Should people with a serious illness or disease such as cancer or HIV be allowed to migrate from country to country and become residence? Is it fair to the country that they are going to to take on the added strain from having to deal with another terminal patient? But is it fair to the person or persons in question if they live in a 3rd world country that has very bad medical resources and thereby meaning that they will die a rather lot quicker or needlessly since they cannot get the care that they need?

Also if we do start cutting people off because they have medical problems how far down will it go? Will people with asthma or other minor conditions be turned away? And what if they develop the condition while they are visiting the country they are migrating too?
