Naala's Echani Fiber Armor @Naala Re ​

The set of armor was made by the Echani for the purpose of equipping and protecting their warriors. It's specifically made for the Echani and is rarely seen on any other species in the galaxy. It's inner suit is made from a light but durable fabric that moves with the wearer and yet still allows for their skin to breath.​

The outer protective parts of the armor consisted of fibers woven together to form armor plates that were exceptionally strong. The weaving pattern allowed force to be distributed around the body after an impact, which somewhat dissipated the impact of the blow to neighboring fibers.​

It is very expensive unless you are an Echani warrior (which is gifted to the warriors by the elders).​

Echani fiber armor is proven to be a highly versatile suit of armor and this along with the ease by which it could be modified makes it a highly sought after but very rare commodity.​

LEGALITY​

​

The armor is legal to wear in most parts of the Galaxy. On Eshan (the Echani home world) it is illegal to wear it unless you are Echani.​

INTENT​

​

Since the Echani culture is based upon training and fighting, they needed armor that would be flexible and provide them with the coverage and protection they would need in all circumstances they faced. It's light enough to move in, and yet durable enough to keep the wearer from major bodily harm during a conflict.​

​

Each suit is tailor-made to fit the wearer perfectly and modified to the wearer's specifications. It is also painted and designed to reflect the wearer's rank and characteristics. In this case, because she is just starting out, Naala's armor would be painted black, and there would not be much extra modifications done.​

​

If and when she reached higher ranks in her training, the color would be changed to white to reflect the true Echani way, as well as being able to change and modify it according to what her needs would be.​

• Head: Her head is not protected. No helmet comes with the set
• Torso: Covers her chest from neck to waist
• Back: Covers back from neck to waist
• Upper Arms: Covers her shoulders
• Lower Arms: Covers her forearms (black gloves underneath)
• Upper Legs: No Coverage
• Lower Legs: Covers her knees and shins

Hey there. You might to read the tech rules for how armor works.

But for a tl;dr, i'll just list some issues (which I found at just a glance)

• Too many armor coverage regions selected for medium armor. Medium can only have 4-5 of them and you have 6 of them selected. That would be heavy armor (and would therefore be subject to the mobility restrictions that it would come with) (also, would be easier if the areas that weren't given protection were omitted from the listing.)
• If this is for a force sensitive character, the concealed blade will have to go as they can't use armor functions.
• The armor rules standardize protection against things for all armors. Also, only Lightsaber resistant-materials (phrik/cortosis weave .etc) can withstand a strike from melee weapons. Those are restricted to two minor pieces (like a pair of bracers .etc). Anything other than those will not protect against melee weapons. The Strength & Weakness section should probably be omitted as well.
• When you grabbed the armor template you are also supposed to use the coding in the spoilers as well for this write-up.
