THREAD IS DEATH ENABLED

Book was leftenanana, like banana, but important. Leader said take ship, now Book taking ship. It was a surprise attack on a newly independent planet, though this was on the ships left moth-balled above it. The Geurilla Group tagert? A Garin-I class Cruiser. Everything was perfect on the ship, except the weapons. That was fine. Puny human weapons were no match for Kordan weapons. Weapons could be replaced, all the other bips and bops could not.

That was okay, because Book was here with brothers, in honor of Une-Brothe ( @Javier esschoolbus ), to take Garin Ship. Boarding ship already sent, Book stepped out into the shipyard over Ossus. His double DC-15A's in upper hands. His lower hands were unarmored and useful as
hands but the they would wait for the three thermal detonators on a a sash across Book's chest. The only other weapon Book had was The Book which lay in a holder at Book's right hip.

Gorilla grunt, Book said. It was time for war.

The shipyard over Ossus was not Ka'ra'yc's target. Instead Gorilla Group's aim was to take the to-be mothballed Garin I class cruiser that resided over the planet. The vessel was without operational weapons but such things could be rectified after they made off with the main body of the ship. It would help esnure the boarding ship would not be shot down on approach.

The Warlord of Korda Six gave a snarling grunt in response to Book' and followed it with a commanding wave of his electrohammer. "Ready! Making contact in ten seconds!" A horde of mandalorian simians armed to the teeth barred their fangs and pounded their chest. They were hyping themselves up for the assault in their future.

The assault through the shipyard was a success. Book roared at the front of his Kordans, beating his chest, beating a man's face in, shooting more men. It was a great time. They spread like water through the shipyard, and then funneled into the target cruiser. Dock workers and security never stood a chance against the charging kordans.

Book rushed forward onto the cruiser. His DC-15A's slung on his back. He didn't want to hurt the ship by shooting into a wall. Not when fist and The Book worked so well in such tight confines.

Book's plan was going well. Guerilla Group's numbers steam rolled any opposition that dared to get in their way. The security guards screamed and tried to run when they realized how foolish it was to face the one ton figures of muscle and rage armed with the most fearsome weapons at a mandalorian's disposal.

Ka'ra'yc gave some direction to guide the Kordans but this was Book's operation. The ape named after a tome was a mass of violence and destruction that did not seem to slow down for a second. Ka was proud of his kin. Only a few of the armored gorilla fighters were using blasters since the bounding and flying forms of the mandalorian mercenaries. Their mobility quickly landed GG's numbers in close quarters combat.

They were releasing the pent up frustration after Murkhana. With a howling roar, the Kordan's rushed into the cruiser. The ship lacked a crew onboard and only a few dock personel were present. In a matter of minutes Guerilla Group would take control of the vessel.

Book found himself in ship food place. He charged in, Kordan warriors following him with a roar. A clash of heavy fist, sword, and hammer clashed with the unarmored crew who were still unaware of what was going on. It was an absolute slaughter, until they surrendered. Book not like surrendering, but Book knew leader would want weak men to man dumb things. Like shiny-men who talk roboty. Book turned to two of the warriors with him and roared, tell them to take the prisoners back to the leader.

The rest of the strike group and Book charged onward, with dwindling resistance. What crew were ready and fired their blasters found that they were largely ineffective against the horde of apes. Those who weren't crushed were beaten, slashed, stabbed, and or generally ripped apart. Next stop was the armory, and Book could smell the weapons inside it already.

Ka'ra'yc used his arms and legs both as locomotion. The Kordan's to either side of him moved at surprising speed. It was a brutal assault. Only those that completely surrendered and begged for their lives were spared.

The sovreign of Korda Six was pleased to see his Guerilla Group working effectively. They hit were the enemy was weakest, where they had least expected it and raided their stores. This chariot of the stars would belong to his army before the standard cycle had finished.

It was important to check on supplies and life support just as a percaution. The one ton Kordans tended to eat a lot and require resources to maintain their strength. With the importance of food forever present in Ka's mind, he still would not hesitate to toss a bowl of fruit at two guards. They flew out of Ka's hand like buckshot and in a spread like a scattergun. The high speed plant projectiles had a tough rind which was enough to crack the visors of both guards. The force of the impact was enough against the hard surfaces of the guard's helmets to cause the fruit to splatter into mush. Their visors were covered, blinding them. He dove ontop of them with his hammer and took them both out with one follow up swing.

The mighty electrohammer in Ka's grasp was wet with the blood of his enemies but he took a moment to issue new orders. With grunts, hoots and howls he directed forces to seal the cruiser from the rest of the dock. They were all onboard now and would prevent anyone else from following them without his expression permission.

Book was too far away to hear leader's orders, but that was okay. His job was to secure the bridge, but first, secure weapons. The armory guards, were of course, more armed and armored their their crewmates. It didn't help them any though. One man had a blast vest that caved as if it were made of paper under Book's fist. The other wore a plasteel rig that all but created a funnel for the man's blood to splatter through when Book threw him into the wall at mach Qui-gon.

The door was sealed however, and as smart as Book was with computers, it would not open when he pressed the big green button. Brute force it would be, then. Gorilla grunt, he said. The group of Kordans around him roared and threw themselves at the door. Weapons and armored fists bashed and slashed at the door until finally it buckled under the tremendous wait of what would have been thirty men but was only three Kordans.

Inside the armory was a store of beautiful, Imperial weaponry. Book roared in victory as the warriors began taking the weapons. It was time for the bridge. He set off once more, using all four limbs to carry him through the corridors, the advanced strike group of Kordans behind him.

Book continued to lead the charge. Ka'ra'yc admired the swiftness with which the vanguard moved. He found he needed to actually pace himself to catch up as a minor gap formed between them.

The rear guard was able to gain access to the armory after Book's spearhead secured it. They would make fine use of the ordenance to repel borders in future engagements and conquests. <The ship is nearly ours!> He said in deep bassy mando'a. He repeated the words with grunts and howls of confidence, continuing the spirited charge through the vessel other sections of the ship.

They would need to secure engineering. Hopefully Book had his commlink on him and survived to make it to the bridge. <"We are arriving at engineering soon and confirm the hyperdrive is fully operational."> Sensors were great but the naked eyes would verify there were no scuttling charges or compromises in other vital systems. Furthermore, with a few intelligent engineering types available Guerilla Group.

Book charged. One man two man red man blue man. Didn't matter, all man either died or surrendered. Book knew they needed crew. Kordans were large and sometimes didn't fit in small chairs. Puny man things could fit in chairs and use little controls; the ones that surrendered were clearly the smart ones that knew of Kordan superiority.

The vanguard pressed onward from the armory, making their way through the cruiser until the doors of the bridge were insight. And just like the doors to the armory, they were no match for a horde of one to two ton Kordans. The occupants of the bridge rightly surrendered immediately. All except the Captain. The Captain waved a blaster in Book's face. Book did the only thing Book could do, pulled the book out of its holster and slammed it into the captains face. The captain died immediately. If he could die twice, he would have.

A roar of victory erupted from the bridge. Now it was time for leader.

As the monkeys celebrated their victory on the bridge, a Holofeed projected abruptly that would surpass all comms. It was news footage showing scenes of Korda 6 and what remained of the surface of the planet.

Cities and villages burned, their entire families slaughtered, most they knew back home vaporized. They may have been imbeciles, but they would know these images. They would know they were among the handful of last survivors. And that their celebration of victory took on a whole new meaning.

At the end of the feed, simple words displayed across the screen.

Grand Marshal Altair Din sends his regards.

The mandalorian boarding party rolled through the rest of the vessel, securing and claiming it for the mercenary company. He was smiling, congratulating even a warrior and examining an injured comrade. But a call from his honor guard grunting drew his attention from the celebrations. Ka witnessed the following broadcast that would haunt his dreams and waking hours for years to come.

Ka'ra'yc Vhett, Warlord of Korda Six and leader of Guerrilla Group was a wise and noble tactician as far as Kordan's were concerned. He would be lying if he said he did not see some form of retaliation coming but not to this extent. What was more, he could not have done anything to stop it.

Korda Six had only recently been taken by Ka and his loyal followers. He was by all means the sovereign leader of the planet though now it sat smoldering in the void curtesy of Altair Din and a fleet of accomplices. The world of Korda Six had been populated primarily of Kordans and what once was rolling farmland and wilderness with dotted villages and towns was now a wasteland. Changed beyond all recognition. It had been easy for the Empire to wipe everything out. The horrifying image of his homeworld being devastated filled his mind with rage as his own clan was descended from a line of farmers. From lightyears away he had seen the fortified positions were demolished but the imperial fleet continued to fire. Kilometer after kilometer was bombarded and leaving smoking glassed surface.

Roars from Guerrilla Group had filled the ship's interior until it was nothing but a howling cacophony. Hands crashed into the deck and chests were beaten. This was a horrifying tragedy of unimaginable scale. Ka even had joined in, beating his chest, falling to his emotions so ferociously that his own armor cracked in the moment. When he finally calmed down his nostrils were flaring and his knuckles were bloody.

He wanted to share this rage with the rest of the galaxy so it might end the Empire tyranny and bring about a new age. So what remained of his people could survive and also that the Empire would pay for this. <”Chart a course for Hutt space. I have a message to send. Hold fast my kin, now is the time for all of our kind to rally....or face extermination.” > Navigation and communication equipment of the cruiser would be put to use after the barrel full of monkeys made their safe jump to hyperspace. It would only be a matter of time before their return seeking retribution. For now, they needed to simply survive.
