My Writing Style

Heya SWRP,

Recently returned member here. Been doing some reading these past few days and exploring some of ya'lls work around the site, and I've got to say? Wow. Some of you guys and gals are really, really into-it. ...Like. You guys go hard. Boom. Really hard. Haha. I feel kinda blown away yeah.

But look. Here's the deal. I'm a writer. An average writer. I can fandom just fine. Sure, no big deal. But can I match your style? Your personal taste level? ...Nah. Never. I'm not that kind of word processor. I don't do: OMG! ...There will never be a: Wow! So great! When it comes to my writing. Never. Nope. Zero. Nada. To be shorter:

I'm not in this for the frills. I'm in this for the thrills. Let's mispell some chit.

Lol. So if you're looking for a writer who can keep up, jam out, and hulk out some great adventures with a teenager's esteemed read'ability? Boom. I'm your man. But dude. ...Dudeee... If you're looking for a writer with an opinion on Jane Austen, the greatness of G.R.R.M., the meager buffet of Tolkien lore, or hate the simplicity of reading a Harry Potter book? I ain't your Book Club Member. I ain't slumming it your high-class Yachting Lounge. Fo' realz. Don't call me. I don't own no fox-fur coat baby.

Anyway. To wrap things up here. I'm still looking for more writing partners and grand adventures for my Jedi gal. So If my hard-n-dirty writing style works for you? Hit me up yo. We'll do something. Cheers!

For me, improving my prose and challenging myself with advanced techniques is part of the enjoyment. It builds my confidence, makes me happy and I'm always endeavoring to get better. I also prefer more edgy, deep shit but I think it's cool we have such a rich variety of genres on the site.

You know, if you're an average writer, there's always a way you can add some frills to your writing. Also, Long posts do not equal good writing. Short posts, if worded correctly, can be beautiful. Maybe you could find a happy medium. Frilly and pretty to read, but short enough not to bore people.
