So with the possible sight of War, Elohim will be in full gear to propelling the War machine forward, and maybe even gaining some credits from it. With the prospect of possible alliances and such, we'll be needing to get back on the forefront of funding businesses to fuel our economy. In essence? We start buying into companies and investing in their endeavors, maybe even buying out the entire corporation and such. And how do you think we'll do this? Well, Arkantos helped in taking down some competitors just South of Hutt space, a group known as the Tenloss Syndicate which so happened to have corporate ties in their illegal endeavors, and with their old group in our possession, we'll be set to start moving the companies forward and expanding. I plan on doing a write-up for the new acquired company, but in essence it'll be a Hutt-financed multi-corporate conglomerate and investment firm. What does that mean? That means we're going to focus on creating new technology, and buying off several companies...the Hutt way.
This will involve treachery, propaganda, kidnapping, bribery, extortion on every level in galactic corporate life. Even blackmailing. Of course we'll even resort to brute force should the time come for it, especially towards Sith-aligned companies. I don't want to reveal the full extent of my plans for this, just know I do intent to be very active (anyone that roleplays with me knows I like to keep active and continuously planning), but I'm up for suggestions and ideas or to answer any questions you might have.
For now, just know, I need 2-5 Cartel members to help me with some preliminary ideas and expansions I need to get done, and I'm also writing some missions for the Cartel to help expand these businesses IC'ly (and still need to talk with Matt/Gaja on the specifics and planning of it, lord knows they're going to hate my long ass explanations). We're a financial powerhouse, and I intent to push our territory not only in the streets and backalleys, but in corporate board rooms and government ties. This will help the Rebels, and just about any anti-Imperial group propel forward. This isn't a sign-up really as it more of an interest check if anyone is interested in helping me out. I'm doing it regardless, even if I have to alone, it would just go by quicker if I had help, tackling different facets at one time and whatnot.
