join this site, and so he signed up under the username Kyle the Doppelganger. After the sign up process, the site stated that his sign up would be reviewed by an Admin and that he would receive and email to confirm his account. It is now one week later, and still no email. I got my email within an hour when I signed up, so...what is going on? He also tried to sign up a second time, but it said that his email was already in use. I'm going to tag all of the admins that I know of...please help!

The account was created: @Kyle the Doppleganger

It was registered on May 19th, 2017 and flagged as suspicious, but I personally approved it the same day. An email was sent to your friend, but my guess is it ended up in his trash folder and your friend never checked. He should be able to login. If he forgot his password, let me know and I'll change it.

Thanks for the help man! We both extend our gratitude. I will post again if he forgot his password, I'm not sure yet.
