Mike Vikias's skills are being a natural born leader,because when he issues out order or just talking with his men.They listen to every word that Mike tells them even if its will cost them their lives.Even though he does his best to make sure his men will return before their faithful end and meet the maker.Also Mike is strong because his medium size build,along with possesses a good amount of speed when he is dealing with any types of weapons and hand to hand combat. Mike also collaboration with his aggressive at the most when he is behind the controls of his personal fighter or on his personal command ship when he is barking out strong and steady commands to his crew,pilots,and officers.
His weakness is be little bit over confident and being a rude commanding officer to those below him.Grant it he like it that way so he can run a tight command structures,so he wont be questioned about his decisions he makes.

PERSONALITY:Mike is easy-going and friendly,but introverted at times.He is very patient and somewhat paternal with new pilots and officers under his command that show some respect and humility.But does a disdain for the overly brash and the arrogant because he will not put up with it
Physical appearance:
BIOGRAPHY:The son of an established wealthy family.Mike grew up tending the family farm that provides food for the Alliance military.Like brothers and everyone in his family before him,Mike was homed schooled,because of this he was nonetheless bright and capable in scholastic.Through out child hood years and being the youngest out of his five brothers,he was often the target cruel but practical jokes from his brothers.Which often lead into fist fights between the brothers,despite their dismay unknown to the brothers their youngest sibling learn very quickly to his fist quite well.
Mike became very well known to the farm equipment ranging from crop dusters to cultivators.It got to a point he was so good at what he was doing.Farmers from other villages hired him to maintain their equipment for them and dust their crops for them.Which from the flight times over each farm help him sharpened his pilot skills and put money in his pocket.
Upon reaching his rightful age to leave his family farm,Mike joined the Alliance Navy as a way to see the galaxy. Upon completion of basic training and aptitude testing, Mike qualified for flight school. In time, Mike was promoted to Lieutenant and given his own squadron to command the 127h "Black Diamonds",where he'd served with some distinction earning the title of Ace with seven confirmed kills during a unknown battle with the Sith during the...
It was during this battle Mike lost his trust with the Alliance because he was given a order to waste his life and his men. So they cover the retreat of troops and other non essiantel military personal from a planet that he wont dare talk about.Because his squadron and two ships where capture by the Sith spent the next years in prisoner of war.While months went by Mike,his squad mates and crews planned their escape,on one faithful day when guards brought them food.They killed the guards and fought their way to their ships and escape to the unknown regions.From that day on the men that Mike fought with to their freedom from Sith,they all vowed to stay together and never joined the alliance again or side with the Sith and went their merry ways.
