Appearance:

Moderately tall with a medium muscular build. Blueish/grey skin as is with all Kage as well as his yellow eyes. 180lbs at 5ft, 8in. Long black hair and black tattoos across his face and arms.

Attributes:

Neon is an excellent runner and acrobat in most situations. When at his best he is often described as a mere blur. This speed keeps him a step ahead of his enemies on most occassions. Not only is he fast, but he can stay fast. Neon does not tire quickly from his acrobatics. He uses his swiftness to evade enemies and conduct his actions stealthily.

Neon is quick and stealthy but leaves little to be desired in defense. Due to his size it only takes a few decent blows to severely offset Neon's game. Neon however makes simple game out of evasion and counter attacking. He is great at finding oppenings in his opponents defenses and exposing it as quickly as possibly with a quick hit. Neon does not stray from his teachings. He tries to stay disciplined no matter what the situation.

Personality:

Neon is a very quiet type, fitting his common role for infiltration. He hardly ever opens his mouth to his peers. However Neon is no introvert. Neon simply only speaks when he feels he actually needs to and feels that it is pointless otherwise. But if Neon dclares something worthy, you won't here anything else but his shrill, faint voice, making a strong arguement. He lives to simply do his duty to the Brotherhood.

Neon is a firm believer in duty and responsibility. He feels it is up to the Sith to bring one true rule over the Galaxy in order to achieve the ultimate order. Neon will do anything to serve his superiors and won't back down from a challenge. When given orders Neon will follow them strictly and make his best effort when doing so. Neon strives to reach the top of the foodchain in the Sith Brotherhood believing that he understands what needs to be done to maintain order. When there is a united galaxy under one ruler, that is when Neon will sleep easy.

Biography:

The Kage had been fighting their Belugan opressors for thousands of years. This conflict brought the Kage tribe of Zydras into a major battle with a group of Belugans. Neon's father led this attack but him and all his men were taken as POW's and lost all communication with the tribe. Neon was 17 at the time and had been training in combat with the men of his tribe since he was 10. Neon took his fathers capture personally and vowed to free him. Neon succeeded in infiltrating a Belugan stronghold and rescuing his father, gaining the respect of all his people.

The success threw an influence over Neon that only a strong group of individuals with a strong leader could bring order to the world. Neon sought out the Sith Brotherhood at 18, leaving his homeworld of Quarzite. Neon was recruited by the Sacred Band of Ziost and began training as an infiltrator and assassin. The past years were the most intense of his life as his training was not forgiving. However Neon surpassed this and went throught his training completely. Neon was given the title of Brother among the Sacred Band of Ziost and has seen action in minor conflicts and skirmishes. He is currenlty still serving the SBoZ
