There are two different ways to compete, as described below. Matches have no time limit, and last until one player is downed.

• The Masters Bracket: Players pick one melee weapon of their choice, using it for every match as they attempt to prove their mastery over the weapon and other competitors.
• The Chaos Bracket: Allegedly inspired by Huttball, weapons are randomly selected and available for either player to use. This style of MMD may also be played in a battle royale setting with several players as opposed to just two; as with other variations, the match lasts until one player is left standing.

OOC: I'm looking for a couple threads to get 1) funding, 2) a place to host events, and 3) participants for this project, being built up by my character Ayomi Jakarta! The main source of income will be through ticket sales and betting, with the possibility for "unsavory types" to get in on fixing matches in the Chaos Bracket. Ayomi will not stand to sully the art of dueling by allowing such fixes in the Masters Bracket, however.
