FORCE SENSITIVE: He is incredibly force sensitive however most of his ability's are not made to do damge

APPEARANCE: He is 6 foot 8 and he wears a large coat made of fibers that are as strong as body armor. He never wears gloves but he wears brown colored bracers. His red eyes are piercing and when you gave into them you feel as though your soul is being ripped apart and judged for its every flaw. He has a smooth face and a round chin. When he is wearing the coat he also wears a cape made of a rancor's hide and a wampas hair. The clasp for the cape is gold and embedded with a emblem that resembles the crest of the republic, shattered with a light saber broken in two beside it. He has two blades made of Cortosis ore attached to a belt. The blades are sharp and make no noise when slashed through the wind. Under the coat he wars a black suite with tall black boots. It has the same crest as the clasp embedded in the right shoulder of the suite. He has a many scars on his back and chest that look like they were made by barbed and cruel cutting tools. When he fights his eyes seem to flare up in a fiery inferno made of judgment and hate. His face also contorts to a sad smile as he fights almost as if he is sad to fight but he never holds back. The sad smile and the fiery eyes make for a disturbing visage as he fights.
ATTRIBUTES: He is a very good blade fighter and has adopted a unique form of combat that is very defensive but when his attacker lets his guard down he strikes with the intent to kill. He can perform basic force ability like force push and telekinesis but other ability like force lighting and force choke are beyond his grasp. His most potent and powerful force ability comes is a form of telepathy. He can only use this to enter the mind of someone and read their personality and if they have killed or performed any other act of hatred or malice. He also has a less powerful form of telekinesis, he can flood someones mind with images. On face value this dues not seem that dangerous but the images have emotion to them for example if he flooded someones mind with images of death that person would feel sorrow beyond measure. He has a normal force shield but if someone like a Jedi knight or sith lord tried they could break through it with ease. He is also bad at hand to hand combat as he never had much training in it. He has a massive mental shield that only a few can ever hope to break (this only comes in handy when someone trys to read or influence his mind in an way). He also has the ability to feel if someone is trying to break his mental shield.
PERSONALITY:
He is a very stern person but he wont shy from the occasional smile or two. He trust only the ones he deems 'pure'. He examines every one he meets. People while being judged feel a hole inside them and the more week of mind loose the ability to stand, but no matter who it is no matter their mental prowess they feel a massive almost controlling impulse to look into his eyes and when they do all they see is... darkness its as if his eyes have turned into black holes that nothing can ever hide from. When he is judging people he stands straight and rigid but he still has his wits about him and if someone were to try to stab him he would still be able to fight back but his connection to the person being judged would break. He hates fighting because the only time he fights is if someone is not pure. He defines unpure as someone who kills with no meaning has no empathy, and contains only anger in their soul. Jedi are normally pure but they can be deemed unpure as well. If when he looks inside the Jedi he finds only emptiness as though they are a vessel filled with only the Jedi code and the light side. If that is what he finds he feels that they are a wast of life and they are little more then pawns in the Jedi grand game. If he finds someone unpure he will not fight them but he will never trust them and will forever look upon them with great scone. If he finds someone pure he will trust them and consider them a friend. One thing he will not allow to happen under any circumstances is torture. If he sees someone torturing any one he will draw his blades and attack regardless of his feelings towards either person. He has a innate hate of the sith and he feels that the jedi are powerless to stop he fall of the republic. He view the republic as a corrupt and horrible government that must be stopped however he will not try to bring it down... its not his place.
BIOGRAPHY:
He was raised by the Jedi at birth and he was trained by one Jedi master that he regarded as a father. He was not trained in light saber instead he was trained in wielding two cortisis blades at once. He made many friends in the order but at 11 years old he found his force power of 'judgment' and his world was transformed. His friends having their true selves shown to him they seemed shallow or empty. So he drifted away from his friends. His master sensing what was wrong and asked Maw'doc to judge him. He complied and when he did he found only light so much LIGHT. He broke down into his masters arms and cried for the first and last time in his life. After that experience his master showed him how to control his power and also showed him how to flood a attackers mind with images. He kept at his training for years becoming a powerful duelist and his mental powers were respected by even Jedi masters. As his master trained him he tought him that violence is a sad thing that should only be done if necessary and after years of being told this Maw'doc took it to heart and thought if fighting as a sad thing that should never be enjoyed or even sought after. when he was twenty the Jedi cousole asked him and his master to go investigate a massive amount of kidnappings on a small moon on the outer rim . When they got their he and his master left the ship to talk to the locals. They found them dead and when they tried to return to their ship they were ambushed by 4 sith lords. Maw'doc was thrown to the side and held back with the force by his master as the sith lords attacked. Maw'doc entered his masters mind as the sith cut his head off. In that moment Maw'doc felt a massive wave of sorrow and collapsed on the ground... He awoke in a sith torture chamber. It was their were he was cut again and again with a cruel barb knife. All the while the sith told him how weak the order was and how the republic needed to fall. One day after two years of torture all the pain that he felt he sent into the sith's mind and it caused the sith to insane. Maw'doc escaped into the galixay and he has vowed not to let any one who could become a sith or is just as bad escape JUDGMENT.
