Ask Making Friends

[Felix]

Felix didn't want to do this but Indy had been badgering him to make friends and that he should greet Hannibal's new apprentice, so why not two birds with one stone as they say. he didn't know much about him other than he was sullust and that it as his mom they rescued. Felix didn't want to imagine what they did to her and what Crix saw.

Felix exhaled as he stood in front of Crix's room door, It all felt so awkward, what would they talk or do? not like there is much to do Yavin 4 with it being in the middle of a jungle moon

Felix knocked on the door twice with a metallic thud, waiting for Crix to come to his door but secretly wishing he won't answer so that he could say to indy he tried.

[Crix Aran]

Crix didn't answer the door - Scooter did.

The astromech droid made a high-pitched squealing sound before ramming Felix in his unprepared knees at top speed to bowl him over before making it's escape down the corridor. Crix himself swore loudly as he flung himself out of the room after his astromech droid, barreling Felix down and to the side as he passed the doorway. He spun from the collision and waved a hand at Felix.

"Sorry sorry sorry!"

Almost tripping up on a series of wires wrapped around his left leg (for some reason), Crix growled and turned himself away from Felix as Scooter rounded a corner, bumping Padawans and other people out of the way with it's reckless speed. Wishing he had some kind of rocket boots, Crix thundered after him.

"Scooter you get your wheels back here right this instant!" he shouted after his droid, "AND DROP MY BLASTER PISTOL ALREADY! YOU CAN'T EVEN SHOOT STRAIGHT!"

Case in point, a stun blast went wide, hitting a wall and not leaving so much as a scratch.

[Felix]

Felix had barely the chance to luck down when the door opened before the droid charged him, ramming into his lower leg causing him to bite his lip as to not blurt out a curse in the middle of the hall as held onto his knee, eye shut.

Not even recovered from droid's attack, a body barreled into him knocking him to the floor, looking up to see Crix, the padawan he had come here to see. Felix Blinked few times general confused by the scene as Crix followed after the droid.

Hearing blaster go off and seeing stun blaster hit the wall woke from his dazed confuse realising if he didn’t do something and Indy found out he would receive another lecture. So he pushed himself from the floor and stood up grimacing slightly as he put weight back on his knee and lower leg. He tried to sprint after Crix but only managed a half limping kind of jog.

“Hey! Wait!” his voice called out “I can help! Just wait a sec!” he would continue to follow Crix until stopped or he caught up with him. “I can stun him, I just need to be able to focus on him.”

Crix wasn't really in the mood for slowing down because someone had asked him to mainly because he was 85% sure that anyone asking him to slow down or stop was going to try and give him a lecture. Probably about safety or some such rot and he really didn't need that kind of thing. All he had done was hook up Scooter with an extra battery so he had twice as much energy as he usually did.

It was meant to increase productivity!

Kind of did if the increase to his wheel speed was any indication - the droid was basically a speeder craft at this point he was going so fast! Crix was excited for what this could mean for his other droid-based projects if he was honest with himself. Though he did eventually have to stop to hide form another half a dozen shots from his own stun pistol.

He was never letting Scooter touch the weapons systems in his ship again.

"I think he's already lost us." he admitted to the newcomer who he recognized at the dude he had basically ran through before, "He'll be on his way to my ship and ah... which way is it to Hanger B again?"

He was new - he was allowed to forget where things were!
