I'm not sure where I was born. I was taken to the Sage Halls on Empress Teta almost immediately, so this is where I grew up. Oh, I'm Neptune, by the way. It seems you may be the closest one to me, Journal, because you're the only one I can speak to. I'm not sure if there's a name for my disease, or even if it is a disease. It may be a simple birth defect, rendering my vocal chords useless. I haven't taken the time to peruse any medical journals as of late, so I'm not too sure. Regardless, I can't speak. I sometimes find myself hoping that the Force will one day fix that, but that's not really my decision. If I never speak a word, there's nothing I can do about it. No use sulking.

Well, I forgot to mention in my last entry that the reason I'm keeping this Journal is because of the war. The Sith have usurped the Imperial Throne, and it's caused quite a ruckus, to use the vernacular. The Galactic Alliance is doing all it can to put them back in their place, but allegiances are breaking all the time. I don't know if I'll live to see the end of this war, or if it'll be over in a years time. I find both situations highly unlikely, but I also understand my own absence of knowledge needed to accurately speculate. I do find it useful to vent all the words in my head to the physical plane, and for that, I thank you Journal.

The Masters are very patient. There are so many padawans and initiates, I don't know if I will ever find a Master to teach me. Maybe it's good that there are so many Jedi though. Better here than with the Sith. Still I wonder whether it would be wise to visit all the temples and learn piece by piece what it is to be a Jedi. I wonder if anyone else has taken on a Sojourn of sorts in recent years. I don't doubt it. From what I understand, in times of war and peace in ages passed, the Jedi have located themselves in one singular place: usually Coruscant, unless driven into exile. I believe my generation is truly privelaged to have such a broad scope of opportunity placed before us.

While listening to another padawan today, I realized I haven't told you much about my time here with the Jedi. I don't know that there's much to tell, but I will try. I grew up under the tutelage of no one in particular. I do remember attending classes led by the current Sage Master and High Councilor, Master Cordatus. But that was long ago, when I was a youngling. Over the years, I had few friends. There was a young girl, maybe two years my junior, who had taken a liking to me. She had a lot to say, which is likely why she came to talk to me so often. We only knew eachother for a few months before she was sent away to the temple on Coruscant. She always had a diplomatic air about her. It was for the best anyways, she was a good friend but we developed to great a fondness for one another. Perhaps we'll meet again though, after we are both wise enough to avoid unnecessary attachment.

I seem to have strayed off topic a bit. As I was saying, I spent most of my time studying the history of the galaxy. The political details were a bit out of my field of understanding, but that's alright. The passage of time is marked by conflict, and there's plenty of that to learn from. I also learned a great deal of the Jedi philosophy. About compassion, the way of selflessness, and of the great Masters of old who overcame conflict by invoking such philosophy. I hope to see a day when the public recognizes Jedi for their peaceful ways, instead of only appreciating our ability to fight battles. Despite their misconception, I still vow to serve them and the Force for the rest of my existence.

I must be distracted, I keep straying off course. Well, as I grew older, combating the hormonal fluctuation of adolescence and vying for a Master, I spent many days taking note of the Lore Master, and the chroniclers of the order. I don't view myself as a prospect for such a pursuit, only because my greater understanding lies in healing and seeing the future, but I digress. This period of time brought about even greater respect for the Masters, and for the history of the order.

In recent years, however, I have studied the Seers and Prophets, and also the Healers. I have chosen my path, at least. I want to bring new understanding of the possible futures to the order, as well as aiding my fallen brethren. So obviously, I won't be a Guardian or Sentinel. I'm destined to be a Consular of sorts. Some of the padawans choose no specialization, others limit themselves to one. I will still strive to learn all aspects of the Jedi way, so that I do not breed weakness.

I've been learning telepathy. It's pretty exciting. I learn more everyday, and I can eve converse with non-Force sensitives. It's hard to chain together many full sentences, but it's communication nontheless, and I'm thankful. I stumbled across a holobook the other day in the archives, and it seems to be a simple ability. I wish I had found this earlier, although I do miss the excuse to not respond. I almost let my true thoughts slip through the other day when responding to another initiates question. I shouldn't have been rude, but I almost insulted him. I caught myself though, and it's a good thing. He seemed the angry kind, and he was considerably bigger than me.

I have a Master now. Her name is Ebberla Daw. She's very kind, and I think she likes to get things accomplished. From the moment I met her, we began training. She has already encouraged me to refine my skills, and I think training will be a wonderful change of pace. Speaking of training, I have to go.

DISTINGUISHING MARKS: None

STRENGTH: 5/10, Neptune does not have great strength, and while he is fit, he is somewhat weak.
DEXTERITY: 4/10, Neptune is neither nimble nor agile. He is rigid, and tends to move only as fast as necessary.
CONSTITUTION: 9/10, exceptional. Many doctors estimate a very long life ahead of him.
INTELLIGENCE: 7/10, being mute leaves Neptune a lot of time to take in information, which he uses frequently.
WISDOM: 7/10, Neptune is very insightful, and has learned to decide how to act according to possible futures.
CHARISMA: 4/10, again, due to his innability to speak and somewhat limited telepathy, Neptune has difficulty with long conversations, but people often see the kindness in his eyes, and it is easy to tell he is a positive person.

FORCE POWERS:
The majority of experiences Neptune has with the Force are his visions. He rarely dreams, but when he does, he sees glimpses of possible futures. This has lead to much contemplation and meditation. He can also sense other life forms and even heal to a small degree. His telepathic abilities are exceptional, he can often carry out conversations with non-Force sensitives, though he can't read minds.

His core abilities are improving at a fast rate, and he is surely on par with the other padawans.

SKILLS:
Neptune is talented in most things academic. His knowledge if history is surpassed only by his evident inability to tell anyone about it. He is also good with animals, an tends to bring a peaceful touch to the situation. Neptune always tries to find a way out of a fight, but he is valiant enough to resort to violence when undoubtedly necessary.

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
Strengths: compassion, insight, peaceful resolution
Weaknesses: Martially uncoordinated, not inclined to technology.

PERSONALITY:
Neptune is very analytical, and never looks at a situation from just one point of view. He is also very compassionate, and will do what he can to serve the greater good. His hunger for knowledge is only rivaled by his kindness. It is rare for others to pick on him for being mute, but when they do, he simply ignores it. He has never let adversity bring him down, and he keeps a very positive attitude.

ROLEPLAYS:
Training:
Becoming a Mystic
Social:
Evanescent Encounter

Yes, I understand, but don't worry, my characters are stupid (mentally), im sure you would be quite the challenge when you reach the rank of knight. Your padawan is already smarted then my acolyte.

Well then it's a deal.

You're quite the fan of Shistavanen aren't you?

Yes I am! One of my favorite races, despite their stupidity. You prefer humans, or fleshlings, as they Shistavanens call you. :)

Well, last timeline, I had a few different characters of different species, but now the only non-human character I have is Gienn. And he's a Zabrak, which is pretty much a human with horns and different colored skin. I'm not sure why I did it that way... I hope I'm not turning into a supremacist, or a xenophobe!

I dunno, Zabraks can be pretty sexy......anyway! You should totally make a racial human that goes out and kills people just because they don't have skin or a human appearance. XD

I was going to make a Sith like that! But then I found a good Zabrak Sith pic, so I made him a Zabrak, and realized that making him racial wouldn't work too well. He does have an extreme dislike for non-Force sensitives though, it's a start at least.

A Zabrak would be an exceptional sparring partner for my own sith, Tsume. I can't wait until my acolyte is a marauder, but I plan to wait a year or so. Bonding time for me and my puppy. :)

Force Friends Forever, keep it simple! F cubed, if you wish.

Hell yeah they would. With their strengths combined, they could fight a Sith acolyte and win! :CScool Badasses.

Better yet, one could distract the acolyte by using telepathy and weakening his will power, while the other explains all the reasons that attacking a couple Jedi won't solve all the problems, and that if the acolyte wants to really make a difference, he should pursue politics.

Then when the acolyte turns away, they can throw really big stones at him! It's a flawless tactic!
