Siris' eyes widen as he tried to raise his hand in defense to the pillow but it slipped by, thwacking him straight in the face wich both amused him and Elix. He seemed to be a completely changed man now from what he was, smiling and laughing like it was second nature. In truth, he was just truly happy for the first time in a long time and it seemed like things were finally going his way and what he wanted. It what his whole family wanted, having taken the mantle put a strain on them that was evident in the past. It all but seemed wiped clear now and it rose Siris to a new elation he never experienced before. It wasn't hard to notice Alais' smile either and it filled him with joy to see his wife break free from her dark cloud and look healthy.
Siris heard Alais complain about the balance of power on this scale and he knew he was winning by a landslide at this point. He secured his victory when she lunged forward to tickle him, Elix practically helpless and forced to suffer in Siris' hands. With his cry for help, Siris chuckled and was about to swoop in before Alais took him out of his hands and sent him up with the force. While he spun Elix couldn't but help but laugh uncontrollably, having the time of his life, "Mommy this isn't fair now!" Even with his complaint, Elix didn't mind at all what was happening and just enjoying being in the air. Siris watched all of this from his propped position unable to hide the grin on his face before looking over to his wife as she tried to one-up him on the argument.
He arched his eyebrow at her sly look while she scooted closer to him with no more obstacles between them. Before she could do anything he shot his arm around her waist, pulling her in tight against his figure and having their bodies mingle together. Siris let out a soft chuckle before kissing her on the nose, "Too bad, it's universal that stupid swords are cooler. You can't win this argument honey." Siris then leaned into her ear, his breath hitting against her skin so only she could hear, "Besides, I think we can both agree my sword is rather effective against you." He waited for her to challenge to his move now, giving his own sly look to her before planting a quick but hungry kiss on her lips.
Elix above them outstretched his arms to Alais, "Mommy, when can I lift things up like you?" He started flapping his arms, showing all resistance to break out of this bubble and return to the battle on the ground. Siris eventually gave his aid, gently floating Elix down onto the bed so he was sitting next to them. He immediately launched himself at Alais, hugging his arms around her neck and trying to force her down on the bed with him. Siris laughed softly at the sight, "He may be even more fierce than Mamma Grizz."
