DESCRIPTION​

A device intended to prolong a patient's life in war zones or other unstable environments, this vest adjusts to the dimensions of its' wearer, with four critical injector points meant to line up at the shoulder area and the stomach, to inject bacta/other healing agents, epinephrine, and an adjusted dose of painkiller, calibrated for the species of the wearer. With the rise of planetary assault and ambulatory aid in dire need, this vest can be used to permit its' wearer enough stability to retreat to the closest medical aid, or keep a patient steady until help arrives.

LEGALITY​

Since this is a device strictly intended for medical use, accessibility and production are limited for now, with sole use by medics from MorataCorp. Use of this beyond its' intended purpose is highly dangerous, and since it is a trauma vest only intended to prolong life until help arrives, it cannot be used as a life fail-save.

INTENT​

This was created for the purpose of PvP interactions. If a character has been critically injured and there is a medical character nearby, application of the vest can give its' wearer one posting round of survivability to escape combat, provided the wound isn't a lethal one, such as getting stabbed in the heart. This is not intended to be a failsafe; PCs will still have to find a way to escape the combat.

RESTRICTIONS​

Limited in supply and intended for traumatic events only, this vest is intended for use by medical characters or MC faction members.
