Serenno/Carannia

Arthur sat on a park bench in the capital of Carannia. A cup of bubble tea sat on the bench next to him and a half-smoked cigarette was lit in his left hand. The birds were chirping and people were going about their business. All in all it was a nice and peaceful day. He was looking around at the elegant architecture and natural beauty of his home planet. Thankfully the Sith had a lot more patience and subtlety this era than they had back in the day. A couple millennia ago they would probably have taken over the planet via a couple dozen star destroyers and a legion or two of soldiers. At least his home would be spared that treatment this time.
Him and a notable rising figure in the Sith were tasked with starting an uprising with the young cadets at the military academy to get a head elected who would be more sympathetic to their cause. It was easy enough. He knew what went through the minds of the children on Serenno. All that was needed now was for her to meet up with him then they could get the ball rolling.
His speeder was parked not too far from his position, ready for them as soon as she arrived. He took a final drag of the very expensive cigarette then killed the bud before tossing it into a bin. He picked up his bubble tea and sipped away at it, glancing at a little bird pecking away at some crumbs on the ground a few meters away from him. Thankfully he didn't have much of an odor on him. His smoking habit was small enough that he didn't need to worry about smelling bad.
