APPEARENCE:
Neepp is a Rodian who possesses large pupil-less eyes that can see in infrared spectrum, slender snouts, pointed ears, twin saucer-like antennae that detect vibrations atop his head, and a ridge of spines cresting his skull just like any other Rodian.His hands feature five long, dexterous fingers with suction cups at the ends.His skin color is Green.He wears a light backpack on his back which is light green colored.He wears a leather jacket which is grey coloured and from inside a black shirt.He wears brown boots and light green pants.
PERSONALITY:
Neepp is a open character,preffering to keep company to people he trusts as allies although he always watches his back.He can be ironic or sarcastic at times but these times are rare.When it comes to bussiness tho,he can be either greedy or generous,depending on the situation.He always expects a reward for his work and will not hesitate to demand one.He also boasts a lot for his achievements and can be a proffesional lier if saving his skin is involved in the case.
ATTRIBUTES:
Neepp can be very efficient on his missions about smuggling and is also profficient with a blaster.He also knows a lot about technology and uses it to his advantage for either personal gain or to do his job for the Cartel.He can be a bit generous at times as well but it is a rare case.Neepp knows how to speak Huttese,Rodian and Galactic Basic.He also is a very good pilot himself.Lastly he can be very cooperative if the situation allows it.
However,he can be very greedy,almost always wanting the job rewards for himself rather than sharing unless there is not any kind of a big reward involved within the job's limits.His ambition sometimes is his undoing,due to the fact that he is bragging a lot and accepts challenges a lot although he mostly beats his adversaries in them.Lastly he will do everything available to him in order to save his skin in a bad situation.
BIOGRAPHY:
Neepp was born in a poor household on Rodia.His father was a poor Merchant and his mother was unemployeed.He had a poor life as he grew up,often short on credits and other neccessities.He grew up with hunger,much like the other people of Rodia but he endured it.At his 17th birthday,his father got the credits to be able to buy his son a blaster for his birthday,due to the fact that his family would leave Rodia and go to another planet,leaving him behind on the planet.Neepp didnt care a lot about it and used his blaster to steal a light freighter to leave the planet and go make a new life on another.
After days of travelling,he reached Nar Shaddaa,the planet full of crime and one of the biggest planet residences of the hutts.There he lived off theft and killing but didnt get arrested due to the lack of law on the planet.After 3 years on Nar Shaddaa,he achieved to get an audience with a hutt crime lord who got him into the Hutt cartel.There he was assigned as a Smuggler and was in charge of carrying Spice or other precious cargo to the Cartel's planets.
His first job though,was to kill a rival of the cartel,a republic agent sent on Nar Shaddaa to spy on the Cartel,whom the hutt's agents had discovered in their own ranks.The reward was good and he decided to go and kill the Agent,which he achieved and was rewarded with a lot of credits.He then went and equipped himself with a new Blaster and bought himself a Light Freighter,to be used on his smuggling job.Now,after 2 years,he roams around the galaxy on missions for the Cartel,still having his Reputation within Nar Shaddaa.

He wears no armor but instead a Grey leather jacket,a black shirt below the jacket,light green pants and a light green backpack for supplies or ammunition.His weaponry consists of Dual 4-C Blaster pistols
