You can enter as many threads as you want. Entering into multiple PvP threads is discouraged, but it's not against the rules.

And indeed, @Outlander. If you're in a main faction, joining multiple Open PvP threads is essentially not allowed, per faction "house rules." At least, in some cases. As for missions on Ask, do as you please!
