There wasn't "evidence" besides he said/she said. It was a defense lawyer's worst nightmare, the jury wasn't presented enough evidence to prosecute her beyond a reasonable doubt. For example: if I told you that somebody took my pencil but that person didn't have a pencil, he wouldn't be arrested on those charges.So despite evidence and everyone knowing he did it. He is still going to walk free?
