Network Access. There was no more heavily-guarded place on Nar Shaddaa. The Empire paid millions of credits to mercenaries to ensure that no one ever broke in. As they should; Network Access was the central hub for the HoloNet across Nar Shaddaa and all of Hutt Space. Billions of transactions were processed each second by the HoloNet hub, and all communications throughout Hutt Space went through it as well. Its network was so heavily encrypted that even the most legendary of slicers would have difficulty trying to penetrate its web of defenses. But, today, that wasn't the goal.

Today, the goal was to blow it up. Asha had never been on a real mission for the Alliance. She had been one of the central members of the resistance on Ifrane, but her time with the Alliance had mostly been spent in Jedi training. This was her first outing as a Jedi Padawan. Her first chance to put all of her training to test. If she and her Master could destroy and take down Network Access, the Imperials would be completely blind in Imperial Hutta. The chaos would be unprecedented, and there was a real chance that all of Hutt Space would use the moment to revolt.

Getting onto Nar Shaddaa itself wasn't hard. Even despite the Imperial presence, crime ruled the Smuggler's Moon, and the Alliance had enough criminal connections to slip passed the first layer of security. But getting into Network Access was going to be much, much harder. Asha had come prepared with her armored uniform, as well as her new lightsaber pistol, and her disruptor pistol as a back-up. The lightsaber's disguise as a blaster meant she could wear it in her holster openly without suspicion and use the blade if and when the moment was right.

For now, though, she was hunkered behind a small generator and was hidden from the sight of the guards patrolling the entrance to Network Access. She tried to look inconspicuous, leaning up against the generator casually and pretending to scroll through her datapad. She would remain this way until Leah gave her the signal. After that, she personally intended to deal the Empire a crippling blow. For Ifrane. For the Jedi. For the Rebellion. @Deviant @Nommie

OOC - This thread ICly takes place at the exact same time as the strikes on Corellia and the Kaggath on Medriass. For an idea on the physical description of the area this first post takes place in, please see this image. The generator I have referenced is in the bottom left of the foreground, while the entrance is a greenish color in the image's background.

Leah couldn’t believe what she was doing.

One moment, she was in an exclusive meeting with the Rebel and Jedi Council discussing their next move against the Empire. The next, she was in the heart of Imperial Hutta preparing to take down the largest communications hub in the Outer-Rim. Everything was a blur. Everything except the Jedi Master herself. She was focused, perceptive and predisposed for a fight. It was the risk every rebel took when they were called to Nar Shaddaa. Like Asha and the young man she was with, Leah was in her own set of armor and armed to the teeth.

Her personal lightsaber was hidden under her clothing but closest to her right hand, ready to be used at a moment’s notice. En route, she had come to believe Master Rayth would unwittingly reveal the Jedi, but her experience with Asha on Ifrane had long convinced Leah that the galaxy needed to know the Order existed. Although she hoped to maintain that secrecy, she was more than prepared to whip our her blade and strike fear into her enemies. If any showed. As for her blaster, she kept it in a holster on the other side of her waist. In pouches on her utility belt, she kept one smoke, concussion and two frag grenades for use as well as a vibroknife. It seemed like a lot, but she carried light. She was featherweight.

Running along the pavement and deep in the shadows of the night, she came a stop a dozen meters away from Asha behind another set of cover. Far out of sight from the guards but close enough to the entrance to see the entrance, her student and the other rebel they were accompanying. She paused, her breath coming to a standstill, her strength in the Force growing but its presence hidden. The Jedi was ready but understood the need to wait. The patrols would have to be at the least of their guard for her to strike. Although even if they knew they were coming, it didn’t matter. They would all be out of the game before the minute was up. In her hands, she kept an extra frag grenade. The second she threw it, they would attack.

For her husband. For the Jedi. For the Rebellion.

It has been a long time since Tycho last set foot on Nar Shaddaa. It brought back both good and bad memories. Some of which he preferred to keep buried deep down as possible. He was not expecting to come back on such terms. One minute he was just starting to relax after getting back to base after a mission, then the next he is being told to suit up. Yes, he was told where he is going and would still have volunteered if he was simply asked. Being ordered to go was not really necessary. The man still could not believe that he is coming home though. What a homecoming this is going to be. Hey! Maybe he will come across the officer who had him sent to Kessel. Now wouldn't that be a nice surprise for him? The officer told him that a slum like him wouldn't survive Kessel, and here is the same slum live and well. Tycho could not stop himself from grinning at the thought of showing himself to that particular officer. He could almost imagine how the officer will react seeing the rogue. Who would imagine a man with a criminal record that included theft and a few other crimes, would turn soldier?

Now here he is in the dead of night running through the back streets in full armor, minus the helmet that is currently strapped to his belt, to meet up where he is supposed to rendezvous with his two partners. The criminal didn't need to be told where the Network Access is. After years of fighting to survive on the streets, and having to learn every possible route incase he got into trouble, Tycho still remembers every single route quite well. Even in the presently dark streets. After all the trouble he got into and needed a quick get away as a result, it would be strange if he forgot the routes that will lead him to the place he is going. His blade is strapped to his back, his pistol on his left hip and his rifle is on his left shoulder. He hoped that he had brought enough ammunition. There is no telling how long a mission will take or the level of opposition. The man was going through a mental checklist as he ran through the back streets. He is sure that he brought everything he will need.

What the criminal was hoping though, is that he will not run into anyone who is familiar to him. Or his cover will be blown. Luckily the route the rogue took had very few people and he ducked his head whenever he passed someone who was looking in his direction. There weren't even any guards out and about. That is strange, around the time he was caught and sent to Kessel, the streets were crawling with guards and soldiers. Perhaps they shifted their forces to focus on somewhere else. Whatever the reason it helped him get through the backstreets unnoticed. Thank goodness. Surely if there was security out and about he would have been stopped right about now. But seeing how conditions for those living on the streets have worsened since he left this hell hole, reminded him of part of the reason why he sided with the rebels in the first place. Though the number of those who lived on the streets decreased as he neared his destination.

When the rogue arrived on scene, he came at about a dozen meters to Leah's left. Behind his own cover, the man placed his helmet on the ground. As he waited for the attack to begin, Tycho quietly unshouldered his rifle. He knew that they will have to wait for when the guards are either at their fewest in numbers or when the guards are relaxed. The man was sure that the guard shift has not changed since he was forced to leave. But he could be wrong. He peeked out from his cover for a moment as he loaded his rifle with a fresh cartridge. Seeing their target is right there, the man reminded himself to keep himself together. This is just as much of a risk as all the other missions. Well more risky as this is at the heart of Imperial Hutta. But this is his home, so if this act will push towards liberation. Then this will be so worth it. Taking a deep breath, the man exhaled slowly as he prayed to the force that this operation will be a success. Feeling that it is almost time to begin the criminal picked up his helmet and put it on. Strangely he felt more calm now that he has his helmet on. Some sort of strange calm before the storm type of thing.

Getting onto his knees, he made sure to remain low and behind his cover. His head down the man kept an eye on Leah through his peripheral vision. Using her as a visual cue for when they will begin. His gloved hands held onto his rifle tightly, but none of his fingers are anywhere near the trigger to prevent accidentally firing his weapon.

The time passed slowly, but, soon, Asha noticed the guards begin to change shift. This was their moment. They would have a brief window to slip through and into Network Access. The young Jedi had no idea what waited for her inside those doors. There could be more guards — an entire legion, perhaps — waitinf or them. But now wasn't the time to get cold feet. As soon as she saw the first pair of guards vanish, she signaled Leah and Tycho and moved from out of cover, making a straight beeline for the door.

She practically ducked and rolled through the gateway, throwing herself behind what looked to be some manner of storage crate. While she waited for the rest of her rebel entourage to arrive, she surveyed the area. If she remembered the mission briefing correctly, the big double-doors in front of her at the far end of the corridor led to Network Access itself. That would be the last target on their list. Around the corner to the right of Network Access was the primary generator room. Overloading the power generators would take the entire HoloNet in Imperial Hutta down for several minutes, including any communications that would allow the facility to call for help.

That would give them just enough time to reach the backup generators and overload those too. Without backup generators, the HoloNet would stay down until both sets of generators could be repaired. Usually, that would be enough for a sabotage operation; but Alliance Command wanted to go a step further. They wanted to ensure that Imperial Hutta was completely cut off from itself and the outside galaxy. For that to happen, Network Access itself—their final target—would need to be destroyed. If all three locations were sabotaged, the HoloNet in the entire region could be out for months, if not longer. Just long enough for the Alliance to cause a region-wide revolt.

When her companions joined her, Asha would whisper, "The first target is off to the right. The second is off to the left. And Network Access — the final target — is dead ahead." Her gaze went to Leah. "If we split up, we could make this mission go by three times faster; but your'e the commanding officer here, Master. The call is yours." @Deviant @Nommie

Leah made certain to keep her comms close and at an open, encrypted rebel frequency. The Jedi Master was remarkably attentive to her surroundings, but having heard reports of unexpected resistance on the Imperial occupied planet set her on edge. It was natural, but so was her paranoia. As an ambassador and leader to one of the largest secrets in the known galaxy, both as the Jedi Order and the Galactic Alliance, she was used to staying on guard. Her wary standing remained unchanged even as she caught the signal from Asha and moved. The guards were shifting. Nobody noticed either Leah, the Padawan nor the rebel accompanying them. Things were going well.

Keen eyes wandered around the network compound. Power generators hummed. City lights flickered overhead. A parking lot chock-full of parked airspeeders stood close by, providing either a quick escape or a forceful distraction. Crates and containers lined the gateway, inside and out, as perfect cover. The environment was to her liking, and Leah hoped the same could be said inside. Crouching low, she pursued her closest student and came to a stop behind a corner. No other guards to spot her, seldom any surveillance, and an open corridor that led straight to their objective. For some, it was simple. For Leah, she made sure not to overestimate her odds. They were still deep in enemy territory. Even deeper now that they were inside the facility.

Noted.” She quietly answered the young woman settled across from her, nodding at the quick review. Her suggestion, on the other hand, was not something she so easily welcomed. A failed mission by her other two students had cost them a rebel associate, all because they wanted to expedite the operation by splitting apart. The Jedi Master would not have that. They had strength in numbers, and she wanted to make sure it stayed that way. “But no, we stay together. First, we hit the backup generators.” She glanced between Asha and the rebel they were with, Tycho Draykon. “Both of you take those out. I’ll keep watch.” Her eyes narrowed to their first objective. “Let’s go.

With the coast clear, she rushed toward the end of the corridor. Expecting one to go left and the other to go right, the Jedi Master opted to slip behind the corner of the room on the right. Guarding that generator while keeping an eye out on the other made sure Leah could warn anyone or come to the rescue should an enemy appear. Likewise, through the Force, she would be able to sense any lurking presence of the Dark Side, be it the aura they carried or the energy of a kyber crystal. Even if they walked down the hall’s intersection, the Network Access doors were closed, painting the picture that there were no intruders. No rebels. No chance of an attack.

Of course, they would be wrong.

Time seemed to take forever to pass. But eventually it was time for the guard shift to begin, hinted by the pair of guards heading away from their post. Knowing that now is their only chance, Tycho got to his feet. Following the other two jedi towards the door. As he moved, the criminal kept a close eye on their surroundings for any signs of guards arriving to their post earlier than expected or a group of soldiers coming to ambush them. His comes were located in his helmet and already set to their encrypted settings.

All his childhood and teen years were almost always set with wondering what was behind the doors and trying to get into this place. Now here he is. Once he was through the door, the criminal looked around, studying everything that there was to see. But there is not much time to settle his curiosity since the trio is here to carry out a risky job. Why has almost every single one of my missions been with women?Tycho asked himself as he settled to stand behind the two women. Not that he has any predjudice against women.

Tycho agreed with Leah that they are better off sticking together. With them in the compound and deep within enemy lines, splitting up is generally not a good idea. Not with how at any time they can be swarmed by Imperial troops. Sticking together and working as a team is their best option. Plus it meant more eyes on their surroundings, meaning if one missed spotting danger one of the other two may hopefully notice. But Leah already made it known the group will be staying together. In such a tone, as far as Tycho can tell, that the decision is final with no room for debate or arguing.

Nodding, the man did his best to keep up with the two women as they rushed down the corridor towards the two back up generators. Since he is on the left side of Leah, Tycho moved to the generator on the left side. Looking at the generator he grinned as the man got to work at making sure that fixing or getting the machinery back online will not be possible. How did he do that? By destroying all the wiring thst connected the generator to the building and all the wires he can reach from where he tore the main wire out, "They won't be getting this one working for a long while." Tycho will report to Leah as he finished his little handy work by using his vibroblade to destroy the nearby pad that controlled the generator.

Asha knew a thing-or-two about sabotaging power generators. Back during the revolution on Ifrane, it was a common tactic of her insurgent group. Sabotage enough of them and you could take an entire city offline. When they reached the back-up generator room, Tycho took one, she took the other. The controls were rather simple and, within moments, she had the power generator overloading itself. Of course, since they hit the back-up power first, no immediate effects were noticed. Their efforts would be much more noticed when they hit the main generator and the shields around Network Access fell along with all of Imperial Hutta's HoloNet.

When Asha was done overloading the unit, she pulled out her disruptor pistol and fired a clean shot through the control panel, disintegrating the whole computer. Without it, there would be no hopes of undoing her handiwork in time and it would take weeks to replace it with a new back-up. Longer once the HoloNet—and, hence, the ability to call in a new one—went down. Exiting the chamber alongside Tycho, Asha rushed to rendezvous with Leah; but she was cut short at the sound of a voice coming from behind her.

"Halt! Who goes—" Asha whirled around to see a Weequay enforcer coming out of one of the adjacent corridors. Instinctively, she reached for her lightsaber pistol, as he reached for his own blaster pistol, and ignited its blade for the first time on a mission. "What the—?!"

Fear drove him to shoot at her, but she had received enough training by now to respond as a Jedi might. The Force flowed through her and she reflected the shots back at the enforcer, who took his own bolts to the chest and stomach. He dropped dead without having a chance to warn the others. Asha deactivated her weapon and stuffed it back into its holster even as she ran down the corridor back towards where Leah went. The enforcer might not have been able to call for help, but she wasn't stupid enough to believe no one had heard the brief skirmish. They would have company soon, she knew it.

When she reached Tycho and Leah again, she relayed as much, "We need to move quickly!" she said in a hushed tone. "Next target right now! I don't think we have much time!" @Deviant @Nommie

Leah observed her surroundings well. She noticed nothing out of the ordinary save for their own intrusion into the compound. A light flickered down the hall. Briefly, her attention drifted through the open doors of the room across from her, and the male rebel tearing through the controls like no tomorrow. She half-expected something a little more than slashing and dashing, but as she turned around to inspect Asha’s handiwork, she was no different. With a quick shot of her disruptor pistol, the entire computer disintegrated. The Jedi Master chuckled and interjected between the pair once the first phase of their operation was complete. “Nice work.

As they rendezvoused with the armored rebel ambassador, Leah immediately perceived an alien enforcer round the corner. He was more than sixteen meters down the hall, enough space for her and her rebel allies to react to unexpected attacks. Rather than see Tycho throw his blade into the Weequay’s neck or Asha turn half of his body into ash, she caught the young woman reveal her lightsaber pistol and use it against an genuine enemy for the first time. At least, the first time Leah saw it. She was hesitant about its use in the heart of Imperial Hutta, no less in front of their rebel associate, but the enforcer was dead. The rebel was a friend. Leah would make no complaint.

While she believed the sudden shot would not alert any guards outdoors or nearby, she doubted the death of one, especially left in the open, would allow the rebels to maintain their stealthy approach. They needed to act fast. It was now or never. Responding to Asha’s suggestion, she nodded and rushed toward the end of the corridor, not far given their position, and smashed right into the doors. Inside, there was a guard on each side, one to the left and one to the right. Raising her own blaster, she aimed toward one armored man’s chest and fired. The bolt would barely make its mark, but enough to take the first sentry out of the game. She expected Tycho to finish the other.

In the meantime, she jerked her chin between Asha and to the central controls of the Network Access chambers. Their ultimate goal. “Go then, now!” She ordered, understanding the danger of the situation.

After finishing his work on the backup generator the armored rogue started down the corridor to rendezvous with the Rebel Ambassador. He did have to skid to a stop as he reached the woman to avoid running into her. The criminal is not quite used to running in the heavy armor.. Moving yes, but not running. The man, well if the other two were able to see it through his helmet, had an expression of deep concern when a voice sounded behind Asha.

Now if there was another man in his place he would have been surprised by what he will see next. Asha cutting down the enforcer with a lightsaber. But was Tycho surprised? Nope. One advantage someone does not think about growing up on the streets is the knowledge one will gain by listening to stories and rumors. Growing up Tycho grew up on the streets of Nar Shaddaa the man heard many stories about the Jedi as well as rumors. There was one man that Tycho personally witnessed using the force to bring a cane back to his person after the item was tossed away by a guard after tripping on the cane. Did the man care that the then little boy witnessed that? Nope. The old man simply winked before going back on his way.

His concern now is the possibility of others in the building hearing the commotion. If anyone did, then they will be rushing to this very corridor. The trio needs to get moving now and quickly. So with his rifle raised, the criminal ran down the corridor, following Leah as closely as possible.

As he and the Ambassador went through the door, he turned to shoot the other guard as Leah took out the one she aimed at. Putting two bolts into the guard's chest, he watched the body immediately crumble to the ground. The rogue recognized the pained yell as the voice that belonged to the officer who arrested Tycho and had him sent to Kessel years ago. Well this was rather satisfying already.

Keeping a tight grip on his rifle, the man turned to face the corridor as Tycho waited for Leah to relay her next order.

Asha nodded to Leah. They had to act quick unless they wanted to be shot full of blaster bolts. "I'll never get passed the shields on Network Access if you don't hit the main power generator!" she explained frantically. "Hit that! It'll take down the HoloNet and their communications too! Go!"

Asha didn't wait to see if Leah complied. She ran at the door the Jedi Master had indicated. The door that was sealed shut. She knew Leah didn't like her using her lightsaber in public, but there was no choice. She drew and ignited the weapon again, plunging it through the blast door. Immediately, the area surrounding her verdant blade began to glow white hot as the metal melted and dripped onto the floor.

It would only take a few seconds for her blade to override the door's security lock, then the melted frame would swish open. By then, Leah needed to have the shields down and the generators overloaded. That was the only way they would make quick work of Network Access. All that would be left would be fighting their way out. @Deviant @Nommie

Leah noticed a hint of satisfaction flash through Tycho at the death of the guard. Did he relish in the kill, or had he recognized something more? The Jedi Master didn’t look too far into it. She was only glad to have him at her side. To know he was no ordinary rebel, but a freedom fighter in mind, spirit and body. She had met many others in the Galactic Alliance, and found each and every one of them to be more special than they knew. Tycho may not have contained the gift of the Force, or so Leah presently believed, but he never complained, always listened, and was a damned fine shot. She hoped to thank and recognize him among the Rebellion once the operation was complete. If they left alive, that was.

She didn’t hold any doubts about it though. Leah was confident. The Force continued to flow through her. Adrenaline pumped into her blood. Strength and sheer will drove her forward. The woman did not hesitate to move for the main power generator. While across the chambers, it was nothing for the swift Jedi Master. Although she had not aimed to use her abilities so openly, Asha’s decision to capitalize on her lightsaber made that desire for discretion absolutely moot. So, Leah did what she had to do. Rushing forward, she would eventually reach the generator mainframe. Her heel scraped against the floor. Revealing the glint of her lightsaber hilt from under her armor, she ignited it. A blue edge whirred to life before diving into the controls.

Like mixing butter on a backwater world, she turned the mainframe insides into hot mesh, much like Asha was doing with the blast doors. Sparks flew. Wires caught fire. The main power generator flickered, hissed, and fell silent. Suddenly, the lights would go offline, as would the shields and the only obstacle beween the rebels and their main and final objective. With a smirk, even through the darkness, she turned to her dearest Padawan and called out to her. “Finish it!” She raised her lightsaber high. The crystal glow illuminated her surroundings, her figure and the proud smile plastered on her face. She was glad to have gone on this mission. Glad not to be alone. Glad to have Tycho, and especially Asha, at her side.

As Leah rushed to take care of the main generator, Tycho remained in place to be the screen if you will to protect the other two from any guards who will come.to.try stopping their mission from succeeding. He had the joy of destroying one generator and taking out a man who's voice he recognized. So he was not upset about not being able to take out the main generator.

His decision to stay in place turned out to be a good decision he made as the criminal spotted three guards coming down the corridor. Tycho's rifle was already aimed down the long hallway, all he had to do was squeeze the trigger. One bolt was tossed into one man's chest. The second to the second man's skull. The third bolt was not quite on target, nailing the guard's shoulder. The rogue was quick though to follow up with two more bolts to make sure one of them was on target.

Hearing commotion coming from behind another set of doors. Tycho turned to find another door opening, "Better wrap it all up quickly!" He warned the two jedi as Tycho took out one guard that came through the door then poured bolts into the control panel. The door slammed shut before anymore guards could come through. It was right about then that the power flickered before going out.

Even though there is no way for the guards to get through the doors that depends on having power to function. There are still the manual doors that he needs to keep an eye on. There is only one that Tycho noticed in the corridor. With how many of the guards have been taken out so far, the rogue guessed it may take sometime before the facility staff start using manual doors. So his rifle is now aimed at the one useable doorway.

The door hissed open as molten metal fell away. There were guards inside. Guards ready to defeat an intruder. What they didn't expect was a Jedi: as if leaping from the pages of folklore. "What the f—" Asha cut down the nearest one with ease before he could finish cursing. The others were so stunned and afraid that they fired blindly. Asha was easily able to deflect their bolts and lop off their limbs. Then it was just a matter of Network Access itself.

The young Jedi had no time to admire the size of the server that held all the communications for Hutt Space. She saw that the shields were down and used a Force-enhanced leap to cover the remaining distance. Plunging her lightsaber directly into the panel, Asha watched as the entire machine sparked and lost power entirely; but she wasn't done yet. With her blade still ignited, she hacked and slashed at Network Access until there was no hope of repairing it.

And then it was done. Billions of communications throughout an entire region of space were out. The Imperials wouldn't be able to communicate or coordinate, and it wouldn't be long before the crime lords found out and revolted. Bolting from teh chamber, she rushed to rejoin Leah and Tycho.

"It's done," she huffed, shutting down her blade. "We need to go. It won't take long for order to break down on this moon." @Deviant @Nommie

You’re telling me!” She answered the young woman, smile still in place. Witnessing her grace and newfound finesse with her lightsaber, as well as her growing prowess in the Force, almost brought tears to her eyes. It was like watching the daughter she had never known all grown up. Her heart sank at the thought, but her spirit rose above the ashes of her past. Now was not the time to grieve or reflect. It was the time to celebrate. The Network Access was officially down, tearing through the HoloNet and shutting off all communications throughout Imperial Hutta. Chaos and anarchy would eventually follow, before the fires of rebellion would step in to rid the Sith of that corner of the galaxy once and for all. Hope was on the horizon.

As Asha bolted out of the chamber and joined the Jedi Master and their rebel compatriot, the older woman led them out of the chamber. She waved about her lightsaber alongside her Padawan, which was almost enough to scare away other guards, deflect incoming attacks, or cut through those who thought they could take them on. How wrong they were. For centuries, even before then, the Sith had underestimated the Jedi. They had underestimated the Rebellion. And that pride blinded them, and it would lead to their downfall. Already, Leah could see it. Not only the end of the corridor where they might escape or the end of the Nar Shaddaa strike, but the end of the war. An end to the fight.

She bit her lip, a smile cracking the surface once more. She had never felt more alive, more at peace, than she was in that very moment. She could finally leave a lasting effect against the Sith Empire, finally play the role of a Jedi without fearing repercussions. At least, for now. She knew when news spread, should any guards or witnesses survive and report what happened, the Jedi Council would be furious. Perhaps enough to confiscate their blades. Of course, they wouldn’t know, not with the Net down. Not yet. Little did she know that the news of the Jedi had long already spread. Deep in the Core, where the HoloNet remained intact, Master Valentine Rayth had faced down the enemy. He had revealed everything.

But Leah was blissfully unaware. All she knew was that their job was done. The Network Access was no longer accessible. And they were going to go home.

Well of course it wouldn't take long for all hell to break lose. Nar Shaddaa may be big but word spreads fast. Very fast at least through the homeless, which will spread to the crime cells. It was through the spread of words that the man knew which platform or facility to steal supplies from the Empire at, "We don't have long. Word will already be spreading the moment we entered this place." He will leave it to the two jedi to figure out how he knows word will have already started to spread. Of course if the two women looked up his records they will learn that Tycho is from Nar Shaddaa. Though he doubted that his criminal records are in there.

Well with their job here finished the only thing the trio has to do is to hightail it out of there before hell breaks loose. The man can only hope that this one big leap will propel his homeplanet towards liberation. If not straight away, then at least a step or so towards that conclusion.

As he followed Leah out of the facility, he did shoot down one guard who was foolish enough to press his luck. Well it is obvious that for a while word of what happened here will not be reaching any other star systems for quite some time. How long? Who knows, but it will give the Alliance more time to possibly do more damage to Imperial Hutta before the systems are brought back online.

Once the trio was out of the facility and at the safety of their escape route. Tycho will stop and look back for a moment or two. Taking his helmet off, "I can only hope that this will mean my home has been liberated. If not now, sometime in the future." He will quietly say to himself, the criminal took another moment to take in the scenery, the sounds and smells. When it was all taken in, Tycho proceeded to follow the other two jedi.

Asha put a hand on Tycho's shoulder. As someone who had so recently liberated her own homeworld, she could sympathize with him. "We've lit the fire," the young Jedi said. "And this war is far from over. Let's fall back for now. Let the people of Nar Shaddaa and all of Imperial Hutta do the rest."

She offered him a light smile, then glanced at Leah. "Let's go. Once they realize what has happened, this is where they'll come. We need to be long gone by then." As it happened, it did not take them long to escape. By the time Imperial forces reached Network Access, there were no signs of rebels or Jedi; and there was no way to call for reinforcements even if there had been.

But Asha knew what they had done here was only the beginning. Only the first act in a much larger story. Tonight, Nar Shaddaa would be consumed by confusion. Tomorrow, an entire province of Imperial territory was going to revolt. And there was nothing Lyanna Drast or Darth Vrael could do to stop it. Once the galaxy saw one region free itself, the others would rise up; and the fires of rebellion would spread from Nal Hutta to Coruscant.
